HOWEVER LET US BENEFIT FROM THE ARTICLE AS THIS WAS WRITTEN WHILST HE WAS A MUSLIM !

I am writing this to let the ummah know that I have arrived on extradition from Morocco to the United States, while it is impossible for me to communicate at this time, I did want to express my gratitude to all of those that have assisted myself and family throughout this trial.

I have posted and edited version of a document penned in Morocco that explains my situation,  but you must know that while the conditions of Muslims incarcerated in America resembles Guantanomo at home I maintain belief both in Allah's  decree and the principle that Allah knows best what we all need. He ( Subhana wa Ta'ala) says:

 

No misfortune can happen on earth or in your selves but it is recorded before we lying it to existence. That  is easy for Allah. In order that you may not despair in matters  that pass you by, nor exult ower favors bestowed to you.. "(57.22-23)

My heart  goes out to the prisoners and their families and all the muslimeen. I would still like to ask  those of you that can help in any way to assist my wife and children. To those of you that have assisted, then words alone do not suffice to express my gratitude. This ummah has provided me with the family I never had and it is in my love and passion for you that I grow everyday in this gift of Islam. I love you all so, so much.

The historical alterations of the last year document at once both the inspirational desire for change and the depravity of our present condition. 

Allah's messenger (SAWS) said ," The ummah is like one body, if a part of it hurts then the whole  body hurt" and one important identification to draw from recent events in the heart  of the Muslim world is that it is representative of the whole; everywhere and anywhere we are in chains, shackled not so much by the external, but by an internal clash of civilizations.

More than a century of colonialism has completely destroyed that role  of Islam in politics, economics, and legislation, but it is the enduring Islamic identity at the level of civic society that generated movement for change and, the ire of the proponements of neoliberal globalization. As societies everywhere  grow tattered, far away from Islam, we must push forward posing our system as a paradigmatic  alternative and that can only come with the awareness that we must return to follow the prophet Muhammad and his companions ( RAA).

Islam took a shy, quiet and contemplative man and thrust him into a conflict with the whole of his society. The legacy of our prophet ( SAWS) is found in the foundations of men and cultivated character that led his wife (RAA) to categorize his (SAWS) character as the Quran itself.  if we can just base our thoughts, actions and decisions on the book of Allah and help each other through trials and tribulations then a similar foundation will be laid today that will generate true victory for coming generations.

in each and every time, the Muslims must preserve the legacy of Muhammad (SAWS). shortly after  the death  of RasuAllah that great scholar Abu Huraira ( RAA) would  go to the marketplace and scold the consumers of medina exclaiming, " The estate of Allah's messenger  is being divided and you are here." 
 

"Why do you not  go to claim your share?" He would then point them toward the masjid and when the people would then point them toward the masjid and when the people would return they would inform him there was nothing being distributed so he would call their attention to the students studying law and silent in prayer and tell them, " How foolish you are, for that is the messenger of Allah's legacy!"

I dreamed of being able to bring able to bring up my two boys  on such a method of discovery, but one thing I have learned is that when one Muslim falls another fills the void and we must all act wherever we are to be family to each other. So, I ask you all to get involved in advancing the role of Islam wherever you may be, The concept of change in Islam does not stem from the many but the chosen from the many  but the chosen few and that is the spirit that leads to Allah's victory.

I ask you to help the families of the prisoners and pray that the legacy of the prophet ( SAWS) is preserved in the family I leave behind. We do not get much good news these days as Muslims and the last year brought some significant losses so I wanted to close with a poem to try and inspire the hearts and keep your pressing forward. I call it " Allah's Soldier"

The soldier perched his penchant for peace

at the first sign of the invasion

left his house to enter a fold

like-minded and prone to persuasion

The forces were fierce, the enemy strong

The nightwatchmen could not contain  them

Their numbers were few, their weapons old

The hypocrites sent a liason

The troops grew divided and the war grew long

but our soldier maintained concentration

He had embarked and could not go home

Without safety for his nation

The infantry fell so he marched alone

Ignoring the conflagration

The enemy fire consumed his soul

But he inspired the next generation...

The soldier perched his penchant for peace

at the first sign of the invasion

He has now fallen but our nation has hope

A result of his dedication
