Medic Who Killed Palestinian Being Portrayed as ‘National Hero’ !!!

The Israeli soldier who shot dead a wounded Palestinian attacker was recorded shaking hands with a far-right Jewish activist while the victim's body was removed from the scene.

The new video – released by B'Tselem, the Israeli Information Center for Human Rights in the Occupied Territories – shows the soldier behind his commander as the two walk away from the body of Abed al-Fattah al-Sharif, who was shot on Thursday.

The soldier then shakes hands and pats on the back far-right activist Baruch Marzel, the former leader of the outlawed Kach party, which has been labeled a terrorist group by the US, EU and Israel.

Medic Who Killed Palestinian Being Portrayed as ‘National Hero’ !!!

Tensions within Israel’s extremely narrow right-far-right coalition continue to grow, as the military’s investigation into an Israeli medic who shot and killed an already wounded and disarmed Palestinian has become a cause célèbre for the settler movement and for hawks in general.

Polls show a vast majority of Israelis are opposed to any investigation of the killing, and several groups have organized rallies in support of the medic, with many calling him a “national hero,” circulating petitions demanding he be given a medal for the killing.

Israeli Defense Minister Moshe Ya’alon fired back against the comments, saying the medic was not a “hero” for violating the rules of engagement, saying the far-right seems to want a “brutal army that has lost its moral backbone.

Since the video emerged of the shooting, the medic’s lawyer claims he thought the Palestinian might have a bomb. Military officials, however, say that the man had already been searched. Subsequent videos have shown the medic shaking hands with a Kahanist leader, and witnesses say he told multiple other soldiers at the site that the wounded Palestinian “deserves to die.” The Palestinian had been lying on the street wounded for 11 minutes, and when he lifted his head a bit, the medic shot and killed him.

April Fool - A dishonest Tradition !!!

https://islamgreatreligion.files.wordpress.com/2014/04/april-fool-day-in-islam-2014.jpg

1st April - a day when people lie, play jokes and mock in the name of entertainment. This ugly practice of lying, which is considered to be merely a humor, is known to have caused great harm to many. Even trauma and deaths. Still this dishonest tradition is not only practiced among the common masses, but also newspapers and magazines participate in it by publishing false news and untrue stories on the first day of April!

Much is said about the origin of this practice, however what concerns the most to the Muslims is that it is a tradition which directly contradicts the teachings and morals of Islam.

Lying is a characteristic of hypocrisy and Allah's Messenger (saws) strictly forbade lying at all times. He (saws) said: “Let he who truly believes in Allah and the Last Day speak good or be silent.” [Saheeh al-Bukharee] Moreover, he (saws) has specifically cursed the person who lies to make people laugh, he said: “Woe be on one who speaks and lies in order to make people laugh, woe be on him.” [Abu Dawood]

The above Ahaadeeth show the gravity of participating in the false tradition of April Fool, which the Western tradition appreciates and encourages claiming that it brings joy and amusement, whereas the Prophet (saws) forbade lying and deceiving even if the intention of the person is to amuse people.

Boycotting Goods of Those who Slaughter Your Brothers Like Sheep !!!
By Shaykh Muhammad Nasir ud-Din al-Albani (rahimahUllah)

Just now I said to one of my brothers who asked me, and how often I am asked, to this day the people are still asking me about meat from Bulgaria, and in reality I'm amazed at them - we've been sorely tried by (this issue) of Bulgarian meat for many long years, (after) all of these years hasn't the time come for the Muslims to understand what the ruling concerning this Bulgarian meat is? Such a strange thing!

So I say that if you are in doubt and are uncertain about whether these animals have been slaughtered Islamically or not - what you are not in doubt about is [the fact] that they are slaughtering our Muslim brothers there, the Turks who live there, they have been slaughtering them for a long time just like sheep are slaughtered, so if the Bulgarians are slaughtering the meat which we import from them according to the Shari'ah (then) I truly say that it is not allowed for us to import it from them, on the contrary, it is obligatory upon us to boycott them so that they cease slaughtering our Muslim brothers there.

So SubhanAllah! The feeling of brotherhood has died which the Prophet (saws) described as being that of one body:
"The believers in their mutual kindness, compassion and sympathy are just like one body. When one of the limbs suffers, the whole body responds to it with wakefulness and fever."Agreed upon

Prophet-King or Slave Messenger ?

https://i.ytimg.com/vi/vmbWVXJ1Jak/maxresdefault.jpg
The Prophet (saws) chose the station of al-'ubudiyyah (slavery and servitude) over and above the station of kingship. Once - on the day of the conquest of Makkah - a man stood-up (out of reverence) for the Prophet (saws), who, being shocked, said to him:
"Do not trouble yourself! Indeed I am not a king. Rather I am merely the son of a Qurayshi woman who eats dry meat."[Sahih: Related by Ibn Sa'ad in At-Tabaqat (1/23) in mursal form. However, it has been related in connected form by Ibn Majah (no. 3312) and Al-Hakim (3/47). Shaykh Al-Albani authenticated it in As-Sahihah (no. 1876)]
It has also been authentically reported from the Prophet (saws) that he said:
"Do not over praise me as the Christians over-praised 'Isa son of Maryam. Indeed, I am only a slave. So call me the Slave of Allah and His Messenger."[Al-Bukhari (6/345), Ad-Darimi (2/320) and others]
Imam Ahmad reports from Muhammad ibn Fudayl, from 'Amarah, from Abu Zur'ah who said: "I do not know this except from Abu Hurayrah who said: 'Jibril was sitting with the Prophet (saws) looking towards the sky, when he saw an angel. So Jibril said to him: Indeed, this angel has never descended before today. So when the angel had descended, he said: O Muhammad! I have been sent by your Lord (to inquire) whether He should make you a Prophet-King or a Slave-Messenger.'"
[Related by Ahmad (2/321), Al-Bazzar (no. 4262) and Al-Haythami in Al-Majma' (9/18-19) where he said: "It has been narrated by Ahmad, Al-Bazzar and Abu Ya'la, and its initial narrators are all the narrators of As-Sahih"]

Interesting Article - What is IS? What does it really want?

What is the Islamic State?
What ISIS Really Wants?
The Islamic State is no mere collection of psychopaths. It is a religious group with carefully considered beliefs, among them that it is a key agent of the coming apocalypse.
The Islamic State awaits the army of “Rome,” whose defeat at Dabiq, Syria, will initiate the countdown to the apocalypse.

Where did it come from, and what are its intentions? The simplicity of these questions can be deceiving, and few Western leaders seem to know the answers. In December, The New York Times published confidential comments by Major General Michael K. Nagata, the Special Operations commander for the United States in the Middle East, admitting that he had hardly begun figuring out the Islamic State’s appeal. “We have not defeated the idea,” he said. “We do not even understand the idea.” In the past year, President Obama has referred to the Islamic State, variously, as “not Islamic” and as al-Qaeda’s “jayvee team,” statements that reflected confusion about the group, and may have contributed to significant strategic errors.

The group seized Mosul, Iraq, last June, and already rules an area larger than the United Kingdom. Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi has been its leader since May 2010, but until last summer, his most recent known appearance on film was a grainy mug shot from a stay in U.S. captivity at Camp Bucca during the occupation of Iraq. Then, on July 5 of last year, he stepped into the pulpit of the Great Mosque of al-Nuri in Mosul, to deliver a Ramadan sermon as the first caliph in generations—upgrading his resolution from grainy to high-definition, and his position from hunted guerrilla to commander of all Muslims. The inflow of jihadists that followed, from around the world, was unprecedented in its pace and volume, and is continuing.

Why Two Women Witnesses?

http://gdb.rferl.org/8E9693A5-6657-4738-BB61-5C5EAF411D07_mw1024_s_n.jpg
A question that repeatedly arises is that concerning the position of women in Islam. Muslim scholars have been able with great success - despite the onslaught of distortion and misrepresentation - to demonstrate the true position of Muslim women; especially of women's liberation in the advent of Islam. The Islamic ruling on issues such as inheritance, the right to earn, the right to own property etc. have reinforced this position and have been prescribed by Allah - the One True God - long before western nations even thought of such concepts!

The issue of two women witnesses in place of one man is the concern of the present treatise. As will become clear to the sincere and objective reader, the intellectual status of a Muslim woman is neither marred nor degraded by the commandment that if two Muslim male witnesses are not available then one Muslim male and two Muslim females should be invited to witness. Rather, this injunction is in perfect harmony with the nature and psychology of the woman as will become evident through quotations from psychologists, psychiatrists and medical research.

The passage of the Qur'an (Baqarah 2:282) in which the above-mentioned requirement is made has usury, capital and debtor difficulties as its theme. Allah grants guidelines in matters relating to monetary obligations. Then business transactions are dealt with. In this section, the requirement to commit all transactions into writing is stated most emphatically ("Reduce them to writing ... "). The section after this describes the responsibility of the scribe, or in modern parlance, the person responsible for drawing up the agreement. The following section describes the responsibility and the obligation of the person incurring the liability. The section after this explains how if the party that is liable cannot effectively draw up the contract - out of being deficient or weak mentally, or being unable to dictate - then his or her guardian should help draw out the contract and choose two suitable witnesses to observe. It must be understood that this situation arises if it is not possible for the liable party to draw out the contract by him/herself. The condition to put things into writing is still supreme. The next section then explains that two men should be called to witness and if two men are not available ("And if there are not two men ... ") then a man and two women. The legislation then continues and reminds most emphatically that one should not be complacent about putting ALL agreements into writing - no matter whether these agreements are major or minor as this is more JUST in the sight of Allah and more reliable as evidence. The passage of the Qur'an further explains that for practical reasons it may not always be possible to commit on-the-spot agreements into writing. In this case, it is also recommended that it be witnessed. The section which follows then lays down the guidelines which should be followed in the event that no witnesses are present.

First interview since Babar Ahmad's freedom!

Babar Ahmad’s injuries and a doctored photo removing the evidence
Babar Ahmad presses the tip of his forefinger into the middle of his forehead. “Can you see that mark?” he asks. “That’s where the shrapnel struck my skull. It’s still embedded just below that red mark – a small ball-bearing from a hand grenade, buried in the middle of my cranium.”

Then he opens his hands and proffers his wrists. “Can you see those marks too? That was when I was tortured by British police – when they pulled the handcuffs up my arm so tight that I screamed. And then they punched me all over my face before holding my neck so hard that I could no longer breathe. I really thought I was going to die.”

Ahmad’s ordeal began in 2003, when his house was raided by the Met’s elite counter-terrorism squad. He was then extradited to the US, where he was convicted of providing material support to the Taliban. Last year he was finally released from prison to an emotional reunion with his family and thousands of supporters in south London.

The story of Babar Ahmad is the story of the west’s war on terror, a war that has been waged against those who bore arms in the name of Islam. It’s also the story of America’s desire for revenge in the wake of 9/11. And a story of how Britain blindly conspired with its ally to send Ahmad to the United States, despite knowing that there was no evidence to try him for the same crimes in the UK.

Muslims living amongst the Kuffar ?!?

http://36.media.tumblr.com/d790e73fb88486c839c7cffb2a72d126/tumblr_n5f9miPl0Y1s4shrvo1_1280.jpg
Muslims who live in non-Muslim countries can be divided into three groups:

* Those who prefer to live amongst Non-Muslims because of their affection for them;
* Those who live amongst non-Muslims yet ignore their obligation to denounce disbelief;
* And those who live amongst the non-Muslims but uphold their obligation to denounce disbelief.

The first group: stays amongst the disbelievers by choice and inclination, they praise and commend them, and are happy to disassociate themselves from the Muslims. They help the disbelievers in their struggle against the Muslims in any way they can, physically, morally, and financially. Such people are disbelievers, their position is actively and deliberately opposed to religion. Allah says:

"Let not the believers take the disbelievers as Auliyā (supporters, helpers, etc.) instead of the believers, and whoever does that will never be helped by Allāh in any way..." (Aali Imran 3:28)

At-Tabari remarks that such a person would have washed his hands of Allah, and that Allah would have nothing to do with a person who actively rejects Him and denies His Religion. Allah says:

"O you who believe! Take not the Jews and the Christians as Auliyā' (friends, protectors, helpers, etc.), they are but Auliyā' to one another. And if any amongst you takes them as Auliyā', then surely he is one of them..." (Al-Ma'idah 5:51)

Then, in the words of the Prophet (saws): "Whoever joins the disbelievers and lives amongst them is one of them." (
Ibn Ateeq, "Ad-Difaa "', p, 10- 12)

The Prophet (saws) also said: “I have nothing to do with any Muslim who settles among the mushrikeen.” (Abu Dawood (2645) - classed as Sahih by al-Albaani in Saheeh Abi Dawood)

You Must Fix Up What Is Between You and Your Lord !!!

http://40.media.tumblr.com/6f6942cc499b244f8f733e69bf099747/tumblr_mk4bmzn8fK1qil46jo1_500.jpg
The questioner asks: I am distant from Allah and want steadfastness, and to be practising, but I find it hard with no friends to help or family; so what is your advice to me? May Allah reward you.

Shaykh Muhammad Mukhtar ash-Shinqitee replied:
I advise you and myself with the consciousness of Allaah; and know, that the persons lifespan is in the hands of Allah, and that a person can not be secure from death between night and morning; and I advise you to save yourself and to return to your Lord, and not care about what you may face from friends and family.

Who said that guidance requires there to be someone accompanying you? Will it harm you to have no one, if Allah is with you?

The companions of Moosa said:
“Surely we are caught.” He said, “No, indeed Allaah is with me, He will guide me!” [26:61-62]

Allah is with you. Whom are you turning to?

You are turning to the Ever-Living, to the King of Kings. The Compeller of the heavens and earth. The Lord of the first and the last. He is in control of your life, your death, your wealth, your poverty, your glory, your humiliation, your disgrace, your honour. He is in control of everything.

Do you fear if you are guided? Do you fear if you start practising? If you are living now in this blessing, while you disobey Allah, then how would it be if you obey Allah?

HIJAAB - The Biggest Change in her Life!

http://s5.favim.com/orig/140620/beautiful-hijab-islam-muslim-Favim.com-1852487.jpg
As salamu 'alaykum warahmatuallah wabarakatuh

I want to talk to you about my life before and after hijab. I am a Muslim girl 20 years old from Arabian Gulf, "The original place of Islam." I used to believe that hijab is not an important issue. And it's lacking my freedom. So I decided that I would never were hijab as long as I live. Although my mother wears hijab but she never convinces my sisters or me to wear it. She thought that you have to believe in it to do it or else you will take it off as soon as we are far away from her. And I think that it might be right in some way.

Or it might make hijab more difficult for us when we get older. It is so hard to get used to something for your whole life and change it at once. It will take you a long time to change your mind. Any way, I used to love to show up specially that I am not bad looking at all. And that was the most difficult part. I used to love to dress up and buy expensive clothes and I loved it when every one was looking and pointing at me. I used to love it when some says, "Wow! She's beautiful."

After I finished my High school I decided to go to have my degree in the United States. I saw a thing in there that I have not ever seen before. It is Muslim society and community. It's amazing society with perfect Muslims. They are practicing Islam in a different way that we got used to it. Muslims in Gulf aria have been borne Muslims. Arabs didn't have to ask any questions because every thing is obvious. We didn't have to think about faith and how to believe in God, because we were raised and every one around us is Muslim. We didn't know what's the real Islam and how does it feel to live between all different religious and a mix society. And I just realized that people in Gulf didn't practice pure religion, but they had a mixture between Islam and culture. So many things that I thought it was an Islamic terms turned out to be a culture believe. And they are absolutely wrong aspects. I learned that the pure Islam is not the one that we were raised on which is full of nonsense stuff that we had in our culture since a long time ago. The real Islam is only in Qur'an and Sunnah.

Gratitude in the Quraan

Patience and Gratitude, by Ibn Qayyim al-Jawziyyah. An abridgement of his original work entitled "Uddat as-Sâbireen wa Dhâkirat"

Allah tells us:
“Then remember Me; I will remember you. Be grateful to Me, and do not reject Me” (al-Baqarah 2:152)
And He has told us that only those who are grateful to Him truly worship Him:
“… and be grateful to Allah, if it is Him you worship” (al-Baqarah 2:172)

Allah has mentioned gratitude alongside îmân, and has made it clear that He gains nothing from punishing His people if they give thanks to Him and believe in Him:
“What can Allah gain by your punishment, if you are grateful and you believe?…” (an-Nisâ’ 4:147)

In other words: if you carry out the duties for which you were created, namely gratitude and îmân, why should Allah punish you?

Allah has divided people into two categories, the people of gratitude (shukr) and the people of ingratitude (kufr). The thing most disliked by Him is kufr and the people of kufr, the thing most liked by Him is gratitude and the people of gratitude:
“We showed him (i.e. man) the way: whether he be grateful or ungrateful (rests on his will).”(al-Insân 76:3)

According to the Qur’ân, the Prophet Sulaymân (as) said:
“… This is by the grace of my Lord! – to test me whether I am grateful or ungrateful! And if any is grateful, truly his gratitude is (a gain) for his own soul; but if any is ungrateful, truly my Lord is free of all needs, Supreme in honour!” (an-Naml 27: 40)
