All praise is due to Allah lords of the world. He gives life and takes life. I testify that none deserves to be worshipped except Allah and Muhammad (saw) is His last Prophet and Messenger.
We the members of ahlus sunnah wal jamaa'a are in a bitter dispute with the Saudi Salafis about crucial aqeeda issues. I use the word crucial as these matters even though they are known of Islam by necessity they are denied by the Saudi Salafis.
We were commanded by Allah to refer all our disputes to Allah and His Rasool, hence we have no choice but to refer these matters to Qur’an and Sunnah for the ummah of Muhammad to see who is speaking the truth and who are the cursed liars. Its incumbent on the ulamaa of the Haqq to refute the heretics who peddle falsehood and seek to mislead unsuspecting Muslims, it is called ‘’to command the good and forbid the evil.
We have 10 major doctrinal differences with the Saudi Salafis.
The first of which is:
1. The issue of Tawheed Haakimiyyah. This aspect of Tawheed (Islamic Monotheism) means Allah is the only lawgiver. The Saudi Salafis claim that this branch of Tawheed is not a principle of the Deen. They go as far as to say its a bid'ah (cursed innovation). The eminent scholar of Islam Muhammad Ibrahim, the shaikh of Bin Baaz said in page 6 of his book Ruling by the Law (Tahkim Qawaaneen), Tawheed Haakimiyyah is the Shaqiq (twin brother) of Tawheed Ibaada.
If we should follow the logic of the Saudi Salafis we would have to conclude that the teacher of Bin Baaz, Muhammad Ibrahim was a cursed innovator who set out to change islam by putting Tawheed Haakimiyyah in a separate category on its own. Allah has 99 names and attributes and each name is a Tawheed on its own. Another secret about Tawheed of which the Saudi Salafis are totally unaware of.
It is ridiculous to say Tawheed Haakimiyyah is a bid'ah because when Prophet Yusuf (as) was in prison in Egypt he taught the inmates Tawheed and he taught them all four branches of Tawheed. See surah 12:39-40 for evidence.
Allah said in Surah al Kahf 18:26
And He Allah doesnt allow anyone to share with Him in His Rule.
Then Allah said in Surah Teen 95:8
Isnt Allah the Best of Judges?
The above-mentioned Qur’anic verses are clear evidences that Tawheed Haakimiyyah is known of
Islam by necessity so only a zindeeq (heretic) would claim that its not a principle of the Deen. Moreover Allah has revealed all four Tawheeds inside of Surah Fatiha. Alhamdu lillahi Rabbil aalameen is Tawheed Rububiyyah. Ar-Rahmaanir rahim is Tawheed asmaa wa sifaat. Maaliki youmid Deen is Tawheed Haakimiyyah. Iyyaaka na’budu wa iyyaaka nasta’een is Tawheed ibaada.
One of Allah’s 99 names and attributes is al Hakam (The Judge) hence Tawheed Haakimiyyah is known of Islam by necessity and only a Munaafiq would claim that its not a principle of our Deen.
2. The other dispute we the members of ahlus sunnah wal jamaa’a have with the Saudi Salafis is their policy of sliding and hiding. The Saudi Salafis when they realise that one of Allah’s 99 names and attributes is al Hakam so it will be impossible to deny Tawheed Haakimiyyah successfully they slide it under Tawheed Rububiyyah and claim both Tawheeds bear the same meaning. The purpose of sliding Tawheed Haakimiyyah underneath Tawheed is to hide it from the ummah of Muhammad (saw).
Allah told us that Iblis believes in Tawheed Rububiyyah thus Allah said:
Iblis said: My Lord! Grant me respite till the Day of Resurrection when man will be raised from the dead. Surah Hijr 15:36
In the above-mentioned Qur’anic verse Allah told us that Iblis declared that he believes that Allah is his Lord and he also believes in the Day of Judgment.
If we should follow the logic of the Saudi Salafis and slide Tawheed Haakimiyyah underneath Tawheed Rububiyyah we would be guilty of making the Shaitan a Muslim. The implication of the Saudi Salafi creed is very grave because it means that they have included Iblis inside the fold of Islam.
Each Tawheed bears a different meaning and is in a separate category on its own, hence to slide one Tawheed underneath another and claim that they mean the same thing is an act of deception. The worst con artist is the one who deceives the ummah in regards to their creed because when he deceives them in regards to their Deen he puts their Hereafter in jeopardy.
3. The third dispute we have with the Saudi Salafis is: Their refusal to accept the ijmaa (agreement) of the ummah. The two noble scholars ibn Taymiyyah and ibn Katheer said: It is known of Islam by necessity and it is the ijmaa of the Muslims that whoever dismantles the shariah of Muhammad is a kafir. Ibn Kathir added, and such a person should be fought till her returns to the Shariah of Muhammad. See Tafseer ibn Katheer for the explanation of maidah 50 for evidence. Also fatawa 28/524.
The Saudi Salafis went against the ijmaa of the Muslims and claim that to dismantle the shariah of Muhammad is kufr doona kufr, a minor kufr. It must be borne in mind that anyone who goes against the ijmaa of the ummah is a zindeeq (heretic). Thus we can safely conclude that the Saudi Salafis are heretics and therefore its haram to pray behind them or allow them to marry Muslim women. Allah warns people the likes of the Saudi Salafis about going against the ijmaa of the Muslims thus Allah said:
And whoever contradicts and opposes the Messenger Muhammad after the right path has been shown clearly to him, and follows a path other than the way of the believers. We shall keep him in the path which he has chosen, and burn him in Hell---- what an evil destination! Surah Nisaa 4:115
The Saudi Salafis claim that to wear one’s trousers below the ankle is a major issue but to dismantle the Shariah of Allah in its totality is a minor issue. If we should follow the logic of the Saudi Salafis we would have to believe that when Allah turned the Jews into apes and swine during the era of Prophet David for tampering with the Shariah, He Allah was overacting. Because what the Jews did was a minor kufr. The stench from the hypocrisy of the Saudi Salafis is quite excruciating because they claim to take their creed from Ibn Taymiyyah and Ibn Katheer, yet they reject the ijmaa quoted by these two noble scholars that to dismantle the Shariah of Muhammad is a major kufr.
The reason why the Saudi Salafis rebelled against the ijmaa of the ummah by claiming that to dislodge the Shariah is a minor kufr is because they are very keen to protect their kafir paymasters who are todays apostate regimes. In Regards to people the likes of these Madkhalis (Saudi Salafis) Allah said:
Nay, you prefer the life of this world, although the Hereafter is better and everlasting. Surah A’laa 87: 16-17
4.
4. The fourth dispute we have with the Saudi Salafis is: Their refusal to reject the Taghoot (falsehood in all forms). To reject the Taghoot is known of islam by necessity. Not only does the Saudi Salafis blatantly refuse to reject the taghoot but they work in collusion with the taghoot to incarcerate the members of ahlus sunnah wal jamaa’a, especially the mujaahideen. This group has the creed of the sahaabas.
Abdul Haqq Baker the leader of the Saudi Salafis in Brixton said on BBC tv that whilst pretending to be a Muslim for five years he has been spying on the Muslims on behalf of the Mi5. The Saudi Salafis are murji with the leaders, khawaarij with the ummah, jabriyyah with the tyrants and mu’tazila when debating the scholars of ahlus sunnah wal jamaa’ah. The muji’a are liberals, the khawaarij are puritans who are soft with the kuffar but harsh with the Ummah. The jabriyyah are fatalists who believe man cannot escape fate so he shouldn’t be held accountable for his sins. The mu’tazila are the rationalists who give preference to reason over revelation.
To believe in Allah is not enough to make one a Muslim. We all need to practise kufr bit-taghoot, to reject the Taghoot and then believe in Allah. The Saudi Salafis realise that the hujjah, evidence is against them so they are prepared to make sajdah to the Shaitaan to solicit his help to fight their enemies. Our shahadah has two parts, negation and affirmation, thus we are not true Muslims till we reject the Taghoot and then believe in Allah.
5. The fifth dispute we the members of Ahlus Sunnah wal jamaa’ah have with the Saudi Salafis is: Their slandering of Prophet Yusuf (as)
The Saudi Salafis claim that when they work in collusion with the apostate regimes who dislodge the Shariah, they are not doing anything wrong because Prophet Yusuf (as) worked for a Kafir king in Egypt who had also dislodged the Shariah. We refute the Saudi Salafis by saying its out of character for a Prophet of Allah to dislodge the Shariah or work in collusion with those who have dismantled it. Moreover when Yusuf was in Egypt the golden bowl of the king was found in the bag of Binyameen his brother and the king allowed Yusuf (as) to judge Binyameen with the Shariah of Abraham (as). So to claim that Yusuf worked with a king who had dislodged the Shariah in Egypt is a great slander against Prophet Yusuf (as).
6. The sixth dispute we have with the Saudi Salafis is: Their slandering of the mujaahideen by calling them khawaarij, the dogs of jahannam. The crusaders call the mujaahideen terrorists and the Saudi Salafis call them khawaarij. The Holy Prophet said: The most prominent trait of the khawaarij is that they will kill the Muslims and leave alone the kuffaar. No one can deny that this description fits the apostate regimes and their henchmen, the Saudi Salafis. The mujaahideen are fighting to liberate land and man hence no one is allowed to slander them by calling them khawaarij like what the Saudi Salafis are now doing. The Saudi Salafis may the curse of Allah be upon them are very keen for their kafir paymaster to remain in power so they will label as khawaarij anyone who tries to topple them.
7. The seventh dispute we have with the Saudi Salafis is: Their claim that fiqhul waaqi is not an aspect of the Deen. Fiqhul waaqi is the knowledge of current events. The Holy Prophet said:
The Muslims in their love, mercy and affection for each other is like one body. When one part is affected the whole body feels the pain. (Bukhari & Muslim)
Since the Ummah is like one body its incumbent on us to be concern with the state of the Muslims in other parts of the world.
8. The eighth dispute we have with the Saudi Salalafis is they wanting to get rid of the 4 madhabs and replace them with a 5th madhab which is the madhab of al Bani. There’s no doubt that al Bani did a lot for the Deen but he didn’t have a Shaikh, instead he learnt his Deen from books and any man who has no Shaikh, the Shaitaan becomes his Shaikh. Al Bani had major mistakes in regards to aqeeda and fiqh. Al Bani was of the ghulaat murjia, extreme murjia. He claimed that to dismantle the Shariah of Muhammad (saw) is a minor kufr. He made this statement in a book called the fitnah of takfeer. Al Bani also claimed that whoever insults Muhammad is not a kafir. Thus he went against the ijmaa of the Ummah with both of his above-mentioned fatwas.
Al Bani also made it haram for women to wear gold which is quite weird because the Holy Prophet said: The wearing of gold & silk is halal for the women of my ummah but haram for the males.
9. Our ninth dispute with the Saudi Salafis is their claim that there is no jihad taking place in the world. The Holy Prophet said:
A group of my Ummah will forever wage jihad till they fight the Dajjal. In another Hadith till the Day of judgment.
The above-mentioned hadith tells us that a group of Muslims will forever do jihad till the Day of Judgment so how can the Madkhalis claim that there’s no jihad in the world today?!
10. Our tenth dispute with the Saudi Salafis is that they criticise severely people who do taqleed of the four great imams, yet they themselves do taqleed of Bin baaz, Uthaymeen and al Bani. They preach one thing and do something else. Its better to follow the four great imams than the Saudi Salafi shaikhs because these four great imams didn’t go to the gates of the leaders and support tyranny and oppression like the Saudi Salafi preachers are doing today.
May Allah save us all from the Saudi Salafi cancer so that we will be successful in this life and the akhira.
