Double standards of the Mashayikh !!!

I’d like to share a brief example on double standards by the Mashayikh of counter-terrorism and agents of the Tawagheet concerning the topic of Takfeer.

One of their greatest objectives is to dismiss speaking about Takfeer all-together, hence they even labelled it as “Fitnah of Takfeer” or “Dangers of Takfeer” or “Takfeer is a disease”, insulting this noble label of the Shari’ah without having any Salaf in doing so.

Ask them to find 1 example of the Salaf unrestrictedly saying “The fitnah of Takfeer”, instead you find the Salaf saying “The fitnah of the khawarij in going to extremes in Takfeer.”

So from the labels, you can tell that their chests hate hearing the word Takfeer, hence instead of saying “warning against extremism in Takfeer”, they say “The disease of Takfeer.”

Anyways, that’s just a side point, so let’s address the main concern. To begin, the Mashayikh of counter-terrorism have nothing to support themselves in warning against Takfeer except for the famous Ibn Taymiyyah quote, “Before making Takfeer, Tafsiq and Tabdi’, conditions must be met and preventatives must be removed.”

Firstly — This is not concerning major shirk and explicit Kuffr where knowledge of the issue is spread among the Muslims, so what have they done first of all is lied against Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah.
I’m not going to bring any Imaam Muhammad Ibn ‘Abdil-Wahhab quotes where he says this is solely restricted to unclear matters that require further analysis and open to doubts and misinterpretation in the Arabic language like Asma’ and Sifat, as I want to touch on double standards, so let’s continue.

Secondly — Why do these hypocrites solely apply these words when it comes to Takfeer, i.e. stipulating the conditions being met and preventatives removed when it comes to making Takfeer, but when it comes to Tafsiq (calling one a fasiq) and Tabdi’ (calling one an innovator), you find these people being the first and foremost to ignore these “conditions and preventions.”
Whenever they find someone making Takfeer upon a mushrik, labels of “extremist” and “khawarij” are immediately fired at this individual, without any condition being met, nor any preventative.
Infact, I wish they ignored the conditions and preventatives when calling someone a khariji (due to him mistakenly agreeing with the khawarij in a particular issue, like Takfeer upon grave murder, suicide or other sins), but the issue is, they are labeling khawarij who all the Prophets and Messengers have informed us are Kuffaar, Allahu musta’an.

Thirdly — Moving on, what we always tend to hear is “Whoever makes Ijtihaad is excused, you can’t hasten in applying a judgement upon him.”
What they mean by this is that if someone commits clear blasphemy in the sight of Allah, we must give him all the excuses we can.
But if a Brother who defends the honour of the Ummah fights the one who commits clear blasphemy due to not accepting your exaggerated excuses, he’s a khariji dog of the hellfire fighting in the path of Shaytaan!
What happened to excuse of Ijtihaad? Why don’t they say “We view him a Muslim who hujjah hasn’t been established, hence it’s major sin to fight him, but whoever views hujjah is established and fights him is excused due to Ijtihaad.”

Infact, exaggerating in giving excuses to mushrikeen has become the “Foundation” which no one is allowed to differ with, and if someone dares to disagree, then he’s from the khawarij!

Ooohh, and why is there no excuse for Ijtihaad for the Shaheed who does a ‘Amaliyyah Istish’hadiyyah, why is he automatically described as a khariji major sinner who will stab himself in hellfire forever?!

When Imaam Muhammad Ibn Ibrahim gave a fatwa saying it’s permissible to kill oneself to avoid being captured by the enemy to reveal secrets (which is different than suicide out of depression etc...), let alone ‘Amaliyyah Istish’hadiyyah which involves taking his own life (in most cases) while enemies are targetted too?!? Why don’t they label the mufti before Ibn Baaz, Imaam Muhammad Ibn Ibrahim as a khariji dog of hellfire for this?!!

They also quote the Ayah, “don’t throw your hands into destruction” to condemn a Shaheed, when the Tafseer of this Ayah clearly states throwing your hands in destruction is to avoid being in the path of Allah and spending wealth in Allah’s cause (even though the principle of not harming oneself can be derived from this Ayah).
Moreover, they also shy from mentioning any narration of a Mujahid during Prophet’s (saws) time plunging into enemy ranks, where death is highly certain.
So why don’t they say “He is a martyr with ta’wil Insha’Allah.”

Conclusion — I’m sure that we can now see the two-faced hypocrisy of the Mashayikh of counter-terrorism, and those that follow them among the fake-salafi’s (Yes, those misguided murji’ah who ascribe to the Salaf that look up to agents of the Tawagheet and take their Deen from them!).

We also learn that the one who fulfills one of the greatest obligations in making Takfeer upon Mushrikeen is condemned, labelled without right, and shunned completely without any excuse for “Ijtihaad” or anything else.

Whereas on the other side, the one who falls into all forms of shirk and Kuffr you can imagine among the Tawagheet, according to these “very fair” people, it’s obligatory to support him and anyone that opposes him is a dog of hellfire!

Reminder ! Harsh against Muwahiddeen, soft against Mushrikeen - Characteristic of the Khawarij!

You judge for yourself who’s more hasty in applying blank judgements upon people, while fighting Muwahiddeen and leaving Mushrikeen alone!
