The Ruling of Defending Oneself in the Court of Taghout !

https://i.pinimg.com/originals/82/5d/a3/825da31245449bff3c7b6d4993d99d6b.jpg

We are going to take in hand the matter of the ruling of defending oneself in the court of Taghout while trying to declare our position regarding the matter Insha'Allah (with the will and the permit of Allah). It is because the comment of the ignorant regarding the matter has prolonged and the time to stop it has arrived. There is a saying that is attributed to Ali (ra): "Ilm used to be a spec, it is the ignorant that enlarged it."

There are mainly two Baatil (falsehood) views regarding the matter. Some try to legalize the act by claiming that it is Ja’iz (permissible) to defend oneself others on the other hand claim that no matter what happens one shall not speak a single word in order to not falling into Kufr.

As we had mentioned many times before there is no such type of Kufr in Islam as "the Kufr of defending oneself" instead there is a type of Kufr in Islam as "seeking the judgment of Taghout". Although, it is crystal clear that defense is a part of the Muhakama (judgment) process and again although, it is crystal clear that it is Kufr just as seeking the judgment of Taghout is Kufr; in our times, which Jahl (ignorance) is widespread regarding the Ilm of Tawhid, because people that attribute themselves to Islam do not know the reality of Muhakama bi’t Taghout (seeking judgment from the Taghout) and the Illah (reason) that make it Kufr; judgment related matters such as "bearing testimony, defense and appealing to the high court" have been treated as if they were not a part of the judgment process, and as if they were not Kufr as the judgment itself is Kufr. Therefore, the ignorant people of our era separated all these judgment related processes and started discussing each of them and their Hukm (ruling) individually. Therefore, in the presence of these ignorant people, there occurred the Aqidah (creed) of defense, the Aqidah of appealing to the high court etc. and those parties that claim it to be Kufr or not, started debating something that they do not posses the knowledge of its reality. Whereas, instead of all these debates and disputes that are sourced from speech regarding Allah Ta’ala without having Ilm, without guidance and without a book of enlightenment; if one would learn the fundamental matters and the terms regarding Asl’ud Din (Bases of the Religion i.e. Islam) none of these would trouble anyone and none would have not experienced any of these troubles. Wallahu A’lam (and Allah knows)!

Levels of Belief in Qadr !

https://i.pinimg.com/originals/22/71/4c/22714cd61a665a96e3d5319160294014.jpg
Belief in Qadr has four levels:

1. The first level is to have belief in the knowledge of Allah; which encompasses everything. Not even the like of a weight of an atom in the heavens or the earth escapes His knowledge. And He, the Most High, knew about all His creation before He created them. He knew their provision, appointed terms, their speech and actions, all their doings, their secrets and that which they declare openly, and those among them from the People of Paradise and those from the People of the Hellfire.

2. The second level is to have belief in the recording of that knowledge; and that He wrote all that will exist according to His prior knowledge. Included in this is belief in the Preserved Tablet (al-Lawh al-Mahfooz).

3. The third level is to have belief in Allah’s executive will and His omnipotence. They necessitate each other with respect to what was and what will be. But they do not necessitate each other with respect to what will not be and what was not. So what Allah wishes exists by His omnipotence, and it could not be any other way, and what Allah does not wish does not exist, due to the absence of Allah’s wish for it and not due to Allah’s inability to make it exist, may He, Most Great and Glorious, be far removed from that.

4. The fourth level is to have belief that Allah is the Creator of everything and that there is not a single atom in the heavens nor in the earth, nor that which is between them, that Allah did not create. He is the creator of their movements and their lack of movements, may He be glorified. There is no creator besides Him and no Lord except Him. [The division of Qadr into four levels is mentioned in most books on ‘Aqeedah. They follow Ibn Qayyim al-Jawziyyah’s approach found in Shifaa al-‘Aleel fee Masaa’il al-Qadaa wal-Qadr (See pp. 29-65). However, his teacher, Ibn Taymiyyah, and others summarized the four levels in two. For example, in his work, Al-‘Aqeedah al-Waastiyyah, Ibn Taymiyyah states: “Belief in Qadr has two categories and each category has two subcategories."]

Evidences against mankind until Yawmul Qiyamah...

When the Messenger of Allah (saws) died, many of those who had embraced Islam apostatized and a great sedition took place, in which Allah strengthened those whom He had blessed with fortitude through Abu Bakr as-Siddiq (ra), for he he made a stand which no one else among the Sahabah (ra) accepted and reminded them of what they had forgotten and taught them that which they knew not and encouraged them to do what they feared to do. And through them Allah strengthened the Deen of Islam – may Allah make us among his followers and the followers of that which his companions (ra) carried (Qur’an and Sunnah). Allah says:
"O you who believe, whoever from among you turns back from his deen, Allah will bring a people whom He will love and they will love Him; humble towards the believers, stern towards the disbelievers, fighting in the cause of Allah."

Al-Hasan al-Basri said, “By Allah, they are Abu Bakr and his companions.”

The forms of riddah that the Arabs split into were in different groups: A number of them returned to the worship of idols, saying, “If he was a Prophet, he would not have died,” Another group said, “We believe in Allah, but we do not pray.” Another faction acknowledged Islam and prayed, but they refused to pay Zakaah. Another group testified that none is worthy of worship except Allah and that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah, but they believed Musaylamah the liar’s claim that the Prophet (saws) had made him a partner in Prophethood. This was because he brought witnesses with him to that, among them was a man from his companions who was renowned for his knowledge and worship, who was known as ar-Rajjal and they believed him because of what they knew of him of his knowledge and his worship. One of those who was true amongst them said:

O delight of my, daughter of Uthal,
My night was made long by the trial of ar-Rajjal,
He put them to trial by his false testimony,
But Allah is Almighty, and Strong in punishment

Reliance on Allah !

Relying on Allah is one of the greatest forms of worship. Allah says: “…And upon Allah rely, if you should be believers.” [5:23]  Allah made relying upon Him a condition for faith. Allah said to His Prophet (saws): “…Rely upon Allah. Indeed, Allah loves those who rely (upon Him).” [3:159]
Allah also says: “…And whoever relies upon Allah — then He is sufficient for him.” [65:3]
Furthermore, Allah has linked this reliance to worship, as occurs in His statement: “…So worship Him and rely upon Him.” [11:123]

The meaning of reliance on Allah

Reliance on Allah means entrusting one’s affairs to Allah and relying on Him in all matters. Entrusting one’s affairs to Allah entails not turning to something or someone else for support.

So reliance on Allah can be with regard to matters of creed, such that the servant’s heart does not turn to anyone else besides Allah. Therefore, he is always putting his reliance in Allah, entrusting all of his affairs to Him.

The pagans did not fall into polytheism and disbelief except due to the fact that they put their reliance in other than Allah, entrusted their affairs to other than Him, and believed in their hearts that someone besides Allah was able to grant their requests, alleviate their worries and repel harms from them. So they relied on statues, idols, trees, stones, graves, shrines and the deceased. They put their trust in created beings to grant them things that only Allah could do. So they began to ask them for help, offer sacrifices to them, make oaths to them, and direct various forms of worship to them.

Muslims Are Being “Slaughtered on Demand” For Their Organs in China !!!

What will it take before the international community does anything meaningful to pressure China into ending what has become the world’s largest industrial scale persecution of a religious minority since the Holocaust?

Will it take photographs of dead bodies piled on top of each other, or satellite footage of chimney stacks spewing the smoky remains of gassed Muslim concentration camp detainees into the atmosphere?

Or how about further credible allegations that China is harvesting, marketing and selling organs removed from executed Muslim concentration camp detainees?

In an interview given to a Chinese language channel, a Chinese woman identified as Ms. Aili described how she had personally witnessed China’s live organ harvesting program in practice in 2006 at the Department of Liver Transplantation, Tianjin Taida Hospital located in the Binhai area of the city of Tianjin, China.

You can watch the full length interview here: https://t.co/CSh0vQEG7i

She alleges witnessing 37 Saudi nationals receive organs from donors located in Xinjiang, calling it, “Slaughter on demand.”

When the interviewer asked, “Why were the people of Xinjiang chosen?” she replied, “Because they [Saudi organ recipients] want Halal organs.”

Last year, I interviewed Enver Tohti, a Uyghur oncology surgeon who is credited by human rights groups with unwittingly “carrying out the first case of live organ harvesting” in 1995 when he was ordered to remove the kidneys and liver from a Uyghur Muslim prisoner who had been made unconscious from a deliberately botched execution.

The Foundation of Islam & its Principle, PART-6 (LAST).

Also Allah said,
“So flee towards Allah, verily I am from Him a plain warner to you, and set up no object of worship with Allah, verily I am from Him a plain warner to you.” [51:50-51]

And Allah said,

Say: Do you order me to worship other than Allah oh you fools?” [39:64]

Allah also said,
“And indeed it has been revealed to you, as it was revealed to those before you, if you commit Shirk, then indeed all of your deeds will be cancelled, and certainly you will be among the losers. No, so worship Allah Alone, and be amongst the grateful.” [39:65-66]

So, we see here that even the Prophet (saws), Allah mentioned that him, and any of the other Anbiya or the Rasul, if they had fallen into shirk, then their actions would’ve been void or their actions would’ve been cancelled out. So, if this was the case with the Anbiya and the Rasul, and we know that Allah protected them from shirk, but the point is that Allah is saying for the sake of argument, if they did fall into shirk, all their actions would’ve been void. So, what do we say about someone who has less good deeds, and someone who falls into shirk at that point.

So, if one of us were to fall into shirk, then we know we would be in a worst situation then them. So, this idea that people say that he says “La ilaha ila Allah”, so that’s enough, the shirk doesn't matter. Or he doesn’t pray, and he doesn’t fast and he doesn’t follow anything of Islam, but he says Islam is the correct religion.
