Does Saudi really rule by the Shar'iah?

Well let us consider the fact that its a member of the United Nations since 24-10-1945 according to www.saudimission.org
Saudi Arabia became a member of the UN on 24 November 1945!
1945 was a conference called the San Francisco conference in which every member of what known as the original membership of the UN. This included 51 nations.
Geoffrey Goodwin pointed out, “was limited to those who had participated in the struggle against the Axis Powers."

Let us quote the speech of Prince Faisal, the then Saudi Foreign Secretary, on the day wherein the United Nations officially came into being. He said: “Really, the entire world owes its existence to the United Nations, which entered into war sacrificing its best youth and wealth in the cause of peace and mankind. And in a moment like this, we must not forget the great efforts of the one, upon whom mercy has been bestowed, Franklin Delano Roosevelt, for peace; and for this step, which proves his long vision, and whereby he called for this Conference. Therefore, let the faith, which has led us to establish this Conference, be our guide in our next steps. Let us abide by the principles which we have written here on paper. And once again, let us put an end to egoism, greed, persecution, tyranny and oppression; and let the Charter be the basis upon which we will build our new, better world.”

When we see the statement of Prince Faisal we can see it clearly shows the so called Islamic state of Saudi is committed to going to man-made laws, Taghout for judgement.
Allah said, and we use this as to be clear about such matters;
"Have you not seen those who claim to have believed in what was revealed to you, (O Muhammad), and what was revealed before you? They wish to refer legislation to Taghut, while they were commanded to reject it; and Satan wishes to lead them far astray." [4:60]

Al-Haafidh Ibn Katheer said: “So whoever leaves the clear Shari’ah, which was revealed to Muhammad Ibn Abdullah, the Seal of the Prophets, and takes the Hukm to other than it from the laws of Kufr which are abrogated, he has disbelieved. So what about the one who takes the Hukm to the’Yasiq’ (the law of the Tartars which mixed Shari’ah rulings with invented rulings) and puts it before it?! Whoever does that, he has disbelieved by the Ijmaa’ of the Muslims.” [Al-Bidaayah wa Nihaayah”, Vol. 13/ 119]

Shaykhul-Islaam Ibn Taymiyyah said: “And it is known by necessity in the Deen of the Muslims and by the agreement of all the Muslims that whoever follows a Shari’ah other than the Shari’ah of Muhammad then he disbelieves in some of the Book.”
"Kaafir and it is like the Kufr of the one who believes in some of the Book and and disbelieves in some of the Book.”
[Al-Fataawa”, Vol. 28/ 524]

Alaamah Muhammad Ibn Ibraaheem Aal-Ash-Shaykh said: “…The fifth, and it is the greatest and the most encompassing and the clearest opposition of the Shari’ah and stubbornness in the face of its laws and insulting to Allah and His Messenger and opposing the courts of the Shari’ah on their roots and branches and their types and their appearances and judgements and implementations the references and their applications. So just like the courts of the Shari’ah there are references, all of them returning back to the Book of Allah and the Sunnah of His Messenger like that, these courts have references, which are laws that are assembled from many legislations and laws like the laws of France and America and England and other laws and from the Metha’hib of some of the innovators who claim to be under the Shari’ah.
And these courts are now fully operational in the settlements of Islaam, people entering them one after another, their rulers judge upon them with what opposes the Sunnah and the Book with the rules of that law and they impose that on them and approve it for them. So what Kufr is there beyond this Kufr and what nullification of the Shahaadah of Muhammadar Rasool-Allah is there beyond this nullification?!" [Tah’keem Al-Qawaneen]

Imaam Ahmad Shaakir said: “The matter in these fabricated laws is clear with the clearness of the sun. It is clear Kufr and there is nothing hidden about it and there is no excuse for anyone who attributes themselves to Islaam, whoever they may be, to act according to it or to submit to it or to approve of it. So each person should beware and every person is responsible for himself. So the ‘Ulamaa should make the truth clear and tell what they have been ordered to tell without concealing anything.” [Umdaat At-Tafseer Mukhtasar Tafseer Ibn Katheer of Ahmad Shaakir, Vol. 4/ 173-174]

We ask them what the Prophet (saws) asked Adi ibnu Hatim; Didn't they make Haraam Halaal and you obeyed them? (in reference to the monks and priests, as recorded in Musnad of Ahmad)
In this case NO they didn't make Haraam Halaal, YOU ALL DID!!!
Their Kuffr is no different to the one who referred to Laat, Uzzah and Maanat!

Article 92 of the UN’s Charter which says: “The International Court of Justice shall be the principal organ of the United Nations. It shall function in accordance with the annexed Statute, which is based upon the Statute Court of International Justice and forms an integral part of the present Charter.”

Article 93: “All members are ipso facto parties to the Statute of the International Court of Justice”.

As for Saudi Arabia’s compliance with the decisions of this Court, it is mentioned in the first paragraph of Article 94.
”Each member of the United Nations undertakes to comply with the decisions of the International Court of Justice in any case to which it is a party”.

Abu Huraira narrated that the Messenger Muhammad (saws) said, “People will be gathered on the day of judgement, Allah will say, “whatever the people used to worship, let them follow it, the one who followed the sun he will follow it, the one who followed the moon, he will follow it, the one who followed the Tawagheet he will follow the Tawagheet.” [Bukhari]

They are the dogs of the Taghweet and it is not an accident, its willingly!

Let us see what one of the Article of the UN’s Charter says, so as to clarify their opposition and contradiction to the principles of Islam.
Chapter I Purposes and Principles
Article 1: The purposes of the United Nations are:
To maintain international peace and security, and to that end; to take effective measures for the prevention and removal of threats to the peace, and for the suppression of acts of aggression on other breaches of the peace, and to bring about by peaceful means, and in conformity with the principles of justice and international law, adjustment of settlement of international disputes or situations which might lead to a breach of the peace,
To develop friendly relations among nations based on respect for the principle of equal rights and self – determination of peoples, and to take other appropriate measures to strengthen universal peace;
To achieve international co-operation in solving international problems of an economic, social, cultural, or humanitarian character, and in promoting and encouraging respect for human rights and for fundamental freedoms for all without distinction as to race, sex, language, or religion and to be a center for harmonising the actions of nations in the attainment of these common ends.

The Truth is clear from the Falsehood for those who Allah guided and with a clear vision of Allah's rights. As for those blind dog's they will merely chase their own tale living in Domains of Kuffr accepting Kuffr constitutions and Murtadeen Rulers. Indeed as Allah said:
"And recite (O Muhammad) to them the story of him to whom We gave Our Ayāt (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.), but he threw them away, so Shaitān followed him up, and he became of those who went astray. And had We willed, We would surely have elevated him therewith but he clung to the earth and followed his own vain desire. So his description is the description of a dog: if you drive him away, he lolls his tongue out, or if you leave him alone, he (still) lolls his tongue out. Such is the description of the people who reject Our Ayāt..." [7:175-176]
