The Namlah (Ants) are better than the Ulema who are the security protocol of the Governments today.
Allah (swt) says,
“Verily in the animals are many lessons for you to learn.” [An Nahl: 66]
The Bedouins became very shrewd through learning from the animals their character and Allah (swt) says,
“Indeed in their stories, there is a lesson for men of understanding.
It (the Quran) is not a forged statement but a confirmation of the
Allah's existing Books [the Taurat (Torah), the Injeel (Gospel) and
other Scriptures of Allah] and a detailed explanation of everything and a
guide and a Mercy for the people who believe.” [12:111]
Allah (swt) revealed to us about the ant, Al Naml (the ants) is the plural for Namlah (ant), Allah (swt) informed us,
“When the army of
Sulayman reached the valley of the ants, an ant said, “O ants enter your
houses, Sulayman and his army could destroy you without to realise.”
[Naml: 18]
What are the lessons we can benefit from the Ants?
Allah informed us about the valley of the ants, how there were many
ants living in that particular valley and when one ant realised a danger
coming to her ummah, she cared and was concerned for her ummah, she
worried and gave warning to her people.
She felt the
responsibility and she fulfilled her role, before the danger arrived she
helped her ummah, she did not run away like the coward ameers nowadays
who run away when they face any enemy (e.g. the ameer of Kuwait), she
did not leave her people to hide nor did she seek help from the enemy
like the Munafiqeen; rather she said, ‘o my people’ and she warned them
from being destroyed by Sulayman unintentionally.
This reaction
of the ant was so strong, before any danger arrived she warned her ummah
and saved them all from danger; in fact that danger was much smaller
than the danger we face nowadays from the kuffar and yet hardly anybody
from the Muslim Ummah has done even the smallest efforts like this ant
to support their ummah.
Allah (swt) honoured this ant and
ordered us to take from them lessons and if we are honest with ourselves
we will see that we are not suited for our role anymore, rather the
ummah is so busy with our jobs and businesses to bother to support our
Ummah.
Moreover Allah in this ayah, referred to the ant as ‘namla’, He (swt) used the non definite form, indicating how this ant who was so concerned and responsible was not the queen or the important figure among the ants, rather it was an ordinary ant from among her ummah who rose for them. The prophet Muhammad Ibn ‘Abdillāh (saws), the Imām of the Muwahhidīn said,
“Whoever wakes up and goes to bed without to be concerned about the affairs of the Muslims is not one of us.”
Moreover, we learn how this ant spoke with adab about Sulayman (as),
she did not say that Sulayman will kill or massacre, she said only that
‘he may destroy you without to know.’ She did not dispraise Sulayman,
she only judged the apparent and never claimed to know the intention of
Sulayman. Allah (swt) says,
“… Without to know.”
Usually when people see an army coming, they will assume or accuse them
of seeking the authority, seeking the money or some hidden intention;
in fact, many people even want to make analysis and question the
intention of even the sincere people of Da’wah. But this ant did not
judge the hidden intention, only the apparent, she conveyed the message
politely and accurately without to exaggerate, she was from the
muwahhideen, she did not allow anyone to misunderstand or distort her
message.
Allah (swt) informed us about the attributes of the
ants, one of the attributes of the ant is to be extremely patient.
Nobody could doubt the patience of the ants, even their homes are so
detailed and inevitably take much hard work and skill to build, some of
which are so big and strong and so complicated, anyone would wander how
they could possibly build them. In fact, to build them takes great
patience and Allah ordered us to learn this patience from them.
In fact the houses of the ants are destroyed 60 or more times while they
are built before completion, yet they always persevere and are always
patient.
We see how if they find food, no matter how difficult a
journey, no matter how difficult to reach, they always persevere until
they reach it, the prophet (saws) said,
“Allah loves the servant who when he does something he perfects it.”
We learn from the ants this perseverance, if we give da’wah, however
much the people reject us, however much they attack us we should
persevere and return back and continue calling for the sake of Allah (swt).
Taymoor link (of the mamluks), he retreated to the mountains and there
saw an ant climbing a flat surface, she would climb and fall and then
climb again and fall again, he counted 17 times that she did so, on the
18th time she succeeded and reached the top. He said,
“Dare me,
from the first defeat we run away from the enemy, if only we took the
lesson from the ant.” And he returned and fought again.
Another lesson we can learn from the ants, is that they always speak the truth and they never lie. Abdullah ibn Umar said,
“The Muslim is like the ant and the ant never lies.”
Ibn Qayyim in his book muftah dar ul sa’aada, narrated,
“Let me tell you an ‘ajeeb story about the ant, a man brought a sweet
and put it in a place, one ant came and because they are not selfish,
she returned to her people and told them about it, when they all came
the man picked up the sweet, the ants left and the first ant looked for
it. He put it back down and she saw it, she returned to her people and
they came and the man picked up the sweet, they left, on the third time
the ants killed the first ant.”
Another attribute of the ants is
that they are not selfish, they always favour their Muslim brother, and
they always speak the truth and never lie, that is why when they felt
that the ant lied, they destroyed her.
The Muslims should take
lesson, we should never accept any of these tawagheet to rule by all the
kufr and continue and increase their kufr, we should not make excuses
for them, we should not give them any chances we should have spoke
against them from the first kufr Bawah.
Moreover, as we mentioned the ant is not selfish, they always favour
each other and co-operate with each other in the good deeds. Whenever
you see them you find that they always work together, it is very rare to
find one alone without many ants with them. You see them in a very
beautiful atmosphere and if one of them is injured, they will all gather
around to help her.
The so called Muslim Duaat and Ulema today
when they have seen their brothers and real Ulema being killed such as
recently in Saudi,instead to help them, they came out and called them
the Dogs of Jahanum!
Allāh (swt) says,
“Co-operate in the birr and taqwa and do not co-operate in the bad deeds” [5:2]
The ants fulfil this Ayah, they gather together and build their houses
collectively, they co-operate and carry even large food long distances
together in jama’ah.
Moreover the ants love to sacrifice
themselves, many of them will sacrifice their own lives for the others
to live, Ibn Abbas said, “The ant sacrifices her life for the sake of her people.”
Whenever the ants travel and they come across water, they gather
together until they can make a bridge from their bodies over the water,
the others will walk over their bodies and many of them will drown in
the process just to help her Ummah.
The ants are also very
organized, they are not in anarchy, they work from the morning till the
evening and in the night-time they will sleep and no one of them will
leave unnecessarily. Allah (swt) says,
“We made for you the night to sleep and the day to work”
They build their homes with discipline and organised, Ibn Mas’oud said,
“In house of the ants there are many rooms, Sulayman narrated, “the
ants have rooms for their guests, rooms for the storage of the food,
rooms for the ill …”
Moreover, we can learn from the ants even
the direction for the Salah, the ants always build tunnels closed to the
east and open towards the west.
The
messenger Muhammad Ibn ‘Abdillāh (saws), the Imām of the Muwahhidīn
described the
ants as a kingdom that has a queen, soldiers, workers and they never
attack each other, they are a strong brotherhood, the Prophet Muhammad
Ibn ‘Abdillāh (saws), the Imām of the Muwahhidīn said,
“Do not be after me kafir fighting each other, all of a Muslim to another Muslim is Haram.”
The Queen has a role to lay the eggs and her assistants looks after her
home and conveys her messages to the rest of the armies. The ants never
attack each other but they will attach and defend against any foreign
enemy, they have no nationalism or partisanship, the black and red ants
do not fight each other but they will only stand to the white ants which
are very dangerous to all.
Todays so called ''Scholars'' of the
Sultan do no have any of these characteristics and are stooges and tools
for the enforcement of the agenda of the War against Islam , even if
they called themselves them the biggest superhero of Dawah, or the
Greatest Ustadh in the West, etc etc, titles do not mean anything rather
we judge by the apparent.
We need real Brotherhood, not just
theory but practically, we need to serve the ties of any kufr or shirk
or any culture which will contradict Islam and follow the method of the
Messenger Muhammad Ibn ‘Abdillāh (saws), the Imām of the
Muwahhidīn and the Understanding of Ahl' us Sunn'āh wāl Jāmm'āh. Only
then We will see success in this life and the hereafter, Inshā’Allāh.
