It's so easy to celebrate mothers/fathers day
but difficult to obey our parents!
It's so easy to waste money in celebrating birthdays
but difficult to give money to charity!
It's so easy to waste our time watching a 3 hour movie
but difficult to spend 5 minutes offering our salaah!
It's so easy to cry when listening to soppy songs
but difficult to cry when listening to the Quran!
It's easy to follow a bid'aah (innovation)
but difficult to follow a sunnah!
WHY?
WHY IS IT EASY TO LOVE THE CREATION !
BUT DIFFICULT TO OBEY THE CREATOR !

“Has not the time come for the hearts of those who believe to be affected by Allah’s Reminder (this Qur’an), and that which has been revealed of the truth, lest they become as those who received the Scripture before (i.e. Jews and Christians), and the term was prolonged for them and so their hearts were hardened?” [Al-Hadeed 57:16]

Can people like Shabana Mahmood be considered as Muslim?
Imam Shafi'i (rh) said: "Every Muslim is obligated to learn the Arabic tongue to the utmost of his power in order [to be able] to profess through it that "There is no Ilah but Allah and Muhammad is His Messenger" and to utter what is mandated upon him, the takbir, and what is commanded, the tasbih, and the tashahhud and others." [al-Risala al-Shafi'i (pg. 47)]
Ibn Taymiyyah said: "Moreover, the Arabic language itself is part of Islam, and knowing Arabic is an obligatory duty. If it is a duty to understand the Qur’an and Sunnah, and they cannot be understood without knowing Arabic, then the means that is needed to fulfil the duty is also obligatory.” [Iqtida' as-Sirat al-Mustaqeem (1/527)]
