2 + 2 = 5 (WATCH then READ and RELATE) !

Insha’Allah watch this VIDEO very ATTENTIVELY, as indeed this is the REALITY of today’s time... and after watching the VIDEO entirely, then read the rest of the MESSAGE below Insha'Allah.

NOW INSHA’ALLAH, LET US UNDERSTAND THIS VIDEO ISLAMICALLY AS PER TODAY’S REALITY WITHIN OUR UMMAH!!!

- The Announcement on the Mic was from the so-called “WORLD POWER, i.e the WEST BOSSES (the KUFFAAR)” of today!

- The Teacher was the so-called “MUSLIM LEADERS (the TAWAGHEET)” of today, making sure to enforce the ORDER upon their COUNTRY/ PEOPLE, given to them by the BIG BOSSES (the KUFFAAR)!

"Criteria of Takfeer" - According to Government Scholars !!!

Know, my Muslim brother, that from the most important criteria of Takfeer, which most of the people of knowledge have unfortunately neglected, is that the person who commits any of the nullifiers of Islam should not be from the rulers (those in authority), because making takfeer of the rulers, no matter what nullifier of Islam they had committed, is something which would almost cause the skies to split, the earth to break open and the mountains to fall apart.

Their criterion is built upon two important principles:

The first principle is that every evidence, whether it is from the Qur’an or Hadeeth, which indicates that the rulers have breached one of the tenets of Islam can either be interpreted or abrogated.

The second principle is that every consensus (ijmaa’) which indicates that the rulers have breached one of the tenets of Islam is erroneous, and because it is the rulers who have breached (one of the tenets of Islam), suddenly there arises two opinions regarding this matter.

And “those who are well-grounded in knowledge” have agreed upon these two principles (above), and it is only those who are 'young in age' with 'foolish dreams' (sufahaa’ al-ahlaam) who are ignorant of these principles.

Sidetracked in History...

Photo
Among those who have been side-tracked all their life was a righteous scholar Insha'Allah from what we seen of him, and Allah knows best what’s in the hearts.

Shaykh Imam Abd-Allah Bin Hassan Qaood (عبد الله بن حسن بن محمد بن حسن بن عبد الله بن قعود) who held the same position as many others whose names reached the peaks and are repeated on our tongues daily, yet he is not as popular. We need to keep in mind what many forget that being a Shaykh is a duty to please Allah (سبحانه وتعالى) and not a beauty or popularity contest.

There is a reason some gain so much fame in certain countries while others more knowledgeable get side-tracked. Some Ulama' know they are being used while others are sincere and don’t comprehend it. Many are used to maintain the stability of governments because the masses have always had confidence in their Ulama’.

There are governments that spend millions promoting Ulama’, putting millions more at their disposal as long as they remain beacons for that corrupt government injecting the masses with loyalty to that government.

For a Shaykh fame is easy to attain. Make matters easy and give the masses the popular opinion!

The top two twitter famed scholars in the Arabian peninsula, one of which is about to reach nearly 3 million followers and the other nearly 2 million. Both were in Libya at separate times months before Qaddafi was overtoppled on Da'wah tours, invited by Qaddafi and his son “Saifallah” – personally. Through their speeches they would at times directly, praise and make duaa' for the leader or his government. One went on to return to the Arabian peninsula to talk about the the great achievements of that government.

"A Zāni doesn’t marry except a Zāniyah or Mushrikah..."

Photo

The Imām, Al-Hāfidh Shaykh Sulaymān Ibn Nāsir al-‘Alwān (فك الله أسره) says:
The brother asks about Allāh’s statement, “A zāni doesn’t marry except a zāniyah or mushrikah, and no one marries a zāniyah except a zānī or mushrik”.

And the scholars disputed over the meaning of this Āyah, because some people assume what’s apparent is that the zānī is permitted to marry a mushrikah if he hasn’t repented, and no one from the ‘ulamā’ says this, that a Muslim marries a mushrikah, this is impermissible by Ijmā’.

A Muslim is allowed to marry a girl from ahlul-kitāb, but he’s not permitted to marry a mushrikah, and this is agreed upon by the scholars.

Allāh’s statement, “No one marries a zāniyah except a zānī or mushrik”, a Muslimah is not to be married by a kāfir to begin with, whether he’s from ahlul-kitāb or not, and this is from the clear-cut matters in Islām.

So what’s meant by Allāh’s statement, “A zāni doesn’t marry except a zāniyah or mushrikah”.

The first opinion regarding that — The zānī is referring to the one who doesn’t care, so this is information about the situation of those who commit zinā, and that they don’t care, it doesn’t matter to him whether he marries a zāniyah or mushrikah. This opinion also has some weakness.

...and they shout out “Fitnah” !!!

Photo
The Shaykh commenting on the Ayah:
"And those who commit Kuffr are allies of one another, and if you do not do so (Oh Muslimeen), there will be Fitnah on earth and a great corruption"
said:

And this Fitnah is none other than shirk. And the “great corruption” is the deteriorating of the ‘Aqeedah of Islam and Tawheed, and the neglecting of the laws and orders of the Qur’an.  And also Allah orders:
"And fight them until there is no more Fitnah (shirk), and the Deen  (worship) will all be for Allah."

So it is very clear then, that the two Khalils, may the Salah and Salam be upon them both, have explained: shirk and the following of Tawagheet is the greatest tyranny that exists, and there is nothing more oppressive than shirk, it is the worst Fitnah, and thus it is worse than bloodshed and murder. Rather, we are ordered to shed the blood of the Mushrikeen and Tawagheet – firmly upon Millah Ibraheem – until shirk ceases to exist in any form. And at the same time – the two Prophets have taught us that there can be no security, nor safety, nor peace, without Tawheed. So Amaan is firmly tied together with Imaan. And when you have understood this, then you should also know that those Tawagheet and apostates who crave for security while sinking in shirk, left, right, and center – you will realize that they are only dreaming in mirages. And when they call the militaries of the apostate Tawagheet as “Rijal al-Amn” – then you know that they are only deceiving the ignorant. They think that they will be able to have security even while fighting to establish shirk! And when our brothers fight them for the sake of establishing Tawheed- they shout out, “Fitnah”. Allah has said something about people like them:
"And among them is he who says, “Grant me departure and do not put me in Fitnah.” Surely, they (already) have fallen into Fitnah. And verily, Hell is surrounding the kafireen."

Known existing Books of Allah

In today's fast-paced world, it is a must for manufacturers of almost every product - from state-of-the-art microwave ovens to space age automobiles, from sophisticated sewing machines to powerful fighter jets, and from highly functional refrigerators to intelligent mainline computer systems - to provide a manual for the users' benefit. In light of that, it is impossible to conceive that the Maker of mankind did not equip him with any form of guidance for his life on earth.

It is unlikely that early man, with his limited knowledge about anything, groped about the planet and endeavored to understand his alien surroundings and circumstances. We know for a fact that a child is always full of questions, and never stops asking to satisfy his/her curiosity.

Without an adult's aid, he/she is helpless. The same applies in the case of the first man, Adam. His Creator, Allah, became his Teacher. After him, Divine inspiration continued to be revealed upon selected human beings with the command to guide their brethren towards enlightenment and truth.

These revelations were sent to many different nations in many different tongues, and formulated according to the needs of the times and the understanding of the people.

Allah revealed those Divine Books to His messengers as proof against mankind and guidance for the righteous workers. They purified and taught them wisdom by these books.

‘Bathtub reminds me of waterboarding’: Ex-detainees recount US torture 15yrs after Iraq invasion !

Former Abu Ghraib detainees say time has not fully healed the physical and mental pain they suffered at the infamous US prison. Iraqis spoke with RT on the 15th anniversary of the US-led invasion of their country.

“The time I spent in that prison felt like a lifetime. An hour of that pain, humiliation, and injustice stays with you forever,” Anwer Al-Sudani, a former Abu Ghraib detainee, told RT.

Once used by Saddam Hussein to lock up political dissidents, Abu Ghraib prison was converted into a US Army detention facility shortly after the US-led invasion of Iraq in March 2003.
In April 2004, photographs showing prisoners being subjected to torture, sexual humiliation, rape, and other forms of abuse at the hands of US soldiers were leaked to the press.

The facility, located about 20 miles west of Baghdad, held as many as 3,800 detainees at the height of its use by the US military. In 2006, all remaining detainees at Abu Ghraib were transferred to other prisons, and the facility was handed over to the Iraqi government. More than a decade has passed since the US relinquished control of the infamous prison, but former inmates say the physical and mental scars from their time at the facility have not yet healed.

Fake 'Shuyoukh' in your localities !

https://i.pinimg.com/originals/91/fd/a0/91fda032ca22da8b1dc5174ea5cc42a0.jpg

Stay away from the fake 'Shuyoukh' in your localities!

In the biography of Shaykh al-‘Allamah Nasir al-Fahd (فك الله أسره), it mentions:
“And he was subjected to Fitnah in prison, and was tortured, and they wanted to disgrace him, but he refused, and he has still remained steadfast, patient, wanting the reward of Allah, may Allah increase him in steadfastness and free him.”

These are the Imaams we look up too and follow. Compare this Imaam to many of the preachers in your local communities who appear to follow Ahlus-Sunnah, but in reality they are known as:
السلفية التقليدية والسلولية
The blind-following ‘Salafi’s’ and ‘Saluliyyah’.

One of the reasons it’s extremely important to learn your Deen, is so that you may see the reality of different types of people which may appear unclear due to a lack of knowledge.
For example, the trend in the east and the west is a rise in these deviant ‘Salafis’ who strictly emphasize on being from Ahlus-Sunnah.
But if you examine carefully, you will come to the conclusion that they are fanatic blind-followers who go by their whims, they are ‘Mashayikh’ and ‘Du’aat’ of whims and desires, seeking a noble reputation and position, and even women and wealth.

Ummah's duties towards their Prophet (saws)...

In the middle of the clash between disbelief and Islam, abuses are always directed to the Messenger of Allah (saws) from some people who do not have any manners. No doubt those trivial people are less than being a grain of sand in the shoe of the Prophet (saws). Moreover, these abuses will not affect his name but they will increase him shining and glory, and his religion more power and spread. However, we do not accept nor stand that anyone abuses our Prophet (saws), and we shall not keep silence about this impoliteness even if souls are sacrificed for that cause. We shall face and oppose anyone who imagines that he may abuses the Messenger of Allah (saws), and we shall not find on the surface of the earth a Muslim who might lag from achieving that purpose no matter what the price is.
However, it is incorrect to forget or neglect that our duties toward the Messenger of Allah (saws) and such abuses and aggressions increase our love to him and increase our keenness to know these obligations and fulfill them properly; so what are these duties?

We have many duties toward the Messenger of Allah (saws) which Allah explained in His Book:

The first of these duties is to believe in the Messenger of Allah (saws) until we find the effect of that faith in our hearts such as loving, revering and glorifying him. Allah says: "O you who believe (in Mûsâ (i.e. Jews) and 'Isâ (i.e. Christians))! Fear Allâh, and believe in His Messenger (Muhammad), He will give you a double portion of His Mercy, and He will give you a light by which you shall walk (straight). And He will forgive you. And Allâh is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful." [57:28]
This faith must have an impact of love and glorification in the heart. The Shaykhul Islam Ibn Taymiyah said: "If the origin of faith is to believe by heart, this belief must have an impact on the heart which is the glorification of the Prophet (saws), revering and loving him which is essential.
If this state of love does not exist in the heart, faith is not valid. This lack of effect is done if something lies in the heart to prevent that love such as envying the Prophet (saws), showing haughtiness or negligence to him, and turning the heart away from him; when that happens, belief is invalid."

Response against the Murji’ah on context of the Tatār...

https://i.pinimg.com/originals/2a/1c/00/2a1c00d9b4dec11967161a639496c0b1.jpg
Short response against the Murji’ah who take Ibn Taymiyyah’s quote on the Tatār out of context.

CLAIM:
Ibn Taymiyyah did not make Takfeer upon those who allied with the Tatār against the Muslims, as he mentioned in “Majmū’ al-Fatāwā” (28/552):
“Moreover, no one fights with them (i.e. the Tatār) who’s not forced, except a fāsiq or mubtadi’ or zindīq.”

RESPONSE:
• Firstly — You have accused Shaykhul-Islām Ibn Taymiyyah of something he has never said, which is claiming he doesn’t make Takfeer upon whoever allies with the Tatār (or any other type of kuffār) against the muslims, and the quote you provided doesn’t substantiate this claim.

• Secondly — If you refer back to the same page, Shaykhul-Islām Ibn Taymiyyah is talking about those who possess such attributes prior to joining the army of the Tatār, as he said:
❝Moreover, no one fights with them (i.e. the Tatār) who’s not forced, except a fāsiq or mubtadi’ or zindīq, such as the Qarāmitah Bātiniyyah infidels, the Rāfidah who insult the companions, the Jahmiyyah Mu’attilah who negate Allāh’s names and attributes among the Halūliyyah, and there are those who blind-follow them whom ascribe themselves to knowledge and the Dīn, who are infact worse than them.❞

Never Oppress nor let them down...!

Photo
It is narrated on the authority of ‘Abdullaah ibn ‘Umar that the Messenger of Allah (saws) said:
"A Muslim is a brother of his fellow Muslim, so he should not oppress him, nor let him down. Whoever fulfills the needs of his brother, Allah will fulfill his needs; and whoever relieves his Muslim brother of a distress, Allah will relieve him of one of the distresses of the Day of Judgment; and whoever screens (the faults) of a Muslim, Allah will screen him on the Day of Judgment." [Al-Bukhari]

Explanation of the Hadith:

“A Muslim is a brother of his fellow Muslim,” refers to the brotherhood of Islam. Any two Muslim men are described as brothers because both of them share the quality of being Muslim. This applies to the free and the slave, the mature and the one in the age of discernment.

“…he should not oppress him,” the statement is a command to refrain from oppression because a Muslim wronging another Muslim is unlawful.

“…nor should he let him down,” means that he should not leave him for anyone or anything to harm him. Instead, he should support him and avert harm from him. This is more specific than avoiding wrongness and oppression; it may be obligatory or recommended according to the different situations and states. The following addition is made in the narration of at-Tabarani on the authority of Salim, “nor should he leave him in a calamity that has stricken him.” According to the narration of Muslim on the authority of Abu Hurayrah, “Nor should he despise him." He added: "It suffices a man for evil to look down upon his Muslim brother."

Secret Stores : Your Deeds held in Confidence

Photo
SubhanAllah, a beautiful read and indeed an amazing lesson and motivation for us all Insha'Allah!

As I pulled out one of the books, my eyes fell on a chapter which I had bookmarked a couple of years ago. Unlike most normal people who bookmark chapters which they’re currently reading or are about to read, I guess I’m from the elite-but-lunatic few who only bookmark chapters which they’ve already read and passed by… (there’s a logic somewhere there, I promise!).

It was a chapter on ‘Keeping one’s deeds a secret’. Ah, it took me down memory lane… Years ago, in fact a decade ago, I remember being in the company of sisters who were (and still are) very dear to my heart; sisters who had taken me in when I was young, carefree and zealously passionate about everything which spelt ‘Islam’. We had gathered together for a halaqah at the beginning of Ramadan. The older sisters amongst us had prepared something for us youngsters, and it wasn’t food…

“Right, so here’s a chart we’ve put together so we can gain the maximum benefit from this month,” she started.
“You can personalise it as much as you like, but as you can see it’s a daily tick-chart which lists all the good deeds we should try and do on a daily basis…” She went on to explain how to use the chart while I rushed ahead and looked at all the good deeds they prepared for us to do, ‘Hmm, pretty impressive,’ I thought. It was like a mini-Hisn al-Muslim except more practical and more focused.
“… And if you look right to the bottom, you’ll see a special addition and I’ll leave you girls to ponder on that.” My eyes zapped straight to the bottom of the page…

Fearlessness in the face of Authority !!!

Photo
Sulayman ibn ‘Abd al-Malik (the Ruler) once sent for Abu Hazim, and when he came to him, he said, “O Abu Hazim, why is it that we dislike death?”
He said, “Because you have ruined your Hereafter and built up your present world. So you hate to leave this constructed world of yours and go to the ruins.”

He said, “That’s true. So how will our arrival be when we go back to Allah?”
He said, “As for the righteous good-doer, then he will be like the absent one returning to his family, and as for the wicked, then he will be like the runaway slave being brought back to his master.”

Sulayman then wept and said, “Alas, what do we have with Allah then, O Abu Hazim?”
He said, “Present yourself to the Book of Allah `azza wa jall, and you will know what you have with Him.”

He said, “O Abu Hazim! How can I get that?”
He said, “At the point of His Words: “And indeed, the wicked will be in Hellfire.” [al-Infitar: 14]

He said, “So where is the Mercy of Allah?”
He said, “…Near to the good-doers.” [al-A’raf: 56]

Sulayman said, “What do you say about our affairs (as rulers)?”
He said, “Pardon me from answering this.”

He said, “Even words of advice that you can give?”
Abu Hazim said, “There are some people who took hold of this matter (authority/government) forcefully without consulting the Muslims or gathering their opinions. So they shed therein much blood because of their pursuit of the Dunya (world), and then they left this world. God knows what they will say and what will be said to them.”

A message to every Youth !

Photo
“The book ‘al-Fawā’id’ is from the best of Ibn al-Qayyim’s books. It was written as if he is a man who is eighty years of age, sitting and talking about his experiences in life. And they are, as he titled them, ‘al-Fawā’id’ (points of benefit). Everything that Ibn al-Qayyim has written is from the best of what was written for Islām. In truth, Ibn al-Qayyim is a ripened fruit that sprouted from Ibn Taymiyyah. Ibn Taymiyyah is distinguished for his vast understanding and knowledge, and he spent a great part of his life as a Mujāhid between one battle and another. One time, he led a battle himself, when the rulers of Shām sat back from confronting the Tatars, and said: “We are unable to confront them.” So, Ibn Taymiyyah said: “We will confront them,” and Allāh gave them victory.

I say: Ibn Taymiyyah sprouted an inhuman, ripened fruit, and that fruit was Ibn al-Qayyim. Ibn al-Qayyim is distinguished with his depth of soul, and constant worship. One time, he passed through Makkah, and the people of Makkah were amazed at the amount of worship he would engage in, and his constant preoccupation with the remembrance of Allāh.

From the books that he wrote are ‘al-Fawā’id,’ and he also wrote books dealing with tarbiyah, such as ‘Madārij as-Sālikīn Sharh Manāzil as-Sā’irīn ilā Rabb al-‘Ālamīn,’ and the book ‘I’lām al-Muwaqqi’īn ‘an Rabb al-‘Ālamīn’ – and it is a book combining the subjects of Fiqh and Usūl – as well as the book ‘Zād al-Ma’ād fī Sīrat Khayr al-‘Ibād,’ regarding his (saws) prayer, fasting, pilgrimage, battles, medical practices, etc., as well the book ‘ar-Rūh,’ and ‘Badā’i’ al-Fawā’id,’ and ‘al-Jawāb al-Kāfī fī as-Su’āl ‘an ad-Dawā’ ash-Shāfī.’

Anyway, in his book ‘al-Fawā’id,’ he said:
“There are ten useless matters that cannot be benefited from:

Ruling on Martyrdom Operations...

Photo

For Educational purpose only and to raise Intellectual and Political awareness!

Question: You know what is happening to the Palestinians at this time from the crimes of the Jews and the humiliating Arab silence. So is there, in the suicide operations against the Jews, any opposition from the Shari’ah?

Answer: In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful.

The pestering Jews are the gatherers of all the shameful defects and the collectors of the aggravations and the evils and they are the harshest enemies of Allah against Al-Islam and its people. He, the Most High said: “Verily, you will find the strongest among men in enmity to the believers (Muslims) the Jews and those who are Al- Mushrikun.” [al-Ma’idah:82]

And Allah has made compulsory the fighting against them and making Jihad against them so that the Word of Allah is the highest and the word of those who disbelieve is the lowest. Yet all this is when the enemies of Allah remain within their states and do not break their contracts and covenants and do not seize the wealth of the Muslims and overtake their states.

He, the Most High said: “Fight against those who believe not in Allah, nor in the Last Day, nor forbid that which has been forbidden by Allah and His Messenger and those who acknowledge not the religion of truth [i.e. Islam] among the people of the Scripture [Jews and Christians], until they pay the Jizyah with willing submission, and feel themselves subdued.” [at-Taubah:29]

No solution except with Tawheed and Hadeed !

Photo
For Educational purpose only and to raise Intellectual and Political awareness!

Yes, there is no solution except with Tawheed and Hadeed (iron). So Islam, o worshippers of Allah, is a Book that leads and a sword that is sharp. Like the Lord of the worshippers said:
“We have already sent Our Messengers with clear evidences and sent down with them the Scripture and the balance that the people may maintain (their affairs) in justice.” [57:25]

 And that is not all.
“And We sent down iron, wherein is great military might.” [57:25]

Like there is in the Qur’an a Surah with the name al-Qalam (pen), there is a Surah in the Qur’an with the name al-Hadeed (iron) as well. So this is the strong Manhaj, and the Siraat al-Mustaqeem (straight path) that was walked on by the Prophet (saws) who is kareem (noble). And it is described in the previous Books, the Torah and Injeel, like it is mentioned by Imaam Ibn Rajab al-Hanbali: “He is sent with in his hand an educating iron stick.” Meaning the sword. And like it is mentioned by Shaykhul-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah, Imaam Ibnul-Qayyim and adh-Dhahabi, that in the Torah the name of the Prophet (saws) is: ‘Ad-Dahuk al-Qattal” (The smiling killer). And it is narrated, but I couldn’t find a chain of narration, from the Prophet (saws) said: “I am the smiling killer.” Ibn Katheer said: “This means that he smiles with his allies, and kills his enemies.” And al-Qattaal (in Arabic) means: "Something that indicates that there is a lot of slain."

The Prophet (saws), as you all know, there is a Surah with the name of al-Qitaal (fighting), and this Surah is, Surah Muhammad (saws). So al-Qitaal (fighting) goes hand in hand with the name of the Prophet (saws) and it can not be separated. That is why Imaam Ahmad has narrated, and this was declared Hasan by al-Hafidh al-’Iraqi, and Shaykhul-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah declared it correct, and the Scholars Ahmad Shakir and Shaykh al-Albani declared it Saheeh; narrated ‘Abdullah Ibn ‘Umar that the Messenger of Allah (saws) said: “I was sent before the Hour.” What did he say? With what was he (saws) sent? Did he say: “With peace?” Did he say: “With the wings of a pigeon?”

The REAL MUSLIM In A COMMUNITY !

Photo

The Muslim community is based on sincerity, purity of human feelings and fulfillment of rights and needs to every member.

The Muslim has a mission in life. Within the community he calls the people to Islam with good preaching and the best character. He commands the good and forbids the evil, he teaches from what he learns and deals with those whom he comes in contact with based on Islamic values and morals. All this is done seeking the pleasure of Allah while striving to attain the reward of His Paradise.

Wherever the Muslim is, he should be a beacon of guidance and a positive source of correction and education, through both his words and deeds.

The true Muslim has a refined social personality of the highest degree, which qualifies him to undertake his duty of calling others to Islam. He demonstrates the true values of his religion and the practical application of those values by attaining beautiful Islamic attributes. His distinct social character represents a huge store of Islamic values, which can be seen by the way in which he interacts with the people around him.

The Muslim, as Islam meant him to be, is a unique and remarkable person in his attitude, conduct and relationships with others at all levels. He treats them well by being friendly with them, humble, gentle of speech. He tries to follow the example of the Prophet (saws) as he was the best of people in his attitude towards others. He (saws) said: “Nothing will weigh more heavily in the Balance of the believing slave on the Day of Resurrection than a good attitude towards others.”  [At-Tirmidhi]
