Masha'Allah a great eye opener for Sisters and even Brothers and all those Money wasters who can't control their desires of useless shopping or spending!!! SubhanAllah our Ummah everywhere else is dying and yet there are still many who all they care about is how to have many more dresses, shoes, handbags, hijaabs, cars, houses, bikes, etc... May Allah guide us all Muslimeen away from the fitnah and hawa of our nafs and this Duniya and nearer to the love of our Deen, Ummah and Akhira - Allah huma Ameen.
Prophet (pbuh) said “This religion, this deen, in the beginning it came as a stranger (ghurabah), and it will return again as a stranger; so welcome glad tidings to the strangers (ghurabah)”-[Sahih Muslim]... A tribute to the faithful, the selfless, the steadfast... Indeed 'The Strangers'

Affairs of the Muslims In the Hands of the Disbelievers !!!
In the world today the Ummah is facing so many crises from every direction. The worst factor is that the inability of the Muslims to respond to solve the problems. Even though we have Islam and the support of Allah (swt) the moderates have abandoned the true path. Rather the affairs of the Ummah are left to the disbelievers and the hypocrites to do as they please.
Somalia:
55 countries from around the world came together in Britain with such personalities as UK Prime Minister David Cameron and US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton dictating the way forward for the Muslims of Somalia. They insisted that Shariah has no place in Somalia or any place in Africa. Their agenda was clear – stop the rise of Islam and enforce their disbelief.
Allah (swt) says, “And never will the Jews or the Christians approve of you until you follow their religion.” [2:120]
Afghanistan:
It was not enough that the disbelievers invaded Afghanistan and occupied it for over 10 years, but they continuously humiliate the Muslims. In a recent incident, American soldiers destroyed and burned copies of the Quran. What was more humiliating was the fact the incident occurred at Bagram Airbase. The same place they continually tortured and abused Muslim prisoners including Afiaa Siddiqui.
Allah (swt) warned us, “…They desire to harm you severely. Hatred has already appeared from their mouths, but what their breasts conceal is far
worse...” [3:118]

Kufr is Kufr Akbar until there is Evidence to Lower it
INTRODUCTION
Allah said in Surah Baqarah, “Allah taught Adam the name of all things, and He asked the angels and they said, ‘We do not know anything except what you taught us.’.” [Surah 2: 31-32]
We call things by what Allah called them:
Therefore, we call things by what Allah called them; we do not call a cow a dog or a dog a cat and this also includes, people, actions, speech etc.
So the words kufr, shirk, tawheed they carry the same hukm i.e. they are decided by Allah.
When we look to the Qur’an and the ahadith or any revelation that speaks about kufr or imaan we need to look at it in a particular way i.e. through the eyes of the prophet and his companions and we cannot assign our own understanding or names to it as this is prohibited:
[Najm: 23] “These are only names (Gods of mushrikeen) that you and your ancestors made, and Allah never gave you any permission to name them, you follow nothing but conjecture.”
So Allah dispraises those people who name things from their own desires:
[Surah 3: 93-94] “All the food used to be halal except for what bani israeel made haram on themselves. And Allah asked them to bring the taurat to prove what they are saying is indeed true.”
So that means we cannot call anyone a Muslim until Allah calls someone a Muslim or a kaafir a kaafir until Allah calls him a kaafir.
Allah says, “Those who say Isa is the son of god, they are kaafir.” So we have to call the Christians kaafir because Allah declared them to be so, we cannot call them potential Muslims because they believe in God and therefore they are the same to us.
So when we make takfeer, we are purifying our tawheed to understand who is truly our friend and enemy, we are also protecting the sanctity of Allah and the terms that He has decreed and to make sure they are attributed correctly and not incorrectly.

A Sister in Distress
This is a letter that a brother from Germany wrote, which highlights the distress of one our sisters in Islam.
Abu Usama al-Ghareeb
Praise is to Allah, who glorifies Islam with His victory and disgraces disbelief with His might, and dispenses affairs with His orders, and lures the disbelievers by His cunning, who has destined days as rounds amongst the people and has made the final victory for the believers by His grace and peace and blessings upon him, who raised the light of Islam with his sword, the one who said “Release the prisoner”
To proceed,
I have received this letter from our honorable defiant imprisoned sister Umm Saif Allah Al Ansariyah (May Allah grant her steadfastness and hasten her release), after I persuaded her to tell me of her news and what she is suffering at the hands of the Crusaders.
So I present before you, here, a simple portion of the tragedy of your sister, I present it that perhaps it might open the eyes of those sleeping and enliven the hearts of the heedless.
As for he who is unmoved by these words then let him cry upon himself for his heart is dead- May Allah save all of us from that.
Your bereaved sister says:
Do you not know that they have taken from me my clothes (My Aba’a and Khimar and Hijab) for no reason except to humiliate me?
Did you know that they insulted our beloved Prophet (peace be upon him) for nothing except to provoke me so that I go into a rage so that they can do what they want to me and take away my dress until I would have nothing to cover myself with?

Sand and Stone...
Two friends Ismail and Ibrahim were walking through the desert, as the sun was beating down on their heads, and they were thirsty for water they began to argue. The argument got more and more heated and eventually Ismail struck Ibrahim across the face. Ibrahim felt hurt inside, but without anything to say, he wrote in the sand:
"Today, my best friend slapped me in the face."
They kept on walking, until eventually they came across an oasis, where they decided to stop and bathe. Ibrahim jumped in and began to wash, while Ismail sat back and relaxed. Suddenly Ibrahim began to scream and shout, he had developed a cramp and was having difficulty keeping his head above water, he was drowning.
Ismail dived in after him, and brought him gently to shore.

Building a Successful Personality
Everyone’s personality is unique. In fact, personality is the sum total of all behavioral and mental characteristics by which an individual is recognized as being unique. Decisions define personality, personality guides decisions. Among the many things that go to make a personality, some are innate, some learned (acquired). Acquired traits in a personality exert a powerful influence on human destiny-collective and individual. While a constructive behavioral attitude can propel human society to glory, a destructive personality can destroy the very foundations of a glorious civilization. Personality development being so crucial to the health of a society, it is sad that most of us are letting our personality take shape up by itself. In other words, we are letting external forces to influence and modify our behavior at will. No conscious effort is made to build a personality. How many of us have consciously done it? It just happens. In the absence of an internal modulator, TV, newspapers, magazines, organizations and schools begin to play havoc with human minds. Diverse ideas are propounded and it is seen that people not only learn it but absorb it, internalize it and mimic it as though it is natural to them — a bit like monkeys. What’s more they even think they are ‘cool’ in adopting, these discordant pseudo values. It is no wonder that Darwin came out with his origin of species’ Sham.
Obviously, the ideas clash. When one opinion is taken from the pope’s sermon, another from a feminist, another from a gay activist, one from the op-ed in the Times, one from Readers Digest and one from a TV soap, the consequence is utter confusion, schizophrenia, bipolar states and disaster — Individual and collective.

The veto of Russia and China at the U.N. Security Council regarding Syria shocked the entire world. The action prompted immediate tantrums from a U.S. hegemon in decline. Ambassador to the U.N. Susan Rice reactively called the act disgusting while Secretary of State Hilary Clinton heightened the rhetoric with an analogy that compared the vote to a “Neutering” of the international body, apparently not realizing that adding imagery to Ms. Clinton’s statement unfortunately produced the awkward vision of the three remaining supportive members (U.S., U.K and France) as a “barking dog without balls”, a more apt description of waning Western power to be sure. Nevertheless there was no time to ponder such sophisticated diplomacy amidst a push to reassert Cold War conflict that may one day be recorded as the significant event that sparked World War III.
The end of the Cold War permitted a series of developments that Clinton and Rice may privately describe as ,"big-ball diplomacy"; an era of U.S. triumphalism confidently rendered as end of history altogether. As an unrivaled power in the early 1990’s, the U.S. had a choice between developing multilateral relationships or pursuing a unilateral course. The later was chosen and the policy that protruded sought to expand the market of U.S. led globalization through diplomacy backed by the threat of force. Rather than decrease defense spending as a result of the decreased conflict, the U.S. adopted a military strategy constructed by Dick Cheney and Colin Powell. As Powell put it the U.S. “needed to deter any challenger from ever dreaming of challenging us on the world stage.” “I want to be the bully on the block,” he said.

They locked me in this room, Alone, by myself, just me –
With no one to talk to except for the walls, or the face in the mirror I see.
So I sit, listen, and watch
the television in my head
Not a notion to move nor a second spared
I record everything that is said –
Absence of Kindness, Distinct Memories of Pain
Caused by the things that they took away
So I’m holding my breath,
until they let me out
But I’m afraid of what might happen the next time I breathe.
I wrote that poem when I was 17. These days I am living it; all over again. Then it was a proverbial prison. I was a conscious youth inside one of the most dangerous institutions of America: the public high school. Today, 16 years later, I am in another – the U.S. prison system where I am but one of a growing number of Muslim Americans who dared to speak out. Today I am a pretrial federal inmate housed in solitary confinement and in conditions that best resemble those of Guantanamo Bay.
Trust me I am not alone. In 1994, my junior year of high school, the U.S. Justice Department announced that the prison population had reached one million. By 2009, that number had more than doubled to 2.3 million with 5 million more on probation or parole. U.S. citizens now represent only 5% of the global population but account for 25% of the world’s prisoners. Additionally, 1 in 15 Americans is in “extreme poverty” with 48% of Americans labeled “in poverty” or “working poor", but a recent Gallup poll documented that the percentage of Americans that realizes the levels of poverty are so high has dramatically decreased. These two seemingly distinct sets of statistics suggest something more sinister is going on.

REMINDER - Starbucks Coffee: Sponsor Of Israel !!!
Please click on the photo to enlarge and read the highlighted parts.
The Starbucks company is sponsoring Israel, the criminal Jewish terrorists state, they use the money to demolish the Palestinian families' homes with rockets, bombs, or bulldozers and often with people especially children buried alive? They forced the Palestinians to end up in the slums isas degraded human beings. The Starbucks company is a part of the players in the state-sponsored terrorism.
My Dear Brothers and Sisters,
Avoid the Starbucks Cafe at all costs. This is very important, so please pass this message to all the Muslims you know. We might be helping Israel killing more Palestinian babies unknowingly by sitting down in their cafe, and pay them money just to sip their not-so-cheap coffee. It is just so sad to think that even Makkah has nowadays been invaded by the Jewish company by being 'invited' to open their branch in the Holy City, within the vicinity of the Holy Mosque (Masjid Al Haram), where thousands of Muslim worshippers come to devote themselves to God and Pray for the deliverance of the Palestinians from the agony and pain they are suffering but then soon after they themselves give their money to Israel by shopping in the many Jewish owned companies mushrooming in the new and so-called modern shopping malls in the so-called booming city of Makkah... What a paradox!!!

The Barber
As usual, a man, let's just called him Steve, went into a barber salon to have his hair cut and his beard trimmed. He then started to have a conversation with the barber attending him. He chose to talk about a variety of topics, till finally the subject of “God” cropped up in the conversation.
"Hi Mister, I do not believe that God exists as what you have mentioned," the barber said.
Hearing that statement, Steve was shocked and asked, "Why did you say that?"..
"So simple, you just have to stare out of that window and realize that God really does not exist. Please explain to me, if God exists, why are there so many sick people? Why are there so many neglected children? If there is God, there would surely be no sickness and sufferings. What god is it that allows all those to happen..." he said in a changed tone of voice.
Steve thought about what had just been uttered by the barber. However, he did not give a response at all so as not to stretch the argument any further.

Climb indeed we will make it easy for you...
On the authority of Abu Umaamah Al-Baahilee (ra) he said: I heard the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) say:
"While I was sleeping two men came to me and took me by my arms and brought me to a steep mountain and said to me: "Climb!" I said, "I don't have the ability to do so." They said "indeed we will make it easy for you" so I began to climb. I climbed until I came to the summit of the mountain where I heard terrible cries. I said, "What are these voices?" They replied, "That is the howling of the people of the Fire." Then they took me further on until I came to a people who were strung by their hamstrings, with their jawbones torn and flowing with blood. I said, "Who are these individuals?" They said, "These are the people who break their fast before the time at which they may do so." Then they continued on with me, we came to people who had the most severe swelling, most repugnant stinch, and worst appearance. I said, "Who are these people?" It was said, "These are the males and females who committed Zinaa" (Fornication and/or Adultery). Then they took me and we came across some women whose breasts were being bitten by snakes. I said, " What is the situation of these women? It was said, "These are the women who prevent their children from their breast milk." Then they took me and I came across some children playing between two rivers. I said, "Who are these children?" It was said, "These are the offspring of the believers." Then I was given an honor, I was with three individuals who where drinking some wine of theirs. I said, "Who are these individuals?" They said, "This is Ibraheem, Moosaa and Eesaa and they are waiting for you."

ADVISES FOR THE TIMES OF TRIAL !!!
Fellow Muslims! Allah’s favours on Muslims are countless. Among these favours is that He made us the best community ever raised up for the mankind.
Yes! Islam is the complete religion and law. Its words are decisive and its judgments are just. Whoever holds fast to it prospers in this world and the next and whoever deviates from it will have misery and hardship as his lot in this life and the next. It is an upright religion whose teachings are noble and characters are lofty. It is full of wisdom, incontestable proofs and the only guidance for mankind.
“Whoever seeks a religion other than Islam, it will never be accepted from him and in the Hereafter he will be one of the losers.” (Aal ‘Imraan: 85).
It is the only true religion on the surface of the earth; the abrogator of earlier laws and systems. Whoever rejects it is an infidel and the enemy of Allah, His Messenger (SAW) and the believers and his final abode will be Hellfire. The Messenger of Allah (SAW) said, ‘By Him in whose hand is my soul, if any of this people be he a Jew or a Christian hears of me and yet does not believe in what I was sent with, he will be among the dwellers of Hellfire.’

What Is Istidraj ???
It is when Allah (SWT) gives fortunes to someone whereby Allah (SWT) is not pleased with him. This is what’s called istidraj. Rasullulah (SAW) said :"When you see Allah (SWT) gives good fortunes to his slaves who are always committing sins (disobedient), know that the person is being given istidraj by Allah (SWT)." (At-Tabrani, Ahmad and Al-Baihaqi)
However, those disobedient people who keep on committing sins are clueless. They think that they received the fortunes because God is with them and they feel that God is kind to them in spite of their wrongdoings. Then again the people who know that we must follow the footsteps of Rasullulah (SAW) and hold on tight to Islam in order to obtain happiness in this dunya (world) and akhira (afterlife), are still doubtful.
Why is it that people who pray 5 times a day, who wake up in the middle of the night to offer tahajjud, who fast not only in the month of Ramadhan, but also on Monday, Thursday and other voluntary fasting, live an ordinary life… some are even living in difficulties. Why? And how about the people who never pray in their whole life, nor fasting, yet they are living a prosperous and affluent life? Their houses are conspicuously built, their expensive cars are parked from end to end and they have a lot of money in the bank.
When asked if they are not afraid of death? They would say mockingly; ‘hey, others would die as well, if we go to hell, we’d all go together in multitudes. So what!’ How arrogant they are…

Why read The Quran Chapter 18 The Cave (Al-Kahf)..?
OUR PROPHET MUHAMMAD (PEACE BE UPON HIM) HIGHLIGHTED THIS SURAH.
Stories in the Qur’an about past tribes serve as a guide to people from every walk of life. The lives of the prophets, their proclamations to their tribes, and their practices all act as examples to believers. Moreover, the Qur’an offers people signs about the future as well as some secrets that believers must meditate on. The Surah al-Kahf is one of these.
The Surah al-Kahf (Cave) was underlined by our Prophet Muhammad (SAW) as well as many Islamic theologians. The stories in this surah include many secrets about highly knowledgeable people, including the Prophet Dhu’l-Qarnayn, and signs concerning the endtimes. There are many stories about the deeds and sayings of our Prophet Muhammad (SAW) that point to the link between the Surah al-Kahf and the endtimes. Three of them are as follows:
"Whoever among you reaches Dajjal (the Evil Center), he should read far back and deeply into the Surah al-Kahf. The end of this sura will be your salvation from Dajjal." (Abu Dawud)

I have posted and edited version of a document penned in Morocco that explains my situation, but you must know that while the conditions of Muslims incarcerated in America resembles Guantanomo at home I maintain belief both in Allah's decree and the principle that Allah knows best what we all need. He ( Subhana wa Ta'ala) says:
No misfortune can happen on earth or in your selves but it is recorded before we lying it to existence. That is easy for Allah. In order that you may not despair in matters that pass you by, nor exult ower favors bestowed to you.. "(57.22-23)
My heart goes out to the prisoners and their families and all the muslimeen. I would still like to ask those of you that can help in any way to assist my wife and children. To those of you that have assisted, then words alone do not suffice to express my gratitude. This ummah has provided me with the family I never had and it is in my love and passion for you that I grow everyday in this gift of Islam. I love you all so, so much.
The historical alterations of the last year document at once both the inspirational desire for change and the depravity of our present condition.

[Tarek Mehanna Support] In Tarek's words: some previously unknown facts
A few words of clarification from Tarek regarding the truth of his situation:
"Since the end of my trial, I've been asked repeatedly about particular aspects of my case. Rather than respond to each individual inquirer, I figured it to be more practical to address those points publicly so that the general public may also be aware of some of the background information often buried under headlines:
Yes, I was charged by the government after refusing to become an FBI informant.
In April of 2008, as I was nearing my college graduation date, I was in the process of obtaining a position as a pharmacist at a large hospital in Saudi Arabia. Days after I sent an email to the employer accepting the job offer, the FBI (who were monitoring my communications) were waiting for me outside my workplace in Natick, MA and revealed that they were aware that I was moving to the middle East, but that they wanted to file terrorism charges against me, and that 'we could either handle this the easy way or the hard way.' I was told to get a lawyer, and he would explain what the 'easy way' was.
Confronting the Ruler
By: Dr Sheikh Omar Abdur-Rahman
“And do not incline to those who do wrong, or the fire will touch you...” (Surah Hud, ayah 113)
O stranger of truth, amidst the cry to falsehood, and the deserted ones who are few when they are many. Many are those who have accepted falsehood, who are pleased with humiliation, who are happy with a peaceful life; for such there is nothing except positions in the dunya (world) and praise of the ruler. As for those who have refused submission, except to Allah (subhannah wa ta'ala), coming out openly with the word of truth, being punished for it with every oppression, making their lives expendible as a result of it, how few are they? How few are they who have sold their souls to Allah (subhannah wa ta'ala), sacrificing the delights of this world and its false comfort.
The submissive ones from the people of Egypt bade farewell to the tyrant Jamal ‘Abdul Naasir to the garbage can of history; overflowing with sadness for him. Everything was clothed in black - the houses, the pillars, and the streets - sad with the death of the one who had perished. Amidst all these cries, the fatwa (legal verdict) of Sheikh Omar Abdur-Rahman was reverberating - ‘As-Salah (Prayer) is not valid for ‘Abdul Naasir because he is a kafir’. Just as this fatwa was echoing due to its strength, it was similarly a powerful blow to the regime. The Sheikh was arrested and put in Al-Qal’ah prison, and thus began a series of confrontations with the people of oppression and custodians of the government of Egypt; he confronted Sadat and firmly announced that there can be no peace with the Jews. When Sadat was killed, the Sheikh was arrested again and tortured; even though the Sheikh is blind, he was beaten and electrocuted. He was forbidden medical treatment and food needed for his diseases since he is diabetic and suffers from high blood pressure. The Sheikh was then tried in what came to be known as the ‘Case of the Assassination of Sadat and Jihad’. The Sheikh stood like a lion and remained unconcerned about the noose dangling around his neck. His words confronted the judge as he said:

“In the presence of my 'aqeedah (creed) and my conscious, I am called upon to repel oppression, to refute the misconceptions and errors, to uncover the deviations and digressions, and to expose the oppressors in front of the people even if that costs me my life and my possessions... I am a Muslim; I live for my deen and I die in its path. And the situation does not permit me to keep silent whilst Islam is being fought in every place, or that I stay calm whilst the waves of shirk (associating partners with Allah (subhannah wa ta'ala)) and misguidance are striking and surging in every direction:
«Or as darkness on an ocean. He is covered by a wave, above which is a wave, above which is a cloud. Layer upon layer of darkness. When he holds his hand out he can hardly see it. And he for whom Allah has not appointed light, for him there is no light.»
How can I be gentle whilst the tyrants increase in arrogance and insolence:
«They desire for you to compromise so they could compromise.»
No and never shall we be pleased with the rule of tyrants, we shall never live with the rule of men - those who are high-handed with the people, humiliate them, and make them serve others besides Allah (subhannah wa ta'ala)...
This deen does not and will never die, and if it were to die, it would have died the day it was confined and pursued in Makkah, and its time was like that of a newly-born or a small seedling, but it survived and grew to be towering.
This deen does not and will never die, and if it were to die, it would have died the day its Messenger was expelled alone and isolated; none was with him but his Lord and his companions, yet he migrated, gathered the Muhajireen (Emigrants from Makkah to Madinah) and Ansaar (Helpers and residents of Madinah) around him, formed the Islamic state, and strengthened its might.
This deen does not and will never die, and if it were to die, it would have died the day Madinah was beseiged in the Battle of the Trench, when there came upon them from above and below, when eyes grew wild and hearts reached to the throats, and they imagined various thoughts concerning Allah (subhannah wa ta'ala), but it endured, raised high its flag, and reached wherever the night and day reach...
O ‘ Chief Justice of the Supreme Court’, the proof has been established and the truth has become visible, as clear as daylight for the one who has eyes; it is your duty to rule with the Sharee’ah of Allah (subhannah wa ta'ala), and to implement the laws of Allah (subhannah wa ta'ala); if you do not do so, then you are a kafir (disbeliever), Thaalim (oppressor), and fasiq (evil-doer) for the words of Allah (subhannah wa ta'ala) will have proven true concerning you:
«Whoso does not judge by that which Allah has revealed: such are disbelievers.» «Whoso does not judge by that which Allah has revealed: such are oppressors.» «Whoso does not judge by that which Allah has revealed: such are evil-doers.»
And the rule is not limited to this court-room, or in this world, but the rule ends its command in the aakhirah (hereafter), where Allah (subhannah wa ta'ala) will judge with justice:
«One day the earth will be changed to a different earth, and so will be the heavens, and they will be marshalled forth, before Allah, the One, the Irresistible»
And we do not fear prison, nor execution, and nor are we frightened by torture or injury,
but we say what the magicians said to Fir’awn (Pharoah):
«We will never choose you above the clear proofs that have come unto us, and above Him Who created us. So decree what you will decree, for you can only decree (touching) the life of this world.»
And O ‘Chief Justice of the Supreme Court’, know that Allah (subhannah wa ta'ala) sent down hudood (punishments) to deter from vice, so what if those who are supposed to prevent it, become involved in it themselves? And that Allah (subhannah wa ta'ala) sent down qisas (retribution) as life for his slaves, so if they are murdered, who will retribute for them?
And O ‘Chief Justice of the Supreme Court’, remember death and what happens after it when your attendants and helpers will be few, so prepare for it and its aftermath with great fear.
O ‘Chief Justice of the Supreme Court’, know that you have a station other than the station at which you are now, during which your period of stay will be long, you will be separated from your beloved ones, and you will be delivered to your abode, lonely and isolated, so prepare for that which will accompany you:
«A day when man will flee from his brother, from his mother and his father, and from his wife and his child.»
And remember when the contents of the graves are poured forth, and that which is (locked up) in (human) breasts is made known, then the secrets will emerge, and the Book does not leave out anything, small or big, except that it has recorded it. As for now, you are in ease before your time expires, and your hopes are cut off. Do not judge between the slaves of Allah (subhannah wa ta'ala) with the laws of the ignorant, nor make them follow the path of the oppressors, , nor impose the arrogant over the weak, else you will bear your burdens and burdens in addition to your burdens.
Do not look to your power today, but look to your power tomorrow when you will be enthralled in the web of death, and you will stand in front of Allah (subhannah wa ta'ala) in an assembly of angels, Prophets, and Messengers, and faces will humble themselves before Al-Hayy (the Living), Al-Qayyum (the Eternal), and he who bears wrongdoing will indeed be a failure.
O ‘CHIEF JUSTICE OF THE SUPREME COURT’, THE RIGHT OF ALLAAH IS MORE BINDING THAN THE RIGHT OF THE HEAD OF THE REPUBLIC; AND ALLAAH HAS MORE RIGHT TO BE OBEYED SINCE THERE IS NO OBEDIENCE TO THE CREATION IN DISOBEDIENCE TO THE CREATOR! EXAMINE THEIR ORDERS AND BOOKS WITH THE BOOK OF ALLAAH AZZA WA JAL (MIGHTY AND MAJESTIC); WHATEVER YOU FIND AGREEING WITH THE BOOK OF ALLAAH, TAKE, AND WHATEVER YOU FIND CONTRADICTORY, FLING!
O ‘Chief Justice of the Supreme Court’ fear Allah (subhannah wa ta'ala), for indeed the messenger from the Lord of the Worlds is about to come to you, who will remove you from your chair, and take you out from the expanse of your palace to the narrowness of your grave. Then you will leave your authority and your dunya behind your back, be brought to your Lord, and then fall back upon your actions...
«Or as darkness on an ocean. He is covered by a wave, above which is a wave, above which is a cloud. Layer upon layer of darkness. When he holds his hand out he can hardly see it. And he for whom Allah has not appointed light, for him there is no light.»

O ‘Chief Justice of the Supreme Court’ death is a pursuer which does not grow weary of its pursuit, it does not make a mistake, nor fail in its appointment, the staunch one cannot weaken it, the fugitive cannot escape from it, and remembrance of the convulsions during death is enough to make the limbs tremble. Death is that which brings the giant to the ground with the same ease with which it brings the dwarf down; the people of authority are overcome by it just as the people of subjugation are overcome. It is like a mill-stone which revolves around the creation; a cup of it passed around them - every one with a soul must drink of it and experience its taste. It is the demolisher of enjoyment, the spoiler of lusts; death is that which splits the loved ones, and it continues in its path, it does not stop and it does not care; it does not respond to the cries of the overwhelmed and worried, to the sorrow of the separated ones, to the wishes of the one who wishes, nor to the fear of the frightened. Death is no delight for men, and yet they do not reflect on the strength of this subduer which keeps on.
What then will be of you O ‘Chief Justice of the Supreme Court’ when the humiliator of kings, defeater of oppressors, and breaker of tyrants reaches you and throws you to the ground between your beloved ones and bystanders, cleaving your household and your fellow men, who will have no power to benefit or defend you.
O ‘Chief Justice of the Supreme Court’ Allah (subhannah wa ta'ala) forbids you from the government, and the government does not forbid you from Allah (subhannah wa ta'ala), and the order of Allah (subhannah wa ta'ala) is above every order, for there is no obedience in disobedience to Allah (subhannah wa ta'ala), so I warn you of His force, that which is not held back from the people of wrongdoings.
O ‘Chief Justice of the Supreme Court’, the account is right behind you, whiplash for whiplash, anger for anger, and Allah (subhannah wa ta'ala) is on the look-out.”

Celebrating Prophet's (pbuh) Birthday... Biddah ?!?!
Assalamualaikum wa Rehmatullah beloved Muslimeen,
Since its that time of our Islamic Month Rabi' al-awwal where the Biddah of celebrating Prophet's (pbuh) birthday is world wide being practiced, Astaghirfullah !!! Here is a reminder to Insha'Allah stop such an act and guide all those whom you can.
Remember that celebrating the Prophet’s (pbuh) birthday (al-mawlid) is an innovation and doing special acts of worship on this day such as saying tasbeeh and tahmeed, observing i’tikaaf, reading Qur’aan and fasting is an innovation for which a person will not receive any reward, for these are all rejected.
FOR THOSE WHO TAKE FATAWA ISSUED BY SAUDI SCHOLARS, HERE IS FOR YOU:
Al-Faakihaani (rh) said:
I do not know of any basis for this mawlid in the Qur’aan or Sunnah, and there is no report that any of the scholars of this ummah, who are examples in matters of religion and adhere to the path of those who came before, did this. Rather it is an innovation (bid’ah) which was introduced by those who have nothing better to do, and it is a means for them to have fun and eat a lot.
(Al-Mawrid fi ‘Aml al-Mawlid, quoted in Rasaa’il fi Hukm al-Ihtifaal bi’l-Mawlid al-Nabawi, 1/8, 9)

PRISONERS OF FAITH (A Heartfelt Du'a)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful.
"It is obligatory upon the Muslims to release their prisoners, even if it exhausts every penny of their wealth" Imam Malik bin Anas.
O Allah, Release the Muslim captives in every place!
O Allah, Release the captives in Cuba and Afghanistan!
O Allah, Release the captives in Kashmir and Chechnya!
O Allah, Release the captives in America and Pakistan!
O Allah, Release the captives in Jerusalem and in every place!
O Allah, whoever showed enmity to them, Show enmity to him!
And whoever harmed them,
then Harm him! And whoever helped them, then Help him!
And whoever harmed them,
then Harm him! And whoever helped them, then Help him!
And Make him firm upon the Truth!
O Allah, Preserve their Deen for them! And their honours! And their selves! O Allah, they are weak, so Strengthen them! Oppressed, so Help them! Afflicted with trials, so Make them Steadfast!
O Allah, Protect them from between their hands, from their right, from their left, from above them and that they are, with Your Might, protected from being swallowed from beneath them! O Allah, indeed they are your servants! They left in Your Way, to seek Your Pleasure!
O Allah, Send them Your Mercy! And send upon them tranquillity. And Make them firm, O Lord of the Worlds! O Allah, Calm their nervous ones! And Soften their afflicted ones! And Lighten their stressed ones! And Cure their sick ones! And Strengthen their despondent ones!

Why do we make Takfeer (calling someone Kaffir) on "them"...?
Firstly it must be understood that Allah (subhana wa Ta'ala) has many rights (Huqouq ullah):
Huqouq ullah - The rights of Allah
1. Rights of his names and attributes
2. Rights of his commands
3. Right to be worshipped exclusively
Every Muslim is obliged to defend the rights of Allah (subhana wa Ta'ala). The rulers of Muslim countries are violating, ridiculing and neglecting the rights of Allah, and whosoever does so is a Mushrik.
The Levels of the Deen
1. Muhsin (Ihsaan) - To worship Allah as if you are seeing him
2. Mu'min (Imaan) - Sayings, actions and conviction
3. Muslim (Islam) - Submission
- Every Muhsin is a Mu'min and a Muslim
- Every Mu'min is a Muslim but not a Muhsin

Fatwa: On The One Who Defends & Argues On Behalf Of The Taghout
By the imprisoned Shaykh,
Shaykh ‘Alī ibn Khudhayr Al-Khudhayr
FakkAllāhu Asrah
(May Allāh hasten his release from the prisons of the Tāghūt-Ameen)
Shaykh ‘Alī ibn Khudhayr Al-Khudhayr
FakkAllāhu Asrah
(May Allāh hasten his release from the prisons of the Tāghūt-Ameen)
Taghout, plural Tawaghit: for those who do not understand means “anything worshipped other than the Real God (Allah), i.e. all the false idols.” And includes, “saints, graves, RULERS AND LEADERS WHO ARE FALSELY WORSHIPPED OR WRONGLY FOLLOWED [and] A FALSE JUDGE WHO GIVES FALSE JUDGEMENT.”
Question:
“There is a certain individual who defends (in arguments) the Tawāghīt day and night, and the Hujjah (evidence) has been established upon him dozens of times – yet he makes excuses for the actions of the Tawāghīt.
So what is the ruling regarding such an individual?”
Shaykh ‘Alī Al-Khudhayr (may Allāh hasten his release) answered:
The amazing Quran...
Calling the Quran amazing is not something done only by Muslims, who have an appreciation for the Book and who are pleased with it; it has been labeled amazing by non-Muslims as well. In fact, even people who hate Islam very much have still called it amazing.
One thing which surprises non-Muslims who are examining the Book very closely is that the Quran does not appear to them to be what they expected. What they assume is that they have an old book which came fourteen centuries ago from the Arabian desert; and they expect that the book should look something like that - an old book from the desert. And then they find out that it does not resemble what they expected at all. Additionally, one of the first things that some people assume is that because it is an old book which comes from the desert, it should talk about the desert. Well, the Quran does talk about the desert - some of its imagery describes the desert; but it also talks about the sea - what it's like to be in a storm on the sea.
Some years ago, the story came to us in Toronto about a man who was in the merchant marine and made his living on the sea. A Muslim gave him a translation of the Quran to read. The merchant marine knew nothing about the history of Islam but was interested in reading the Quran. When he finished reading it, he brought it back to the Muslim and asked, "This Muhammad, was he a sailor?" He was impressed at how accurately the Quran describes a storm on a sea. When he was told, "No, as a matter of fact, Muhammad (pbuh) lived in the desert," that was enough for him. He embraced Islam on the spot. He was so impressed with the Quran's description because he had been in a storm on the sea, and he knew that whoever had written that description had also been in a storm on the sea. Allah Says (what means): “Or [they are] like darkness within an unfathomable sea which is covered by waves, upon which are waves, over which are clouds darkness…” [Quran 24:40], this description was not what someone imagining a storm on a sea to be like would have written; rather, it was written by someone who knew what a storm on the sea was like. This is one example of how the Quran is not tied to a certain place and time. Certainly, the scientific ideas expressed in it also do not seem to originate from the desert fourteen centuries ago.
Smaller than the atom:

2 Types Of Scholars
From a lecture by Sheikh Omar Bakri Muhammad [April 2008]
The ulema are in the hadith, “wa rasatul anbiyyah” (the inheritors of the prophet), and it is quite a noble position and status, for someone to be conveying what the prophets brought.
There are two types of ulema:
1) Waratun naboowah: those who inherit the prophethood
Allah with them preserves the deen and the ummah
2) Those who follow the path of the priests and rabbi’s
They cause mischief in the deen and trade with it a small price.
That is why the salaf and classical scholars used to warn the people from the second category and those who stand outside the gates of the rulers.
Abdullah Ibn Masoud, Sufyan at thawri and Hudayfah bin Yamaan said, “Be careful from those scholars who stand in front of the gates of the ruler.”
Another saying which is famous among the salaf is, “If you see a scholar at the gates of the ruler watch out and save your deen from him.” And, “They do not take any share from the dunya unless they pay for it twice from their own deeds.” Recorded in Kitaab Niyhatul Irad, by Imam Abshihi and Kitaab Al Aqd al Fareed.
Why? Because it is compromising the deen.

Unfolding The Rose
A young, new ustadh (teacher) was walking with an older, more seasoned ustadh (teacher) in the garden one day. Feeling a bit insecure about what Allah had for him to do, he was asking the older ustadh for some advice. The older ustadh walked up to a rosebush and handed the young ustadh a rosebud and told him to open it without tearing off any petals. The young ustadh looked in disbelief at the older ustadh and was trying to figure out what a rosebud could possibly have to do with his wanting to know the will of Allah for his life and ministry.
But because of his great respect for the older ustadh, he proceeded to try to unfold the rose, while keeping every petal intact... It wasn't long before he realized how impossible this was to do. Noticing the younger ustadh's inability to unfold the rosebud without tearing it, the older ustadh began to recite the following poem...
It is only a tiny rosebud,
A flower of Allah's design,
But I cannot unfold the petals,
With these clumsy hands of mine.
But I cannot unfold the petals,
With these clumsy hands of mine.
The secret of unfolding flowers,
Is not known to such as I,
ALLAH opens this flower so sweetly,
Then in my hands they die.
Is not known to such as I,
ALLAH opens this flower so sweetly,
Then in my hands they die.
If I cannot unfold a rosebud,
This flower of Allah's design,
Then how can I have the wisdom,
To unfold this life of mine?
So I'll trust in Allah for leading,
Each moment of my day,
I will look to Allah for His guidance,
Each step of the way.
Each moment of my day,
I will look to Allah for His guidance,
Each step of the way.
The pathway that lies before me,
Only Allah knows,
I'll trust Him to unfold the moments,
Just as He unfolds the rose.
Are you passing or failing the Test?
Asma bint Shameem
Whenever we go through a hardship or suffer a calamity, we say this is a test from Allaah. When we lose our job or a loved one or we get sick, we acknowledge that this is a trial from the Almighty. And surely, that is true. However, we fail to realize that even when we did not lose our job, even when we did not lose a loved one and even when we did not suffer any hardship or calamity, we are still under a trial from Allaah Subhaanahu wa Ta'ala.
Yes, that's right. When we are at ease, enjoying good health and sitting cozily in the comfort of our homes, driving our cars, enjoying the company of our families and spending time with our friends, we are still being tested. In fact, this test is harder to pass than the test of hardship.
Allaah says:
“and We shall make a trial of you with evil and with good. And to Us you will be returned” (al-Anbiya’ :35)
Allaah Subhaanahu wa Ta'ala, in His Infinite Wisdom, is testing us with all the innumerable blessings He has bestowed upon us, to see how we react to those blessings. Will we be thankful and obedient to the One Who gave us these blessings in the first place and submit to Him or will we be arrogant and disobedient and forget Allaah.
Allaah says:
And we tested them with good (blessings) and evil (calamities) in order that they might turn
back." [Surah al-Araaf:168]
Abd al-Malik ibn Ishaq said, “There is no one that is not tested with health and prosperity to measure how thankful he is.”
So if you have a comfortable life and money, He is testing you .... Where are you spending this money? Is it on haraam? Will you spend it all on vain desires of this dunya, arrogantly competing with each other, coveting what others have? OR will you be grateful to Him for giving you all these blessings, obeying Him and spending in His path, giving Zakaat and sadaqa?
