Islam is Supreme

Ibn ‘Abbas (RA) said Muhammad (SAW) said, ‘Al-Islamu ya’loo wa-laa yu’laa ‘alaih, Islam is supreme and nothing can match its superiority.’ [Saheeh ul-Bukhari]

In a time when all the confederations of the world are fighting against the warriors of Islam, torturing and imprisoning our Muslim brothers and sisters, occupying our lands and resources, blaspheming the noble and beloved Prophets and Messengers of Allah (SWT), belittling the speech of Allah (SWT) (al-Qur’aan); we should not forget the honorable status our beloved Messenger Muhammad (SAW) had prophesised to this great Ummah (Islamic nation). We will be the greatest force and the only superpower on earth and all other ways of life will be eradicated off the map. Everyone will witness the beauty of the Sharee’ah, the Khilaafah, Daar ul-Islam and Izhaar ud-Deen (global domination) of the laws of Allah (SWT).

It is only the munaafiqeen (hypocrites – moderate ‘Muslims’) who will resort to feeling defeated, allying with the disbelievers, diluting Islam and mocking the Muwahhideen (true monotheists and submitters to the commands of Allah).

On the day of conquering Mecca, Abu Sufyaan, Azib bin ‘Amru (two leaders of Quraysh) and Abdullah bin Hashraj reported that the Messenger Muhammad (SAW) said, ‘Islam is supreme and nothing can match its superiority.’ [Sunan al-Bayhaqi]

Mu’aadh bin Jabal (RA) said that Muhammad (SAW) said, ‘Islam is superior and nothing is higher or matches it superiority.’ [Fath ul-Baari]

The great exegete Imaam al-Qurtubi [d. 671 AH] said, commenting on the verse:
So do not become weak (against your enemy), nor be sad (pessimistic), and you will be superior (in victory) if you are indeed (true) believers. [Aali 'Imraan, 3:139]
“This is the fadl (blessing) of this Ummah.” [Tafseer ul-Qurtubi]

Prophet Mosaa (AS) was told by Allah (SWT) that he would defeat the magicians and that his followers would be victorious:
We (Allah) said: Fear not! Surely, you will have the upper hand. [Taa-Haa, 20:68]
And Muhammad (SAW) said, ‘Your Ummah (i.e. the community of Islam) is higher (in rank and status) than Mosaa (AS).’

Imaam Shawkaani [d. 1250 AH] mentioned, commenting on the verse:
And Allah (SWT) does not permit the believers to allow the disbelievers to have any authority over them. [an-Nisaa', 4:141]
“And Muhammad (SAW) said: Islam is supreme and nothing can match its superiority.”

Thawbaan (RA) narrated that Muhammad (SAW) said, “Allah (SWT) drew the ends of world near one another for my sake. And I have seen its eastern and western ends. And the dominion of my nation shall reach those ends which have been drawn near me.” [Saheeh Muslim, Abu Daawood, at-Tirmidhi and Ahmad]

With all these authentic evidences the Munaafiqeen may still say, ‘How can we be victorious over the United States of America, we can never ever overpower such a leading country.’ Do they not see or read or hear or believe and accept and act upon what the greatest man to walk on the face of this earth, Muhammad (SAW), said, ‘The Hour will not come until the Muslims conquer the White House.’ [Mu’jam al-Kabeer, at-Tabaraani, in the chapter of Conquering the White House]

Some weak minded Muslims will say, ‘Yes but this prophecy has been fulfilled under the era of ‘Umar (RA) when the Muslims conquered the White House in Persia.’ However, the ‘ulamaa of Ahl us-Sunnah wal-Jamaa’ah clearly state that this prophetic proof is not restricted to time or place; rather, it is a general saying of our beloved Prophet Muhammad (SAW) that applies until the Day of Judgement.

He who wants to see the globalization of Allah’s (SWT) Deen from the East to the West and the North to the South and the banners and flags of Islam flying high over earth must sacrifice his life, wealth, property, time, energy and strength all for the pleasure of his Lord (Allah) and to make His (Allah’s) word the absolute highest.

Abu Mosaa al-Ash’ari (RA) said, “A man came to the Prophet (SAW) and asked, ‘A man fights for war booty, another fights for fame and a third fights for showing-off; which of them fights in Allah’s cause?’ The Prophet (SAW) said, ‘He who fights to make Allah’s word (i.e. Islam) be superior is fighting in Allah’s cause.’” [Saheeh ul-Bukhari]
