(URDU) 7 Conditions of Shahadah !

SHAHADAH KI SAATH (7) SHARAIYT/SHARTAIN
APRIL 17 2014 / 17 JUMADA AL THANI 1435 HIJRI

Islam k Ulema akraam ne Shahadah ki sharaiyt/shartain ko bari tafseel se parhne k baad bayan ki hain. 

Jo cheez asmaano mai hai or zameen mai hai, sab Allah ki tasbeeh karti hai. Or wo Ghalib Hikmat Wala hai. [As-Saff 61:1] 

(Ay Muhammad ) Jab munafiqeen tumhare paas ate hain to kehte hain k: “hum ikraar karte hain k ap bayshak Allah k Peghaambar ho.” Lakin Allah zahir kiye dayta hai k munafiq jhoote hain. [Al-Munafiqun 63:1] 

- Ye Surat batati hai k munafiqeen bhi Shahadah layte hain.
- Munafiqeen Shahadah to layte hain lakin wo jali/nakli hoti hai.
- Munafiqeen plastic musalmaan hain.
- Ye Ayah apko batati hai k kuch Shahadah jali/nakli hoti hai.
- Ulema akraam batate hain k Shahadah ki kuch sharaiyt/shartain hain.
- Ap mai se kuch loog bohat nadaan (bohle bhale) hain.
- Yahan tak k kuch mujahideen bhi nadaan (bohle bhale) hain. 

Agr wo tum mai shamil ho kar nikal bhi kahre hote to tumhare haqq mai shararat/kharabi karte, or tumhare darmiyaan mai (fasaad dalwane ki gharaz se) dore dore phirte, or tumhare beech kuch aise majood hain jo inki baaton ko soun/maan bhi layte. Or Allah zalimo ko khoob janta hai. [At-Tawbah 9:47]

- Ye Ayah munafiq k bare mai bayan kar rahi hai. 
- Or ye Ayah batati bhi hai k kuch mujahideen bhi nadaan (bohle bhale) hain. 
- Ye sharaiyt/shartain Shahadah ki iss liye bayan ki gaien hain ta k munafiqeen kisi tarhan bhi bhag/faraar no ho sakain. 
- Ta k wo humari raaz rasaie na kar paiyn or na hi humari aurtoon se shadi kar paiyn. 
- Jab munafiqeen masjid mai dakhil hote hain, to wo sahi tarike se Wuzu nahi karte/kar-pate. 
- Jab jasoos masjid mai dakhil hote hain, dekha karo k wo kaise namaz parte hain. 
- Wo sahi tarhan/tarike se namaz hi nahi parte. 
- Namaz mai wo apna aulta/bayya hath apne sidhe/daiyn hath k uper rakhte hain. 

Ik roz Wahb ibn Munabbih se poucha gaya, “Kya la ilaha illa-llah ka bayaan Jannat ki chabi hai? Unhon ne jawab diya. “Haan, magr har chabi k dant hain. Agr tum us chabi ko le kar ao jiske dant sahi hain, tab wo darwaza kohle ga tumhare liye. Or agr us chabi k dant sahi nahi to darwaza nahi kohle ga tumhare liye.” [Sahih Bukhari, (2/71), al-Asma' wa al-Sifat al-Bayhaqi (1/274), Hilyatul-Awliya Abu-Naeem al-Asbahani (4/66)] 
- Ulema akraam is Hadees ko saboot k tor pe istemaal karte hain k Shahadah k saath (7) sharaiyt/shartain hain. 

SHAHADAH KI SAATH (7) SHARAIYT/SHARTAIN KYA HAIN? 

PEHLI (1) SHART: SHAHADAH KA MATLAB KYA HAI, ISS KA ILM HONA 

Sawaiy wo log jo gawahi dayte hain haqq/sachai ki (yani, Allah ki wahidaniyat/ik-hone per imaan lana, or Allah k hukm ko manana), or wo ilm rakhte hain (Allah ki wahidaiyat/ik-hone ki haqiqat per). [Az-Zukhruf 43:86] 

- Agr koi shakhs Shahadah parhe or na jane yani ilm na rakhe k wo kya parh raha hai, to wo musalmaan nahi. 

DOSRI (2) SHART: YAQEEN 

- Agr tum ik subah uthte ho or tumhare dil mai koi shak hai, to tum kaafir ho. 
- Deen k bare mai apne dil mai shak, pani mai pishaab ki tarhan hai – tum wo pani kabhi nahi piyo ge. 

Mumin to wo hai jo Allah or uske Rasool par imaan laiy, or phir shak mai na parhe balke Allah ki rah mai maal or jaan se laray. Wohi log sache hain. [Al-Hujurat 49:15] 

- Allah un logon k bare mai bayan karte hain jinke dil mai shak/shubahaat hain, iss Ayah mai: 
In k dilo mai baymari hai (shak/shubahaat or munafaqat ki) jisko Allah ne or zaida barha di. Or jo wo jhoot bolte hain, unke liye dard naak saza hai. [Al-Baqarah 2:10] 

TEESRI (3) SHART: APNE DIL MAI YAQEEN RAKHNA OR APNI ZABAAN SE GAWAHI DAYNA

Ibn Abbas se riwayaat hai: Rasool ne farmaya: “Jahanamiyo mai se Abu Talib sab se kam azaab mai hon ge, wo aag k do jotay pehne hon ge, jo k unka dimagh oubaal daiyn ge.” [Sahih Muslim, Book 1, Hadees #0413] 
- Iss Hadees k mutaliq – Abu Talib, jo Nabi k uncle teh, wo imaan nahi laiy, jiski waja se wo jahannum mai hon ge. 

- Kya apko maloom hai k Allah ne khud Shahadah ki gawahi di hai? 

Allah ne khud is baat ki gawahi di hai k us k siwa koi mabood nahi or tamaam farishte or wo jo ilm rakhte hain (bhi yahi gawahi/shahadat dayte hain); (Allah hamesha) Apni makhlooq ko insaaf par kaiym rakhte hain. La ilah illa Huwa (Allah k ilawa koi or ibadaat k like nahi), wo Ghalib Hikmat Wala hai. [Aali Imran 3:18] 

- Yahan tak k Allah ne khud bhi gawahi di. To kya tum Allah se baytar ho? 
- Yahi waja hai k Abu Talib jahannum mai hain. 
- Or ye bhi haraam hai k Allah se oun logon ki maghfarat/mafi ki dua mangi jaiy jo Shahadah layne se pehle hi mar gaiy. 

Nabi or wo log jo imaan wale hain, munasib nahi k jab in per zahir ho gaya k mushrik ahle duzakh hain (kyu k wo kuffr k haal mai maray) to un k liye maghfarat/bakhshish (maafi) ki dua mangi jaiy, chahiye wo in k kareebi khandaan walon mai se hi kyu na hon. [At-Tawbah 9:113] 

- To sab se baytareen kaam Nabi Abu Talib k liye ye kar sakte teh k wo kahain, “O Allah Abu Talib ko jahannum mai sab se kam azaab dayna.” 
- Ik pedaishi Musalmaan ka Shahadah layna biddat samjha jata hai kyu k namaaz mai tashahhud parhna hi uske liye Shahadah hota hai. 
- Magr ik kaafir k liye Shahadah layna zarori/farz hai. 
- Apne dil mai iss baat ka yaqeen rakhna k ap Musalmaan ho, kafi nahi. Iss ki gawahi dayna bhi zarori/farz hai. 

Or ouhon ne zulm or takabbur k toor par inka (Ayaat) inkaar kar diya, jab k inke dil in (nishaniyon/Ayaat k haqq hone pe) ka yaqeen kar chuke teh. To dekh lo fasaad karne walon ka (bura) anjaam kaisa huwa. [An-Naml 27:14] 

- Bayshak k Firoon apne dil mai Islam par yaqeen karta tah, or uske sapahi bhi, jaise k Allah ne farmaya hai uper Ayaat mai. Magr usne zabaan se kabhi gawahi nahi di.

CHOTI (4) SHART: APNE AP KO QURAAN OR SUNNAT K HIWALE KARNA

- Is shart ko Arabi mai “Inqiyaad” kehte hain. 
- Iss liye ik Musalmaan apna ik paon Islam mai or dosra paon Esayat/Christianity mai nahi rakh sakta. 
- To agr ap Christmas manate ho, ye amal apko kaafir bana dayta hai. 

Magr nahi (Muhammad ), tumhare Rabb ki qasam ye kabhi mumin (musalmaan) nahi ho sakte jab tak k wo apne darmiyaan har ikhtalaaf mai tume (ay Muhammad ) hakim (faisalah karne wala) bana laiyn, phir jo kuch tum faisalah karo iss per apne dilon mai bhi koie tangi na mehsoos karain, balke (tumhare faisalay ko) khoshi or farmabadari k sath qabool karain. [An-Nisa 4:65]

Or na kisi mumin mard ya mumin ourat ko ye haqq hasil hai k jab Allah or Uska Rasool kisi kaam ka faisalah (ya hukm) farma daiyn to inke liye apne (iss) kaam mai (karne ya na karne ka) koie ikhtiyaar ho, or jo shakhs Allah or iss k Rasool ki na farmaani karta hai to wo bayshak gumraahi mai bhatak gaya. [Al-Ahzab 33:36]

Ay Imaan walon! Islam mai puray puray dakhil ho jao, or shaytaan k rastoon per na chalo. Bayshak wo tumhara kuhla dushman hai.  [Al-Baqarah 2:208] 

- Kuch mumalik/mulkon mai Musalmaan iss baatil waja se Christmas manate hain k Nabi Esa/Jesus akhir Islam k ik peghaambar teh. 
- Ye baat waziya rakhain k Nabi Esa/Jesus 25 December ko paida nahi huwe teh. 
- Or jahan tak Rasool ki salgirah manane ki baat hai, to bayshak ye biddat hain. Or bayshak iss biddat ko logon se churwana mushkil hai. 
- Sirf ik mulk hai jismai Rasool ki salgirah nahi manaie jati, or wo hai Saudi Arabia. 

Magr nahi (Muhammad ), tumhare Rabb ki qasam ye kabhi mumin (musalmaan) nahi ho sakte jab tak k wo apne darmiyaan har ikhtalaaf mai tume (ay Muhammad ) hakim (faisalah karne wala) bana laiyn, phir jo kuch tum faisalah karo iss per apne dilon mai bhi koie tangi na mehsoos karain, balke (tumhare faisalay ko) khoshi or farmabadari k sath qabool karain. [An-Nisa 4:65]

Jab wo Umar k paas gaiy, to jo takraar mai jeeta usne kaha, “Hum apna maslah/takraar Nabi k paas le kar gaiy or unhon ne meray haqq mai faisalah kiya, magr ye shakhs qabool nahi kar raha.” Umar bin al-Khattab ne dosre shakhs se ye sab poucha, to usne haan mai jawab diya. Umar apne ghar gaiy or talwaar uthate huwe wapis loute. Unhon ne apni talwaar se uss shakhs ka sar kaat diya (sar kalam kar diya) jisne Nabi k faisalay ko mananay se inkaar kiya tah. Or phir Allah ne nazil kiya, فَلا وَرَبِّكَ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ حَتَّى يُحَكِّمُوكَ فِيمَا شَجَرَ بَيْنَهُمْ [Magr nahi (Muhammad ), tumhare Rabb ki qasam ye kabhi mumin (musalmaan) nahi ho sakte jab tak k wo apne darmiyaan har ikhtalaaf mai tume (ay Muhammad ) hakim (faisalah karne wala) bana laiyn...... (An-Nisa 4:65)]

PANCHWI (5) SHART: BAATIL KI TAMAAM IQSAAM/QISMO KI MUZAMAT KARNA 

- To ik Musalmaan hone k natay ap chon nahi sakte k koun se baatil/jhot ko sakhti se mana or inkaar kiya jaiy, apko bayshak har baatil ki muzamat karni hai.
- Or bayshak munafiq qabroon k shirk ko jhotlaiy ga, yani sakhti se inkaar or mana kare ga, magr mehalon k shirk ko nahi.
- Wo jhotlate hain, yani sakhti se mana karte hain qabr parasti (qabr ko poujna) ko, lekin oun hukamrano ko nahi jo Shariyat ko khatama karte hain.
- Ik Musalmaan k liye zarori hai k wo apne dil mai har munkar se nafrat kare. 

Abu Saeed al-khudri se riwayaat hai, k unhon ne kaha: Maine Rasool ko kehte huwe suna, “Jo koie kisi tarhan ki bhi buraai dekha, usse apne hath se us buraai ko roke, or agr nahi kar sakta, to apni zabaan se [us buraai ko roke], or agr nahi kar sakta, to apne dil se – or bayshak k ye sab se kamzoor imaan ka darja hai.” [Sahih Muslim] 

- Ye Hadees bayan karti hai k ik Musalmaan ko apne hath se munkar ko roukna hai, agr nahi rouk sakta to apni zabaan se rouke, or agr zabaan se bhi nahi rouk sakta, to uske liye zarori hai k apne dil mai uss munkar k liye nafrat rakhe.
- Agr apke paas quwat/takat hai apne hath se roukne ki, to zarori hai k rouke, na k sirf zabaan se phele bole. 

CHAHTI (6) SHART: SIRF OR SIRF ALLAH KA LAGAAO – YANI SIRF ALLAH KI TARAF MUTWAJA HONA 

- Sirf Allah hi like hain ibadaat k or bus Unhi ki ibadaat karni chahiye or shirk se nafrat or inkaar yani dur rehna hai.
- Qabr parastiyon (qabr ko poujne wale) ki ibadaat sirf or sirf Allah ki taraf or Allah k liye nahi hoti. 

Kaho (ay Muhammad ) k bayshak meri namaaz or mera hajj or qurbani or meri zindagi or mout sirf Allah k liye hai, jo tamaam jahanno ka Rabb hai. Uska koie shareek nahi or issi ka mujhe hukm diye gaya hai or mein (jami makhloqaat mai) sab se pehla musalmaan hon. [Al-An'am 6:162-163] 

- Qabr parastiyon ko Allah ne jhota or kaafir kaha hai. 

Bayshak, deen or ibadaat khalis Allah hi k liye hai, or jinhon ne Allah k siwa dosron ko Auliya (yani dost, muhaafiz or madadgaar) bana rakha hai (wo kehte hain), “hum unki parasti sirf iss liye karte hain k wo hume Allah k kareeb kar daiyn.” Bayshak Allah unke darmiyaan iss cheez ka faisalah farma daiyn ge jismai wo ikhtilaaf karte hain. Yaqeenan Allah us shakhs ko hidayat nahi dayte jo jhota or kaafir hai. [Az-Zumar 39:3] 

- Ye zaida tar Shiya, Barelwi or Sufi logon mai se hain. 

Agr tum unhai pukaro to wo tumhari pukaar nahi soun sakte, or agr (bilfarz) wo soun laiyn to tumhe jawab nahi de sakte, Or Qiyamat k Din wo tumhare iss shirk ko bilkul inkaar kar daiyn ge. Or tume (ay Muhammad ) koi nahi khabar daar kar sakta, jaisa k Wo jo sab kuch janane wala hai. [Fatir 35:14] 

- Jo Qurani hujjah qabr parastiyon k khilaaf istimaal karni chahiye/ki jati hai, wo hai Surah Fatir ki Ayaat 14.
- Issi tarhan har gumrah jamaat (ghalat firqay) k ghalat/gumrah tareekon k khilaaf bohat si Ayaat hain.
- To kyu wo loog jo kuch karte hain unko Allah ne “ibadaat” kaha hai?
- Kyu k dua bayshak khud ik ibadaat hai.
- Agr ap qabr parastiyon ko kaafir nahi kehte, to ap khud kaafir ban jate ho, iss asool ko “chain takfeer” kehte hain. 

Numan ibn Bashir se riwayaat hai, k Rasool ne kaha, “Dua ik khud ibadaat hai.” Phir unhon ne bayaan kiya, “Or tumhare Rabb ne farmaya: tum loog Mujh se dua kiya karo or Mei zaror qabool karon ga. Bayshak wo loog jo bohat maghroor hain Meri ibadaat karne k liye, wo duzakh mai zaleel ho kar dakhil hon ge.” (Ghafir 40:60). [Tirmidhi (5/456) No. 3372, Abu Dawud (2/76) No. 1479, Ibn Majah (5/5) No. 3828, Ahmad (4/271) No. 18410]

Or (yaad karo) jab tumhare Rabb ne Adam ki oulaad ki pushtoon se inki nasal nekali or inko inhi ki jano par gawah banaya (or farmaya): “Kya Mei tumhara Rabb nahi hon?” wo (sab) bole: “Bayshak haan, kyu nahi! (Ap hi humare Rabb ho)”, (ye gawahi iss liye li) Ta k Qiyamat k Din ye (na) kaho k hum iss baat se bekhabar/anjaan/na-ilm teh. [Al-A'raf 7:172] 

- Wo loog jaahalat/bekhabri/na-ilm ka bahana nahi istemaal kar sakte qabr parasti (qabr ko poujna) k liye, Ayaat 7:172 ki waja se. 
- Yahan tak k Nabi k apne walid/baap ko bhi jaahalat/bekhabri/na-ilm ka bahana nahi mila. 

Anas se riwayaat hai, k ik shakhs ne kaha: “Ay Allah k Rasool , meray walid/baap kahan hain?” Unhon ne jawab diya: “Jahannum mai.” Jab wo shakhs mor gaya, to ap ne usko wapis bolaya or kaha: “Meray walid/baap or tumhare walid/baap dono Jahannum mai hain.” [Sahih Muslim (Vol. 1, pg. 191) No. 203]

Phir jab wo kashti mai sawaar hote hain to (mushkil wakt mai) sirf Allah k liye (apna) deen khalis karte huwe pukarte hain, phir jab Allah unhain bacha kar khushk zameen tak pouncha dayte hain to uss wakt wo (dubara) shirk karne lagte hain. [Al-'Ankabut 29:65] 

- Kuch kuffaar kashti mai teh or unki kashti dubne wali thi, or iss haal mai unhon ne sirf Allah hi ko pukara, jaise k uper ki Ayaat bayaan karti hai. 

Anas se riwayaat hai, k Quraish ne Nabi k sath aman se rehne ka faisalah kiya, jin mai Suhail bin Amr bhi shamil tah. Nabi ne Ali se kaha: “Likho, Allah k Naam se suroh, Jo Nehayat Meharbaan or Reham wala hai.” Suhail ne kaha: “Jahan tak Bismillah ki baat hai, hume nahi pata k Bismillah-ir-Rahman-ir-Rahim (Allah k Naam se suroh, Jo Nehayat Meharbaan or Reham wala hai) ka kya matlab hai. Iss liye wo likhwaiyn jo hume samjh aiy, yani Bi ismika allahumma (Apke Naam se, Ay Allah).” Phir Nabi ne kaha: “Likho, Muhammad Allah k Rasool ki taraf se.” Un sab ne kaha: “Agr hum jante ya mante k tum Allah k Rasool ho, to hum tumhari perawi karte. Iss liye tum sirf apna or apne baap ka naam likho.” To phir Nabi ne kaha: “Likho, Muhammad bin Abdullah ki taraf se.” Un sab ne ye shart rakhi Nabi par k jo koie Musalmaan unke sath shamil ho ga, Makkah wale loog usko wapis nahi karain ge. Or agr koi tum mai (Musalmaano mai) shamil ho ga, hum logon mai se, to tum phir bhi usse wapis karo ge.” Nabi k Sahabo ne kaha: “Ay Allah k Rasool kya hum ye likhain?” Unhon ne jawab diya: “Haan. Hum Musalmaano mai se jo bhi in logon k paas jaiy ga or shamil ho ga, Allah usko dur hi rakhe! Or jo un logon mai se humare paas aiy ga shamil hone k liye (or wapis bhaijh diya jaiy ga), Allah uske liye asaani or faraar hone ka rasta farmaiyn ge.” [Sahih Muslim: Book 19, Chapter 33, Hadith 440] 

SAATHWI (7) SHART: AL WALAA WAL BARAA (SIRF ALLAH K LIYE MUHABBAT OR NAFRAT)

Ay imaan walon! Tum meray or apne dushmano ko dost na banao, muhabbat dekhate huwe, jab k wo iss haqq k hi munkar hai jo tumhare paas aya hai, wo Rasool ko or tum ko iss waja se (tumhare watan/mulk/ghar se) nikalte hain k tum Allah per jo tumhare Perwardigaar hain, imaan le aiy ho! Agr tum Meri rah mai jihad karne or Meri raza talaash karne k liye nikle ho (to phir unse dosti nahi rakho). Tum unke sath chup kar khofiya dosti karte ho, jab k Mei khoob janta hon jo kuch tum chupate ho or jo kuch tum zahir karte ho. Or jo shakhs bhi tum mai se ye (harkat) kare to wo seedhi rah se bhatak gaya hai. [Al-Mumtahinah 60:1]

Bayshak tumhare liye Ibrahim mai or unke saatiyon mai behtareen namona hai, jab unhon ne apni qoum se kaha: “hum tumse or in bouton se jin ki tum Allah k siwa ibadaat karte ho, kuhla inkaar karte hain, or humare or tumhare darmiyaan dushmani or nafrat hamesha k liye suroh ho chuki hai, jab tak k tum sirf or sirf Allah ki ibadaat nahi karte”, magr Ibrahim ka apne walid/baap se ye kehna k: “Mei apke liye zaror bakhshish/maghfaraat ki dua karon ga Allah se, magr meray pas khud se koie taqaat nahi jo mei apke liye karon Allah k samne.” Ay humare Rabb! humne (sirf) Ap hi per bharosa kiya, or humne (sirf) Ap hi se maafi mangi, or (sirf) Ap hi k paas (sab ko) loutna hai. [Al-Mumtahinah 60:4] 

Tum (ay Muhammad ) un logon ko jo Allah per or Akhirat per imaan rakhte hain, kabhi uss shakhs se dosti karte huwe nahi dekho ge jo Allah or Uske Rasool (Muhammad ) se dushmani rakhta hai, chahiye k wo unke baap hon, ya baytain hon, ya unke bahaien hon, ya unke kareebi rishtedaar hon, Yahi wo loog hain jinke dilon mai Uss (Allah) ne imaan dala hai, or unko mazboot kiya hai Apni Ruh se (yani haqq, noor or sahi rehnomaie se). Or unhain (aisi) jannaton mai dakhil farmaiyn ge jinke niche nehrain chal rahi hain, wo un mai hamesha rehne wale hain. Allah unse razi/khush hai or wo Allah se razi/khush hain. Wo Allah ki Jammat hain. Bayshak Allah ki Jammat hi kaamyabi paiy gi. [Al-Mujadilah 58:22]

Ay imaan walon! Tum unko (apna) Bitanah (kareebi dost, muhaafiz, madadgaar) mat banao wo jo tumhare deen se bahir hain (ghair mazbi, mushrik, yahoodi, nasara, munafiq) kyu k wo tumhe kharab karne mai koie kasr nahi chorain ge. Wo tume sakht takleef pounchne ki khawahish rakhte hain. Nafraat to unki zabaan se khud zahir ho chuki hai, magr jo kuch unke seeno mai chupa hai wo iss se bhi bura hai. Humne tumhare liye nishaniyaan (Ayaat, saboot) wazih kar di hain agr tumhe akal ho. [Aali Imran 3:118] 

Anas bin Malik se riwayaat hai, k Nabi ne kaha: “Jiske ander theen (3) aisi khasosiyaat hain, usne Imaan ki sahi mitaas chaki hai: Allah or Uske Rasool se har kisi se zaida muhabbat; ik (Allah k) ghulam se muhabbat sirf Allah k liye; or kuffr mai wapis jane se nafraat karna jab Allah ne usko uss kuffr se bacha liye bilkul aise jaise usko nafraat hai jahannum ki aag mai pehnke janay se.” [Al-Bukhari (21) and Muslim (43)] 

- Ye thi Shahadah ki saath (7) sharaiyt/shartain.
