Can the Islamic Ummah rely on the Shi'ahs to liberate Al-Quds?

The question that becomes the title of this article has long clung on my mind and feeling. Especially that in 2006, the Hizbullah of Lebanon succeeded, so they say, in defeating the war machine of Israel and were able to drive them out. The 33-day war of Israel vs Hizbullah, where the Hizbullah came out the victor, is a new commodity brand name marketed by Shi'ah to deceive the Islamic ummah, the absolute majority of which is with the aqeedah of Ahlus Sunnah wal Jamaah.

Long before this, there had been of course attempts by the Shi'ahs to exploit this issue of Palestine, for example with the fatwa of Imam Khomeini, the Rahbar of Iran, which fixed the last Friday of the month of Ramadhan as The Al-Quds International Day, but it seemed, it was not so influential and effective in attracting the sympathy of the Sunni Muslims to view the aqeedah of Shi'ah.

Only after the heroic story of the resistance of the Hizbullah militia in 2006, that a turning point of fitnah tashayyu’ happened in the Islamic world, particularly in Sham (Egypt, Syria, Lebanon and Jordan) and South East Asia (Indonesia and Malaysia). Just because of a one-time Shi'ah resistance against Zionist-Israel, who before this were always collaborating in destroying the resistance of the Palestinian people, which was more driven by the political factor to dominate the South of Lebanon as the base of Shi'ah militia nationally by not telling the interests of the war for the sake of Palestine.
 

Between The Plot Of The Zionists & The Plot Of Allah

If we read the book "Zionism Gripping The World [transl.]", it seems the world and the human race are already under the feet of the Zionist-Israel.

There is no other power. There is no more power that can fight the power of Zionist-Israel. All sectors of life are already in their hands. Therefore, the people who do not have the strength of Iman, would despair in confronting the strength of Zionism.

How the center of power of the global finance in New York, are in the clutches of the Zionists. The Central Banks of America, European Union, Russia, South America, Asia, the Arab World, are not detached from the hand of the Zionists. The generation of David Rockefeller has already penetrated into all sectors of life.

The controls of the assets of the human life are taking place in systematically. The mass media are entirely in their hands. The media become their trumpet, and are effective in shaping opinions. Like in the issue of terrorism, which is continued to be campaigned today. Rupert Murdoch, "The Media King", controls the news media all over the world. He controls them from New York and London.

Universities are in the hands of the Zionist scientists from past to present. They decide whoever is entitled to receive the Nobel prize. They are experts in the fields of science, economics, politics, to humanities. The theories which until now are becoming the references among scientists, and academicians, politicians, economists, and humanists, historians, all come from the Zionists.
 

Demonstrations & the Involvement of Women !!!

I am writing this to respond to queries I have received lately regarding my opinion on taking part in protests. This will aim at briefly addressing these two topics: a) the ruling on protesting to support Islamic causes, and b) the active participation of Muslim women in protests.

Firstly, the scholars of Islam have discussed the matter in depth; so I am in no way suggesting that ijtihaad is required on my behalf to understand the matter and come to a conclusion.

There are many shoyoukh who have allowed the matter and others who have rejected it. The reasons that these shoyoukh have rejected it are generally because, from their perspective, it does not bring any benefit to the ummah; rather it causes havoc, mayhem and disruption to the peace. It must be understood, that the basis of their argument does have an Islamic essence. There are things in Islam called مصلحة and مفسدة (benefits and harms). This is not to say, however, that this is the strongest opinion in all circumstances.

It must be clear that the situations that most of these mashayekh (scholars) give their Islamic verdicts in are very different to the reality we live in the west. They will have an issue with protesting against who they consider waliy amril-muslimeen, or the legitimate Muslim rulers. This is considered by them as a transgression against what Islam has taught us. Again, I would like to highlight that this is not the view that I hold, however, it is merely an explanation of a reality within the Muslim lands.

...From al-Masjid al-Haram to al-Masjid al-Aqsa...

Allah said, “Exalted is He who took His Servant by night from al-Masjid al-Haram to al-Masjid al-Aqsa, whose surroundings We have blessed, to show him of Our signs. Indeed, He is the Hearing, the Seeing.”

The significance of Jerusalem and its surrounding areas is not hidden to any Muslim, rather not even the Kaafir. For over half a century the blessed lands of al-Quds have been occupied by cursed individuals whose ancestors were turned into apes and pigs. Since then and until now struggle against them has been an obligation on every Muslim. However, apart from a couple of political stand offs called “wars” and some brave youth there has been no real effort from the majority of those who affiliate themselves to the Ummah of Muhammad (saws) to stand up against the Jews or at the very least prepare for it.

So, it comes at no surprise that the crusaders and the Jews behind them would come along and declare Jerusalem as their embassy locale and their capitol. As soon as the Kuffaar realized half a century ago, and events from then to now cementing this, that all what the majority would do is protest on the streets, in the newspapers and on social media (that is of course they didn’t partake in the betrayal themselves as the Sa’udiyyah and Egyptian governments have done) they understood they could move freely in the hearts of the once bussiling lands of Islam; add to that fact the ones who are in a monumental war with the crusaders are labeled as “terrorists” and outcasts.

Radicalization or Guidance ?

The enemies of Allah want us to believe that anyone who accepts/believes in the form of Islam which has not been approved by them to be “radicalized” and brainwashed. While in reality, it is exactly the opposite. We are born on the Islamic fitrah, and then the families and societies brainwash us and radicalize us (into believing and worshiping all sorts of deities). The Prophet (saws) said:
“No child is born but has the Islamic Faith, but its parents turn it into a Jew or a Christian. It is as you help the animals give birth. Do you find among their offspring a mutilated one before you mutilate them yourself?” The people said, “O Allah’s Messenger (saws)! What do you think about those (of them) who die young?” The Prophet (saws) said, “Allah knows what they would have done (were they to live).” [Sahih Muslim]

Furthermore, Allah says:
"(Adhere to) the fitrah of Allah upon which He has created (all) people." [30:30]

So, it is the enemies of Allah (and the friends of shaytaan) who brainwash and radicalize people away from what they have been created to do, according to Allah’s saying:
"And I did not create the jinn and mankind except to worship Me." [51:56]
 

Captivity, Imprisonment and Trials

In the Name of Allâh, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful

Is prison a necessary stage for the Dā’ī (the caller to Allāh)? Is it a praised rank, whereby the one that is included in it is better than the one who isn’t because of having entered this stage?From what there is no doubt about is that the path of Da’wah is filled with dangers and hardships. Allāh, Ta’ālā, said:

أَحَسِبَ النَّاسُ أَن يُتْرَكُوا أَن يَقُولُوا آمَنَّا وَهُمْ لَا يُفْتَنُون َوَلَقَدْ فَتَنَّا الَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِهِمْ فَلَيَعْلَمَنَّ اللَّهُ الَّذِينَ صَدَقُوا وَلَيَعْلَمَنَّ الْكَاذِبِينَ

Do people think that they will be left alone because they say: “We believe,” and will not be tested. And We indeed tested those who were before them. And Allāh will certainly make (it) known (the truth of) those who are true, and will certainly make (it) known (the falsehood of) those who are liars, (although Allāh knows all that before putting them to test) [Al-‘Ankabūt : 2-3]

That is because the Dā’ī comes to the people with matters that are new, and he calls them to abandon their profits and their agreements, and he is grieved over the course and the path they are upon, and this is a tremendous matter for the people because he challenges their principles and their greatest convictions. Therefore, the Dā’ī is met with vehemence and violence. And for this reason, hardships separate the ranks [of the people], and through them, the people return to their rightful positions without ambiguity or falsification. Trials make the standing of the people known, and endurance is only for one who is patient. Allāh, Ta’ālā, said:

Disbelievers who attack Muslim lands !!!

Question: Dear beloved Sheikh Sulaymaan bin Naasir al-Alwaan may Allah protect you. What is the ruling on fighting the disbelievers who attack Muslim lands?

Answer: Islam forbids abandonment, and surrendering the lands of Islam to the enemies of the Religion and the descendants of Apes and Swine’s. Islam calls us to fight in the Sake of Allah, and to fight the covenant violators and oppressors. And emphasizes the need to cleanse the Muslim lands from the hands of rapists (occupiers). 

Allah says: “March forth, whether you are light (being healthy, young and wealthy) or heavy (being ill, old and poor), and strive hard with your wealth and your lives in the Cause of Allah. This is better for you, if you but knew.” [9:41] 

Allah also says: “And fight them until there is no more Fitnah (disbelief and polytheism, i.e. worshipping others besides Allah) and the religion (worship) will all be for Allah Alone (in the whole of the world). But if they cease (worshipping others besides Allah), then certainly, Allah is All-Seer of what they do.” [8:39] 

And the people of Knowledge agreed upon the obligatory to fight the disbelievers who attack/occupy the Muslim countries. If they stop their aggression only then the Obligation will fall for the other Muslims. But if the fighting is still going on, and expelling the disbelieving enemy from the Muslim countries failed, it becomes an obligation for the Muslims from the surrounding countries, that are close to the enemy, to give victory to them (i.e. the oppressed Muslims), by fighting the Kuffaar to repel their oppression and aggression.
 

“And there is no victory except from Allah.”

Allah said in another Ayah, “So when you meet those who disbelieve (in battle), strike (their) necks until, when you have inflicted slaughter upon them, then secure their bonds, and either (confer) favor afterwards or ransom (them) until the war lays down its burdens. That (is the command). And if Allah had willed, He could have taken vengeance upon them (Himself), but (He ordered armed struggle) to test some of you by means of others. And those who are killed in the cause of Allah – never will He waste their deeds. He will guide them and amend their condition and admit them to Paradise, which He has made known to them.” [47:4-6]

 

And, “And these days (of varying conditions) We alternate among the people so that Allah may make evident those who believe and (may) take to Himself from among you martyrs – and Allah does not like the wrongdoers. And that Allah may purify the believers (through trials) and destroy the disbelievers.” [3:140-141]

 

These are points of wisdom for which Allah has legislated performing jihad, by the hands of the believers against the disbelievers. Allah used to destroy the previous nations that denied the Prophets, using various disasters that encompassed these rebellious nations.

 

Liberating Palestine, Baytul-Maqdis is part of our AQEEDAH!!!

“There will always be a group from my Ummah triumphant upon the truth, victorious over their enemies, there will be no harm from those who oppose them and they will not be harmed until the order of Allah comes and they will be like that (triumphant).

The Sahabahs asked, “O RasulAllah, where are they?” He said, “In Baytul-Maqdis and the precincts of Baytul-Maqdis.” [Ahmad]

Unfortunatel majority of Muslim ummah is sleeping, they never care or talk, they think if they pray, give some Zakah and go for Hajj then they are real Muslims. That is absolutely wrong.

This is our Aqeedah, also a war between Haq and Bathil if we still do not recognize this how can we be called Muslims.

In Islam, Palestine is a land of faith and Muslims must always remember that in reality, this is a battle between belief and disbelief, as in the hadith narrated by Maymoonah bint Sa`d when she asked the Prophet (pbuh) about Jerusalem, he said:

“It is the land where humankind will be resurrected and gathered together, seek prayers in it (i.e. Al-Masjid Al-Aqsa) because each prayer in it counts as one thousand in other masjids.” She asked, “What if one cannot reach it or finds difficulty reaching it?” He replied, “Let them send oil to be used in its lanterns as a gift, because the one who sends a gift to it is just like one who prayed in it.” [Ahmad and Ibn Majah]

Indeed, the issue of Palestine is a vital one for all Arabs and Muslims. It is their duty to shoulder the responsibility of this historical and doctrinal Islamic place. It is a great trust and an inseparable part of the Muslim land that none has the right to surrender, not even the tiniest portion of it. Muslims are obliged to defend it with all their power. They must regard defending it and its people an incumbent Islamic obligation. Every Muslim will be questioned about his or her efforts and role regarding this on the Day of Judgment, the day when neither wealth nor children will avail, when only he or she who comes with a sound and clean heart (clean from polytheism and hypocrisy) will be successful.

Allying with the Kuffar & support against Muslims ?!?!

Camaraderie (Muwalat) of the Disbelievers and Supporting Them Against the Muslims Are Amongst the Nullifiers of Islam According to the Scholars of the Da’wah !

Amongst the matters of disbelief (kufr) the scholars of the Najdi da’wah and others took care to mention is: camaraderie (muwalat) of the kuffar. Thus the imam and mujaddid Muhammad ibn ‘Abdil-Wahhab included it amongst the ten nullifiers the people of knowledge agreed upon. He said in “The Ten Nullifiers”:

Eighth: supporting and aiding the mushrikin against the Muslims, due to His statement: “…and whoever allies with them from amongst you, then verily, he is from them.” [5:51]

The truth is this issue is one of the most important issues worth writing about, especially with the efforts of many secularists and others to undermine the Muslim’s loyalty to his nation and din, to dilute his loyalty or to distribute this loyalty to non-Islamic slogans, national or tribal. And, praise belongs to Allah, independent research has been written worthy of reading and consulting. But what concerns us in this research is the position of the scholars of Najdi da’wah on this important issues, their interest in it, and detailing the depiction that is constitutes kufr and what does not in the issue of camaraderie of the kuffar.

Shaykh Hamad ibn ‘Atiq, from the scholars of the da’wah, said: "As for opposing the kuffar and the mushrikin, know that Allah obliged that and stressed its obligation and the prohibition against their homage, stressing it to the extent there is no ruling in His Book with more proof or clearer than this after the obligation of tawhid and prohibition of shirk." [Majmu’h at-Tawhid, p. 183]

The Linguistic and Legal Concept of the Word Muwalat

Muwalat in the language:

Muwalat comes from (sponser/support)… and muwalat is more encompassing than tawalli as muwalat is love and the opposite of muwalat is hostility (mu’adah). And tawali is to give full support and love .

Battle of Yarmouk - First Ishtishadi Operation !

Have you watched the Hollywood movie 300? Where 300 Spartans stand against hundreds of thousands of Persians and die fighting? Well, I am not going to talk about Leonidas and his 300 Spartans, but this is the story of Ikrimah and his 400 Mujahideen.

It was the 4th day in the battle of Yarmouk, the Muslims were on the verge of defeat and complete annihilation, the lines of the 40,000 strong Islamic army were crumbling in the face of the 250,000 gargantuan heavily equipped Roman army. Seeing the formations of the Islamic army falling all around, thousands of soldiers in the Islamic army started to rout and retreat. It looked like only death and defeat were left for the Muslims.

Although thousands retreated, some Muslims did not.

Witnessing the desperate situation of the Muslims, Ikrimah bin Abu Jahl (ra) and his regiment of 400 Mujahideen refused to retreat, and took an oath to die fighting. Ikrimah and his regiment of 400 charged towards the force of 250,000 Romans, and attacked the Romans with such fury, killing thousands and stopped their advance. As time went on, one by one, the Muslims in the regiment fell, all of the regiment including Ikrimah bin Abu Jahl (ra) died fighting and embraced martyrdom.

Witnessing this heroic bravery of Ikrimah and his Mujahideen, the retreating soldiers of the Islamic army began to rally under Khalid bin Walid (ra) and attacked the Romans. Unable to bear the onslaught of the Muslims, the Romans broke rank and fled. The Romans lost the battle and at least 100,000 men. It was the greatest victory in the history of Islam.

This is The Warrior of Islam, Salahuddin Al-Ayyubi

Learning from Salahuddin Al-Ayyubi, that only with JIHAD that Palestine could be retaken…..

The Great Leader's name is Salahuddin al-Ayubi. The conqueror of Palestine who retook the holy land of Palestine from the hands of the crusader forces in Europe. The people of the West know him as Saladin, and his name has been immortal in Europe for hundreds of years. So great was Salahuddin, that in Europe a tax called the Saladin Thite was imposed.

Salahuddin al-Ayubi, was born with the name Yusuf Salahuddin bin Ayub in about 1138 AD. He came from the Kurdish tribe. His family lived in Tikrit, which today belongs to Iraq, a place where Islam was in its glory at that time . His father, Najmuddin Ayub, was banished from Tikrit and moved to Mosul, the place where he met with Imaduddin Zengi, the ruler of Mosul, who was also the founder of the Zengi Dynasty, who led the Muslim army against the Crusader forces in Edessa. Imaduddin appointed Najmuddin to lead his fortress in Baalbek. After the death of Imaduddin Zengi in 1146 AD, his son, Nuruddin became the ruler of Mosul. Salahuddin was sent by Nuruddin to Damascus to continue his education.

Salahuddin then entered Egypt. Egypt at that time was under the rule of Khilafah Fathimiyah. In the year 1171 AD, al-Adhid, the ruler of Egypt from the Dynasty of Fathimiyah died. Salahuddin hastened to break the power of the Khilafah Fathimiyah and immediately restored the legitimate authority to Khilafah Abbasiyah in Baghdad.

Salahuddin revitalized the economy of Egypt, reformed the military, as well as re-implemented the Islamic values. Salahuddin built schools and hospitals. He also opened the gates of the palace to the public, where previously it was only open to the nobility. At that time, the Crusader Forces attacked Egypt's Alexandria, but with the perseverance of the Muslims and the help of Allah, the enemies were defeated.
