All over the world on question lingers on everyone's mind, will peace ever be establish between the Palestinians and Jews?

I answer this question with a solid no, and stay firm in my belief on that. Peace does not seem to be an option in the Middle East.

Peace will never be established between the Palestinians and Jews because they both believe the holy land belongs to them. These beliefs will never die, and both sides are willing to fight to the end. How could peace be established if neither side nor leader is willing to give in?

History shows that Palestine is clearly Muslim land. Let us trace history before Moses's time all the way back to the first man ever created, Adam. Adam was a Muslim prophet who founded Jerusalem and built the Holy Monuments. We are Muslims like Adam, and more importantly followers in his footsteps.

Semitic tribes settled Palestine at a very early date. It was then called Canaan. Canaanite tribes controlled the area for more than a thousand years; at about 1500 B.C. Hebrew tribes began to enter the area this tells you Palestinians owned the lands first. The Jewish tribes later came into conflict with the people of Greek origin known as the Falesteens. It is from them that the term Palestine is derived. The Hebrew tribes ultimately defeated the Falesteens and established a monarchy in about 1000 B.C. known as the Kingdom of Israel. This statement alone tells you that Palestine was named after its original people the Falesteens and was taken forcefully from them by the Jews.

The Jews claim that Palestine rightfully belongs to them because they are the chosen people of God. I ask the Jews, "How could you conclude you are the chosen people when in the holy Qur'an Allah continuously degrades you after you deviated from the teachings of the Prophet Moses?"

The Holy Qur'an states about them:

Say (O Muhammad SAW to the people of the Scripture): "Shall I inform you of something worse than that, regarding the recompense from Allāh: those (Jews) who incurred the Curse of Allāh and His Wrath, those of whom (some) He transformed into monkeys and swines, those who worshipped Tāghût (false deities); such are worse in rank (on the Day of Resurrection in the Hellfire), and far more astray from the Right Path (in the life of this world)." (Al-Ma'idah 5:60)

Allah says about the Jews:

And indeed you knew those amongst you who transgressed in the matter of the Sabbath (i.e. Saturday). We said to them: "Be you monkeys, despised and rejected." (Al-Baqarah 2:65)

Allah also said about them:

The likeness of those who were entrusted with the (obligation of the) Taurāt (Torah) (i.e. to obey its commandments and to practise its legal laws), but who subsequently failed in those (obligations), is as the likeness of a donkey who carries huge burdens of books (but understands nothing from them). How bad is the example (or the likeness) of people who deny the Ayāt (proofs, evidences, verses, signs, revelations, etc.) of Allāh. And Allāh guides not the people who are Zālimûn (polytheists, wrong-doers, disbelievers, etc.). (Al-Jumu'ah 62:5)

How can the Jews be the chosen people of God if God rejected them as in the prior verses in which there are plenty more similar ones throughout the Qur'an? There would be no war in Palestine if the leadership of the holy land belonged to the Muslims because Allah said,"Before this We wrote in the Psalms, after the Message: "My servants, the righteous, shall inherit the earth." Meaning, the Muslims who are righteous and provide justice are leaders of the world and not the Jews who rule with genocide, oppression and terrorism.

Peace will never be established unless both sides stop attacking each other, when the Jews attack and kill Palestinian women and children its called self- defense, yet when the Palestinians attempt to defend themselves and protect their religion, honor and land they are called "terrorists". I call the Palestinians freedom fighters, mujahideen and heroic Islamic liberators. The Palestineans are in a defensive position doing nothing wrong and could win their land back along with peace if the Arabic leaders stop this massacre as well as hold solidarity with them. Silence and weak responses to Isreali transgression allowed the Jews to do as they want with no one to stop them. The killing of young children and women, the destruction of towns and houses and intimidation acts such as Sharon walking into Islamic Holy monuments daring the entire Muslim world, are examples of what the Jews do with no one to object, respond or retaliate.

Palestinian leader and prime minister do not help the peace process in any way. The two long time foes are constantly at each other throats, and both sides suffer the consequences.

Even so, regardless of who the leaders are the fighting will never stop. You can put any other person in Arafat's or Sharon's place, yet the Palestinians and Jews will continue to fight. I strongly believe the leaders are not the problem, but the super power of our time is. The US is the super power of our time and look what happens when the world is under their control. Children and women being raped and abused, wars all over the globe, poor get poorer, welfare need is at an all-time high, and everyone is at each others throat constantly. How can you establish peace when the world is in total chaos?

I believe there is hope in finding peace when the world falls under Islamic rule. Our Qur'an and Sunnah severely warn of oppression of animals let alone people of other beliefs. Just as the USA thinks it must rule or influence the world, we Muslims have right to say and believe that Islam must rule the world. However, when Islam rules its as merciful for those under its control like a mother is merciful to her child.

The Prophet (saws) said, "Whoever kills a man of Ahl ad-Dhimmah [non-Muslims living under Islāmic rule] will not smell the fragrance of Paradise, even though its fragrance can be discerned from a distance of forty years' travelling." [Sahīh al-Jāmi as-Saghīr, 5/235 no. 6324 and 5/337 no. 6333]

This shows how just Islam is with non Muslims let alone with Muslims.

Examples of how just and merciful Islam was with those under its control is clear during the leadership of Umar's (ra) time when the Muslim world expanded through all directions and Islam was the leading superpower of the universe.

Umar has a governor in Egypt named Abu Ubaidah Amru Bin Aljarrah. He was a famous companion of the Prophet and a general who lead on some of the biggest military victories. Umar placed him as a governor in Egypt. Abu Ubaidah's son races the head of the Coptic's son. Abu Ubaida's son looses the race and ends up physically punching and hurting the Coptic's son. The Coptic leader takes his son and heads down to the capital of the Muslim world (Medina) a journey of a month. Umar greets him, welcomes him and summons Abu Ubaidah and his son to hear their side of the story. When they both arrive and confirm the Coptic's story Umar restrains the son of Abu Ubaidah and tells the Coptic's son to punch him like he punched you. Then after he finished Umar restrains the father a famous Muslim companion and tells him now punch the father as well for not justifying you as a Christian.

That is an example of how Islam justifies Christians and all religions.

Another was when Umar seen a Jewish old man walking in the streets
begging. Umar asked him why are you begging? He said because I'm old and too weak to work. Umar takes him by his hand to the financial house of the Muslims and orders that monthly amount be given to him so he will not beg. That in reality is the welfare system we have today. Umar started that on a Jew.

A third example was when Umar's Armor was stolen and he found it with a Jewish man under his leadership. Umar told him you took my armor. The man said not its mine. They said then we go to Judge Shurieh. A judge appointed by the leader Umar himself. The Judge asked Umar the leader of the Muslims what's your proof that it's your armor? Umar said my son can testify that it's mine. The judge said we do not accept the testimony of a son for his father in such matters. When Umar was unable to give proof, the judge ordered the armor to be with the Jew. The Jewish man was so overwhelmed that he won a case under the leadership of Umar against Umar by a judge appointed by Umar that he shouted this was Umar armor that I stole I bear witness there is no God but Allah and Muhammad is his messenger.

With this type of leadership that is the result of following the guidance of the creator Allah in the Qur'an and Sunnah and not man made legislation there will certainly be peace in the world. Other than that we will see what we see in the past days of genocide and massacre in Rafah, and Gazzah combined with the USA approval and silence from the whole world regarding this terrible inhumane oppression. Lastly I say, Two people fighting for the same land while trying to establish peace is as if your driving through a dead end.
