A Verdict Regarding the Saudi Regime !
Question:
I think it is not hidden from the likes of you what has happened and is now happening in the Arabian Peninsula under the Saudi rule… If you would – may Allah preserve you – direct the youths to what is obligatory for them to do, especially since the government has begun to target the people of Iman and Jihad, either by imprisoning them or killing them, and what happened to Shaykh Yusuf al-‘Uyayri is not far from us… So groups of the youths have now decided to take revenge for what the Saudi government has done or will do. So some of them have begun to buy weapons. And other groups of the youths fear that there will be a repeat in the Arabian Peninsula of that which occurred in Algeria, but at the same time they see that a great Fitnah and killing is about to take place, especially if the Saudi government continues to restrict the people of knowledge and Jihad. So they view that it is necessary for them to buy weapons, from handguns to explosives, and to train with them in order to defend themselves and their families in the event of a civil war or revolution or the like.
These youths have – among those who answer their questions and share their concerns – ‘Ulama’ whom they trust in terms of their knowledge, and who live in the Peninsula and witness the situation there and see it around them. However, as you know – may Allah bless you – the houses of these ‘Ulama’ have been besieged, and they have been led away to prison, to remain there for an indefinite period. This is if they are convicted of rebellion.
And the government has even fabricated lies about these ‘Ulama’, for when they arrested Shaykh ‘Ali al-Khudhayr, Shaykh Nasir al-Fahd and Shaykh Ahmad al-Khalidi, they broadcast that they found along with these Mashayikh weapons and explosives! And before that, they accused them of founding a group called “The Muwahhideen for the overthrow of the Saudi government”, and that they had a hand in the explosions that occurred in Riyadh, even though the Mashayikh – may Allah preserve them – had denied both accusations!
O Shaykh, the youths are confused and afraid at the same time. For they fear for themselves to even ask about what is obligatory upon them to do. And if they ask someone, the one who is asked will usually shy away from the question, and will summarise and not give details. The integrity of the Committee of Major Scholars (Hay’at Kibaril-‘Ulama’) has fallen in the eyes of many of the youths, and they look at any statement from the Committee of Major Scholars as if it is a statement from the Interior Ministry or another Ministry… for this reason, we hope that you will give us an explanation and advice.
Answer:
All praise is due to Allah, the Lord of all that exists.
This is a big question… I wished that the Saudi regime would not push the youths to the extent that they would be forced to send the like of this question… and I have received many questions similar to it. I wished from the Saudi regime – in observance of the sacredness of the two noble Haramayn, and its peaceful worshippers – that it would not put itself in this position, and that it would leave us alone as we have left it alone, but it has insisted on brandishing the stick, and on mistreating us, and being an open enemy, and being a helper to the Tawagheet of the infidels in the world against the Muslim Muwahhideen from the people of the Peninsula and outside of it, in the name of “fighting terrorism”… even though they themselves are the masters of terrorism and criminality.

Is the Tāghūt excused by Jahl?
“And wherever you differ, the verdict is with Allah. “Such is Allah, my
Lord: in Him have I placed my trust, and unto Him do I always turn!”
[42:10]
“Have you seen those (hypocrites) who claim
that they believe in that which has been sent down to you, and that
which was sent down before you, and they wish to go for judgement (in
their disputes) to the Taghout (false judges, etc.) while they have been
ordered to reject them. But Shaytaan (Satan) wishes to lead them far
astray.” [4:60]
So the Ayah is clear and is understood from the Ayah that we cannot associate with Allah in His Hukm anybody. Allah says,
“He does not associate with his Hukm anybody." [18:26]
"Do not eat from anything that Allah’s name was not mentioned, that is
sin, but the Shayateen whisper to his awliyaa to debate it with you, if
you obey them you are Mushrikeen.” [6:121]
This is shirk in
obedience to the legislation that Allah never legislated is what is
called "worshipping Shaytaan", Allah says,
"Didn't I ask you O children of Adam, not to worship Shaytaan? He is your clear enemy." [36:60]
And this is what Ibraheem (as) said,
"O my father, do not worship the Shaytaan, verily the Shaytaan was disobedient to Allah." [19:44]
13 Vritues of Tawheed
From the second chapter of Shaykh ‘Abd ar-Rahman as-Sa’di’s sharh of‘Kitab at-Tawhid’:
“…There is nothing that has a better effect and more virtues than Tawhid, as all of the good in this world and the next sprout from this Tawhid and its virtues."
1 - The forgiveness and expiation of sins are from its virtues and effects.
2 - It is the greatest means by which the pressures, hardships, and punishments of this life and the next are repelled.
3 - It prevents one from remaining eternally in the fires of Hell, even if there was only a mustard seed’s worth of it in the heart. If it is complete in the heart, it prevents one from ever entering Hell in the first place!
4 - It grants its owner complete guidance and security in this life and the next.
5 – It is the only means of attaining the Pleasure and reward of Allah, and he who will be happiest in regards to the intercession of the Prophet is he who said ‘there is none worthy of worship except Allah’ sincerely from his heart.
6 - And from the greatest of its virtues is that the acceptance, richness, and reward of all actions and words – outer and inner – depend on Tawhid. So, as strong as Tawhid and sincerity to Allah are, the stronger these will become.
ARTICLE: Western wars have killed 4 million Muslims since 1990!
The 97-page report by the Nobel Peace Prize-winning doctors’ group is
the first to tally up the total number of civilian casualties from
US-led counter-terrorism interventions in Iraq, Afghanistan and
Pakistan.
The PSR report is authored by an interdisciplinary team of leading
public health experts, including Dr. Robert Gould, director of health
professional outreach and education at the University of California San
Francisco Medical Center, and Professor Tim Takaro of the Faculty of
Health Sciences at Simon Fraser University.
Yet it has been almost completely blacked out by the English-language
media, despite being the first effort by a world-leading public health
organisation to produce a scientifically robust calculation of the
number of people killed by the US-UK-led “war on terror”.
Mind the gaps
The PSR report is described by Dr Hans von Sponeck, former UN
assistant secretary-general, as “a significant contribution to narrowing
the gap between reliable estimates of victims of war, especially
civilians in Iraq, Afghanistan and Pakistan and tendentious, manipulated
or even fraudulent accounts”.
The report conducts a critical review of previous death toll
estimates of “war on terror” casualties. It is heavily critical of the
figure most widely cited by mainstream media as authoritative, namely,
the Iraq Body Count (IBC) estimate of 110,000 dead. That figure is
derived from collating media reports of civilian killings, but the PSR
report identifies serious gaps and methodological problems in this
approach.
Democracy is a religion !!!
Why is democracy, a religion other than Islam? The Ulemā have said:
"Every thought, methodology, conviction, or ideology which puts Allah,
and the people on the same level, or puts anything on the same level as
Allah, is a religion other than Islam." When Amr Ibn Luhāy slaughtered
to someone other than Allah, he committed Shirk, he left the fold of
Islam, and entered the religion of idol worship. This is why every
ideology which people make up, and in which they attribute a partner
with Allah in Rubūbiyyāh, or Ulūhiyyāh is a religion other than Islam,
and democracy attributes a partner to Allah in both Tawhīd uh
Rububiyyah, and in Tawhīd ul Ulūhiyyā.
How is that? We said that
Tawhīd uh Rubūbiyyāh is to attribute Allah's rights only to Allah, and
one of Allah's rights is legislation! Legislation in matters of honor,
blood, wealth, the soul, and life. This is the right of our lord (the
Exalted)! And democracy says and decides that total legislation in the
matters of honor, blood, wealth, and life belongs to the people, and not
Allah, and secularism gives Allah his own ownership, and the king its
own ownership (dividing religion from the government, and politics). And
like this, they set up people as lords instead of Allah. Not besides,
but instead of Allah. And you (wretch) become happy, and you say: "This
is an Islamic party. Bashaar will leave, and voting will be brought
in... etc" This is how they deceive people in the name of Islam, and
they say: "We are an Islamic party. We will enter into parliament, and
we want Shari'a. We will establish Islam." And all this to deceive
people, and you set them up as legislators instead of Allah.
The Obediance that results to Kuffr!
Allah says, in Surah ul-Qitaal (the Chapter of Fighting):
“Verily, those who became apostates after the guidance has been
manifested to them, Shaytaan (Satan) beautified for them (their apostasy
and false hopes), and (Allah) prolonged their term (age). That is
because they said to those (Disbelievers) who hate what Allah has sent
down: ‘We will obey you in some of the matters,’ but Allah knows their
secrets.” [47:25–26]
Explaining the first part of this verse (“Those who became apostates…”), Ibn Katheer said:
“…Those who abandoned Imaan and went back to kuffr (disbelief).” [At-Tafseer, volume 4, page 193]
It has been narrated in the aforementioned verse that a number of
Believers became apostates after announcing they would obey the
Disbelievers in some matters only – not all. If this is the case when
one obeys the Disbelievers in only some issues, what is the situation of
those who declare absolute obedience to them and say that we must obey
(all) their laws?!?
A group of idolaters approached the Prophet
(saws) and his Companions, debating the issue of un-slaughtered meat.
They said to the Believers, “You claim that you seek Allah’s Pleasure,
yet how is it that you do not eat what Allah causes to die, but you eat
what you slaughter (kill) with your knives?” Allah then revealed
the verse:
“…And certainly, the Shayaateen (devils) do inspire
their friends (from mankind) to dispute with you, and if you obey them
(by making the meat of dead animals halaal), then you would indeed be
Mushrikoon (polytheists, i.e. Disbelievers).” [6:121]
So Allah issued a stern warning to the Believers, informing them that if
they obey the Disbelievers by permitting what Allah has forbidden – in
this case, the meat of dead (un-slaughtered) animals – then they would
undoubtedly become Mushrikoon (people who worship many gods).

Description of Paradise !
"And if you ask about its ground and its soil, then it is of musk and saffron.
And if you ask about its roof, then it is the Throne of the Most Merciful.
And if you ask about its rocks, then they are pearls and jewels.
And if you ask about its buildings, then they are made of bricks of gold and silver.
And if you ask about its trees, then it does not contain a single tree except that its trunk is made of gold and silver.
And if you ask about its fruits, then they are softer than butter and sweeter than honey.
And if you ask about its leaves, then they are softer than the softest cloth.
And if you ask about its rivers, then there are rivers of milk who's taste does not change, and rivers of wine that is delicious to those who drink it, and rivers of honey that is pure, and rivers of water that is fresh.
And if you ask about their food, then it is fruits from whatever they will choose, and the meat of whatever birds they desire.
NEWS: Mass-Murder in Ethiophia !
At least 13 unarmed civilians, mostly Muslim clerics were shot dead and many more others were wounded after the Ethiopian troops attacked a house in Awdinle area, residents said.
“Ethiopian troops have opened fire indiscriminately on Quran teachers gathered at a house in Awdinle settlement near Baidoa city, regional capital of Baay region,” said a relative.
Sa’dio Ali Hassan, a woman who lost her father in the mass shooting said the clerics were reading Quran on a sickness man in the house at the time of the civilian massacre.
“The Ethiopian troops have attacked Awdinle village as there were no a fight or Al Shabaab presence in the area, my father was among those innocent civilians massacred,” she cried.
AMISOM command did not comment of the mass murder by Ethiopian troops .However it is the norm that the Ethiopian army committing cold blood murder unarmed against civilian in south and central Somalia.

He (the questioner) says: "When the Qurāysh committed Shirk, it was of no benefit to ascribe themselves to Ibrahim (AS) as they were still considered disbelievers, and the same applied in regards to the Christians. It was (and is) of no benefit that they ascribe themselves to Isa (AS), as Allah still declared them as disbelievers, but some people say that Allah forgave this nation; the errors and forgetfulness they committed, and because of this, every person who falls into Shirk because of ignorance or because of a doubt is not from the people whom Takfīr has been made upon. What is your opinion in regards to this?"
This is against the consensus. This nation has been forgiven for errors, and forgetfulness, but not in the case where there is consensus that you cannot be forgiven, and amongst from the cases from which you can't be forgiven is Shirk (Polytheism), and the case of Tawhīd (Oneness of God), and other cases which a man enters Islam, and the cases of major Shirk, and major Kufr (Disbelief), in which a man, through these, leaves Islam. In these cases, there are no excuses for ignorance, forgetfulness, or other than that. He gets a ruling based according to the act he committed, and amongst the topics is something that has appeared in recent times, which is the case of excuses due to ignorance. He who falls into major Shirk is he excused or not?
ARTICLE: CIA"s first Captive describes his Torture!
- In the evening, while he was held captive at a secret CIA black site
in Thailand, the high-value detainee Zayn al-Ibidin Muhammed Husayn said
his interrogators would torture him by confining him to a large,
six-foot-tall black wooden box in "extremely uncomfortably positions."
Other times, they would force him to spend hours in a small "dog box."
- The
detainee, better known by his surname, Abu Zubaydah, said he was
deprived of "adequate air" and food in the boxes while an "extreme noise
machine nearby" tormented him.
- This was the start of "my most
painful and cruel period of torture," Abu Zubaydah said. The "pain in
the small box was unbearable. I was hunched over in a contorted way and
my back and knees were in excruciating pain. I began slamming my body
and shackled arms against the inside and screaming for help and tried to
break the door. The wound in my stomach and leg opened up and I started
bleeding, yet I didn't care. I would do anything to stretch my leg and
back for one minute."
- It's a significant development, and especially noteworthy given that Abu
Zubaydah was never supposed to see the light of day. Indeed, in the
Senate Intelligence Committee's torture report, CIA interrogators asked
in a cable for "reasonable assurances" that he would "remain in
isolation and incommunicado for the remainder of his life" if he did not
die during his interrogation.
Types of Kuffr (Disbelief) !!!
1. Kuffrul-'Inaad:
Disbelief out of Stubbornness.
This applies to someone who knows the
truth and admits to knowing the truth and admits to knowing it with his
tongue, but refuses to accept it and refrains from making a declaration.
Allah says:
"Throw into Hell every stubborn disbeliever." [50:24]
2. Kuffrul-Inkaar:
Disbelief out of Denial.
This applies to someone who denies with both
heart and tongue. Allah says:
"They recognize the favors of Allah,
yet they deny them. Most
of them are disbelievers." [16:83]
3. Kuffrul-Kibr: Disbelief out of Arrogance and Pride.
The disbelief by the devils (Iblees-Shayateen) is an example of this type of Kuffr.
4. Kuffrul-Juhood: Disbelief out of Rejection.
This applies to someone who acknowledges
the truth in his heart, but rejects it with his tongue. This types of Kuffr is applicable to those who calls themselves Muslims but who reject
any necessary and accepted norms of Islam such as Salaat and Zakaat.
Allah says:
"They denied them (Our signs) even though their hearts
believed in them, out of spite and arrogance." [27:14]

Innocent civilians continue to die in U.S. drone strikes in Yemen !!!
One afternoon in January 2013, Ali Ali Al-Qawili, a
33-year teacher, left his workplace, the Khlaid Ibn Al-Waleed School,
and went home to have lunch with his family.
After lunch, he called his cousin, Saleem, a 22-year-old college student who had a pickup truck, to take him and several friends to buy khat from the market.
After chewing khat later on the day, Ali and Saleem decided to take the friends to Sanhan, a district outside Sanaa, the Yemeni capital, recalled Ali's brother, Mohammed.
And then came the drone strike, which killed Ali, Saleem, and six others, about 4 km from Mohammed's village, Jihanah.
When Mohammed rushed to the site of the U.S. bombing, the Toyota Hilux was still burning, and the victims were beyond recognition.
"It was the most tragic scene," Mohammed Al-Qawili said. "I decided then to found the National Organization for Drone Victims."
That was only one of hundreds of such drone strikes in Yemen that were supposed to target terrorists but actually killed and maimed many civilians, including women and children.
"In our district, drones have also killed army officers, by mistake," Al-Qawili said.
Sometimes authorities would visit families of civilian victims, say sorry and offer financial compensation, he said. "But apologies and money cannot bring back the dead."

Fasting the 6 Days of Shawwaal - IMP Q&A !!!
FAST YOUR MISSED FASTS FIRST
Question:
Is
it permissible to fast the six days of Shawwaal before making up the
missed fasts of Ramadhan? And is it permissible to fast on Monday in the
month of Shawwaal with the intention of making up the missed fasts of
Ramadhan, and with the intention of attaining the reward of fasting on
the Monday?
Shaykh ‘Uthaymeen answered: “The reward of fasting the six days of Shawwaal is not attained except if a person has completed the month’s fasts of Ramadhan, so whoever has some missed fasts from Ramadhan then let him not fast the six days of Shawwaal until he has completed the missed fasts of Ramadhan, because the Prophet sal`Allaahu ‘alayhi wa-salaam said: ”Whoever fasts Ramadhan then follows that with six from Shawwaal, it would be as if he fasted perpetually” [Muslim, no. 2614].
So based upon this, we say to anyone who has missed fasts, upon him is that he must fast those first, then fast the six days of Shawwaal. And if it happens that these six days fall upon a Monday or Thursday then indeed he will attain the reward of them both [the six days and the fasting upon the Monday or Thursday], with the reward of the intention of fasting the six days and with the reward of the intention for fasting Monday or Thursday, due to his sal`Allaahu ‘alayhi wa-salaam’s saying:
“Actions are judged by their intentions and for every person is that what he intended …. “ [al-Bukhari and Muslim]

What have we gained from Ramadaan?
Ramadaan
is a school of Imaan and a 'stop to recharge one's spiritual batteries'
- to acquire one's provision for the rest of the year.
For when will one take a lesson and change for better if not in the month of Ramadaan?
The noble month is a true school of transformation in which we change our actions, habits and manners that are in variance with the Law of Allah.
"Verily, Allah does not change the condition of a people until they change what is in themselves." [Ar-Rad:11]
If you are from those who benefited from Ramadaan, fulfilled the requirements of Taqwa, truly Fasted the month, Prayed in it with truthfulness, and strove against you soul, then praise and thank Allah, and ask Him for steadfastness upon it until you meet your death.
Be not like one who has sewn a shirt and then destroyed it... Have you seen one who sewed a shirt or Thawb, so when she looked at it, she liked it. Then she destroyed it pulling a thread by thread for no reason. What would people say about such a person?!
Or have you seen one who earns a fortune trading throughout the day, then when the night comes, he throws away all that he earned, Dirham by Dirham. What would people say about such a person?
This is the condition of one who returns to sinning and evildoing after Ramadaan and leaves obedience and righteous actions. So after he was favored with the blessing of obedience and enjoyment of communicating with Allah he returned to the blaze of sins and evil actions. How evil are the people who know Allah only in Ramadaan!
My beloved Muslimeen, falling short in one's commitment to Islam after Ramadaan is manifested in many ways, including:

ARTICLE: Barbaric Conditions That Led to a Detainee's Death!!!
HIGHLIGHTS FROM THE ARTICLE:
- The CIA black site prison had 20 cells. Described as "stand-alone
concrete boxes," the cell block was outfitted with stereo speakers that
played music 24 hours a day to prevent captives from communicating with
each other. Captives, who first arrived there in September 2002, were
often held in total darkness. Some were subjected to mock executions.
- The prison is where a 34-year-old Afghan militant and suspected al-Qaeda
operative named Gul Rahman froze to death in November 2002 after
undergoing a brutal torture regimen that included being beaten, doused
with cold water, and left half-naked while chained to the floor of his
cell. Several of the techniques CIA interrogators used on Rahman were
unauthorized; in August 2002, a Department of Justice attorney named
John Yoo had written a legal memo sanctioning nearly a dozen torture
methods for use on high-value captives.
- The graphic description of the conditions of Rahman's confinement and
the disastrous operations of COBALT were laid bare in 14-year-old,
closely guarded CIA reports that probed the circumstances of his death;
those reports [pdf at the end of this article] were just turned over to
VICE News in response to a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit.
Separately, the CIA also declassified and publicly posted to its website
a trove
of other documents related to its so-called "rendition, detention, and
interrogation" program and the treatment of detainees in custody of the
agency in response to separate FOIA lawsuits filed by VICE News and the
ACLU.
- Dr. Bruce Jessen, was present at COBALT prior to Rahman's death and
performed a psychological evaluation on Rahman, deciding what torture
techniques should be used on him "to render him compliant."
Qur'anic Reflections !
Allah responded to the supplication of His Prophet Ibrahim (as)when he said:
"Our Lord! Send to them a Messenger from themselves, reciting to them Your Signs, teaching them the Book and the Wisdom and purifying them. Indeed You are the Most Powerful, the Most Wise." [2:129]So Allah said:"It is Allah who has sent to the unlettered people a Messenger from amongst themselves, reciting to them His Signs, purifying them and teaching them the Book and the Wisdom, whereas before that, they had been in clear misguidance." [62:2]So here the Prophet (saws) has been characterized with two tasks: ta'lim (teaching) and tazkiyah (purification). In his request, Ibrahim (as) mentioned ta'lim before tazkiyah. However, Allah answered him, but by giving tazkiyah precedence to ta'lim. And Allah blessed the Believers by sending the Messenger who carried out these two tasks, so He said:"As We sent to you a Messenger from amongst yourselves, reciting to you Our Signs, purifying you, and teaching you the Book and the Wisdom, that which you did not know." [2:151]So in this Ayah also, Allah mentions purification before teaching. Thus, as is known, purification is one of the fruits of acting upon knowledge; and that knowledge causes harm for its possessor if it is not accompanied by action. Indeed, whosoever increases in knowledge, but does not increase in taqwa, then let him be suspicious about his knowledge.
Imam Ibn Al-Qayyim said: "The Scholar who does not act upon his knowledge, will be punished before the worshippers of idols."
When the Scholars visit the Rulers...!
By Imaam Anwar Al-Awlaki (rahimahUllah)
Ibn Abbass narrated that Rasulullah (saws) said: Whoever
lives the life of a Bedouin becomes coarse. And whoever occupies himself
with hunting becomes heedless and whoever visits the rulers falls into
fitnah. Narrated by Abu Dawud, al-Tirmithi, al-Nasai, and al-Bayhaqi and is agreeable.
Man is affected by his environment and actions. Therefore Islam
guides us to which actions we should perform and which actions should be
avoided and it also teaches us what environment we should live in and
which people we should surround ourselves with.
The line of work one chooses affects his personality. The personal
traits one gains from being in the medical field are different than
those one gains from being in IT for example. Some professions make
people coarse when others make them gentle. In some professions being
polite is necessary for success in the field while in others profanity
and rudeness is the rule. Even within the same profession one may find
differences. Rasulullah (saws) says that shepherds of goats and sheep
are merciful while shepherds of camels are proud.
In the above quoted Hadith Rasulullah (saws) mentions three actions
and their effects on the person who performs them. The first is living
as a Bedouin. Rasulullah (saws) says that life as a Bedouin makes a
person coarse and rough in their character. The difficulty of life in
the desert and the rough environment demand that man develops the traits
that are suitable for his survival in such conditions.
