What the CIA Did to Its Detainees (Muslim Aseer) ...!

From 2002 to 2007, at least 39 people were subjected to what the CIA called “enhanced interrogation techniques,” which have been widely criticized as torture.

In July 2002, Attorney General John Ashcroft verbally approved the use of 11 so-called “EITs”: attention grasp, walling, the facial hold, the facial slap, cramped confinement, wall standing, stress positions, sleep deprivation, the use of diapers, use of insects, and waterboarding. Later other techniques, such as water dousing, were added.

CIA interrogators didn’t always stick to the approved techniques, though — and in December 2014 a Senate investigation concluded that the agency’s interrogations were ineffective, detrimental to national security. The CIA has defended the program.

We still don’t know everything that was done to the 39 men subjected to the EITs. The chart below, which is largely based on the Senate report, lays out what we do know. Detainees are listed based upon days spent in detention.

This past week, we witnessed a horrifyingly sad display of international indifference toward hundreds of people stranded aboard rickety boats. Photographs circulating in the world press show these unfortunate people pleading for mercy and tears rolling down their cheeks. Struggling with starvation aboard makeshift boats, these poor souls weren’t allowed entry to various countries and turned away to meet their inevitable fate out in the ocean.

One wonders what could be the reason behind this callous attitude. How could the world become so indifferent to the plight of others? What could possibly be the cause of this frosty behavior? How could the humanity stoop to this level of cruelty?

While some people went to work as usual, some attended feasts, some welcomed their guests for dinner and some spent hours on various social media platforms, in a far corner of the same world, a group of refugees on makeshift boats belonging to human traffickers were left to rot, out in the ocean.

The Royal Madhab !!!

https://i.pinimg.com/originals/2c/2a/a8/2c2aa88a7dac49129cb86ba1566aab92.jpg
Unfortunately in current day, a new Madhab has formed known as the ‘tongue of the rulers [or ‘The Royal Madhab’]’ this Madhab has many scholars and many who blindly follow them.  Their sole purpose is to justify the existence of the Taghut rulers in the land of the Muslims.  These scholars have many names and flamboyant titles.  These corrupt and hypnotizing scholars use beatified language to deceive the masses.

The corrupt scholars have justified many evil acts committed by the Taghut regimes in the Muslim lands, for example:

§  Forbidding Muslims from uprising against the ruler who committed Kufr Akbar by legalizing what Allah prohibited,

§  Issuing fatwa allowing people to vote in the Kufr democratic elections to bring temporary benefit,

§  They declared those who fight to defend the Muslim land’s against occupiers as Khawarij,

§  The implementation of man-made law by the Taghut rulers,

§  Allowing American bases in the land of the two holy Masajid,

§  Supporting the Kuffar against the Muslimeen,

§  Providing covenant to the Harbi Kaffireen,

§  Arbitrating to Kufr constitutions i.e. UN.

The evil acts committed by this Madhab are far worse and dangerous than those that follow exclusively the Madhahibs of old.  The scholars of this modern day Madhab are more dangerous than the Jews and Christians, because unlike the Jews and Christians who are known by all as enemies, the scholars of the Taghut rulers are hidden enemies, they are shayateen with the mask of Muwahideen.

- Mak Chishty said children have branded it 'haram' - forbidden by Allah
- Children refusing to shop at Marks & Spencer, mistakenly perceived to be Jewish owned, could be early sign of radicalisation, said Mr Chishty

Muslim children as young as five have become so indoctrinated by Islamist propaganda they believe Christmas is sinful, Britain’s most senior Muslim police officer warned yesterday.

Scotland Yard commander Mak Chishty said children had voiced opposition to marking the festive holiday – branding it ‘haram’, which means forbidden by their god Allah.

He said that parents need to address ‘all the ugly bit of the problem’, and ask how children had come to that view.

Mr Chishty also warned of a need for parents to spot early signs of radicalisation, which could include their sons and daughters refusing to shop in certain places, such as Marks & Spencer.

The Key to Paradise...

http://i.ytimg.com/vi/7y-7O_JvxGg/maxresdefault.jpg
Verily the testimony of faith is the greatest and the weightiest of deeds that one can profess. Without it, one can never hope to unlock the eternal gates which guard the beautiful gardens, which Allah has promised and reserved for the believers.

Whosoever obeys Allah and His Messenger (Muhammad (pbuh) will be admitted to Gardens under which rivers flow (in Paradise), to abide therein, and that will be the great success.” [4:13]

Verily the kalimah is the key to jannah, however like all keys we find that our shahadah also has a number of teeth which fit the grooves of the gated lock of paradise.

A man once came to Wahhab bin Munab’ih (tabieen and one of the advisors in the court of Umar) and said “isn’t the statement of lah ilaha ilallah the key to paradise?” Wahhab bin Munab’ih replied “Indeed it is the key to paradise and every key has ridges to open the right lock.”

Also Hasan Al-Basri asked a man “What have you prepared for death?” the man replied “the testification that none has the right to be worshipped but Allah” and Hasan Al-Basri said “that has some conditions to it.”

These teeth are known as the conditions of the shahadah and below are the conditions of the shahadah so that we may know and familiarise ourselves with these condition so we fulfil the criteria of those believers who will enter paradise.

Condition 1:  Al-Ilm - Knowledge

“So know that Laa ilaaha ill-Allah (none has the right to be worshipped but Allah)…”(Muhammad, 47: 19)

This verse is a decisive request to have knowledge about Allah. One can not believe in Allah if he does not know what he/she should believe in. We are obliged to study, learn and know about Allah; His names and attributes, functions and actions; what He likes and dislikes, loves and hates.

Condition 2: Al-Yaqeen - Certainty

SHA'BAAN

https://i.pinimg.com/originals/7e/96/42/7e96422b785f366a91b1a67a74dbdc43.jpg

The Islamic lunar calendar comprises of twelve months. Each month of the Islamic calendar has its religious as well as historical significance, however, there are a few months that hold a superior stature compared to other months and because of this they are given more value and respect by the Muslims. One of such months is the month of Sha'baan.

In Islamic calendar, Sha'baan is the eighth month which precedes the Holy month of Ramadaan. It is one of the most revered months for Muslims and Muslims all over the world give value to this month and have special affiliation with it. Literally, the word Sha'baan means branch. It can be said that Sha'baan branches off and leads to other good things. Sha'baan acts as a connection between the two blessed and sacred months of Rajab and Ramadaan. Despite this, the importance of Sha'baan is often neglected and ignored. The lines below discuss the element of fasting in the month of Sha'baan under the light of different Ahadith of Prophet Muhammad (saws).

Fasting in Sha'baan

One of the major acts that Muslims across the world do in the month of Sha'baan is fasting. Although Ramadaan is the Holy month in which fasting is mandatory upon every Muslim, however, Muslims also fast in different days of Sha'baan to fulfill the Sunnah of Holy Prophet Muhammad (saws).

On the Obligation to Accept the Authority of the Prophet (saws)

https://khidramari.files.wordpress.com/2013/06/obey-allah-and-his-messenger.jpg

By: Imam Ash-Shaafi`ee

Allah's Command Ordering Obedience to the Apostle Is Both Associated with Obedience to Him and Ordered Independently.

88. [Shafi`i said]: Allah said:
When Allah and His Apostle have decreed a matter, it is not for a believing man or a woman to exercise a choice in a matter affecting him; whoever opposes Allah and His Apostle has deviated into manifest error [Q. XXXIII, 36].
And He said:
O you who believe, obey Allah and obey the Apostle and those in authority among you. If you should quarrel about anything, refer it to Allah and the Apostle, if you believe in Allah and the Last Day. That is better and fairer in the issue [Q. IV, 62].
Some scholars have held that " those in authority " [means] the commanders of the Apostle's army. That is what more than one commentator has told us. But Allah knows best [Tabari adds that it may mean the leaders in matters of religion and law. See Tabari, Tafsir, Vol. VIII, pp. 495-504; Baydawi, p. 115.].
This is in accord with what [Allah] said, for the Arabs who had been around Makkah knew nothing about command, and [the idea of] some submitting to the command of others was repugnant to them.
When, however, they submitted to [the authority of] the Apostle, they did not think that [such an authority] was fit to reside in any hands other than the Apostle's.
So they were commanded to obey "those in authority"- the ones whom the Apostle appointed, with conditional but not absolute obedience, concerning their rights and duties. However, [Allah] said: " If you should quarrel about anything, refer it to Allah," that is, in the event of disagreement.

How you can help spread the message of Islam (a practical guide)...

http://www.cdkglobaldigitalmarketing.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/08/dealership-social-media-300x255.png
Allah says in the Qur'aan:
"And who is better in speech than he who invites (men) to Allah (at-Tawheed and ash-Sharee'ah), and does righteous deeds? And says: 'I am one of the Muslims'." (Fussilat, 41: 33)

Allah asks us in this verse, "…who is better in speech than he who invites (people) to (the worship of) Allah…?" Da'wah (propagating Islam) is a duty upon every single Muslim wherever you are, whether you are in the West or in the East; whether you are male or female, young or old, single or married. It is a duty that is highly praised by Allah and the Messenger Muhammad (pbuh), and in fact, it is a duty known from Islaam by necessity. Any person who leaves it is in great loss, and anyone who deliberately neglects it has left the Deen of Islam.

Da'wah is not something permissible, nor is it recommended. Da'wah is fard (an obligation); which means we do not have a choice over whether or not we should carry it and how much time we should spend propagating Islam. It is something that the Sahaabah and their teacher Rasool-Allah (pbuh) gave their lives up for – to call people to worship their Lord and submit to the Sharee'ah. Even in the midst of the battlefield, the Kuffaar were always offered to embrace Islam before their necks were struck by the swords of Tawheed.

However, nowadays the da'wah has completely died as we no longer sacrifice our lives for the sake of Allah's deen to prevail. People are spending more time working, sleeping and socializing, rather than prioritizing with the Deen of Islam. This da'wah that we are speaking about is a form of verbal Jihad, and Jihad nowadays has become fard upon every single Muslim. Allah says:
"And what is wrong with you that you fight not in the cause of Allah, and for those weak, ill-treated and oppressed among men, women, and children, whose cry is: "Our Lord! Rescue us from this town whose people are oppressors; and raise for us from you one who will protect, and raise for us from you one who will help."" (an-Nisaa, 4: 75)

On the Day of Judgement, every single one of these oppressed women and children in Falloojah, Baghdad, Afghanistan, Palestine and all over the world, will be a witness against those who sat and did nothing. Those that had knowledge but remained silent, those who had tongues but did not speak, those who were healthy but did not use their health and those who had strength but did not use it. By Allah, they will all be accounted and their Lord will ask them about what they did to help the Muslims who were suffering under the evil hands of the Kuffaar.

Virtues of Surah al-Baqarah

http://1000gooddeeds.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/10/Learn-Ayatul-Kursi.jpg

The Authentic Ahadith:

1) On the Authority of Abu Hurayrah, the Messenger of Allah (saws) said: “Do not turn your homes into graves, Indeed the Shaytaan flees from a house that Suratul Baqarah is read in.” [Collected by Muslim]

2) On the Authority of bu Mas’ood, the Prophet of Allah (saws) said: “The last two Ayaat of Suratul Baqarah will suffice whoever reads them in a night.” [Collected by al-Bukhari. T.N. Starting from Aman ar Rasool… it doesn’t mean the last two Ayaat literally as explained by ibn Hajar and others]

3) On the authority of Abu Umaamah, the Messenger of Allah (saws) said: “Whoever reads Ayatul Kursi after every obligatory prayer, nothing will prevent this person from entering Jannah except death.” [Collected by an-Nasa'ie and declared authentic by ibn Hibbaan and al-Albaani in Saheeh al-Jaami’ as Sagheer #6464]

4) On the authority of an Nu’maan ibn Basheer, the Prophet (saws) said: Indeed Allaah had written a book before He created the heavens and earth by two thousand years. He revealed two verses from it that with which He concluded Suratul Baqarah. Shaytaan will not draw close to a house in which they are read for three nights.” [Collected by at-Tirmidhi and authenticated by al-Albaani in Saheeh al-Jaami’ as Sagheer #1799]

5) On the Authority of ‘Uqbah ibn ‘Aamir: “Read these last two Ayaat of Suratul Baqarah, for indeed my Lord has given them to me from underneath the Throne.” [Collected by al-Imaam Ahmad and at-Tabaraani. Declared authentic by al-Albaani in Saheeh al Jaami’ #1172]

6) On the authority of Abu Umaamah al Baahilee: “Allah’s greatest name – with which if He were called by, He would respond – is in three Ayaat in al Baqarah, Aal ‘Imraan and Taha.” [Declared authentic by al-Albaani: Refer to Saheeh al-Jaami’ #979, al Jaami’ as-Sahgeer: 1/99]

Umm Shareek Doosia (ra)

Umm Shareek Doosia was a very well known Dai’iyah (caller to Islam) in the Makkan Period.

Even though she was such a notable Sahabiyah of the time, little is known about her. Her family originated from a tribe known as Doos of Yemen. However she moved to Makkah and was there when the revelation came to the beloved Messenger Muhamad (saws). Umm Shareek embraced Islam whole heartedly.

According to Ibn Saad, when she embraced Islam, Umm Shareek’s Mushrik (polytheist) relatives made her stand in the sun and fed her only bread and honey, which if eaten, creates great thirst. Then she was denied water and made to suffer in the heat. After three days, Umm Shareek’s relatives asked her to leave the new Deen that she had accepted but she was so dehydrated that she was unable to understand exactly what was being said to her. All she could understand was that they kept pointing to the sky, from which she was concluded that her family were demanding that she reject Tawheed (belief in Allah exclusively). So She said, “By Allah, I will remain Muslim for the rest of my life.” She would regularly stand up openly and publicly call the women of the Quraysh to Islam.

Sunan an Nisaa’i states that she was very wealthy yet she was generous at the same time.

She used to feed many people and anyone who came to visit the Messenger Muhammad (saws) from outside the city would stay in her house as a guest.

In Sahih Muslim it is indicated that during her time in Makkah, she used to look after and help many new Muslims in the struggle they faced from society.

Outdated Religious Laws must be Changed !!!

Outdated religious laws must be changed, UAE forum hears
La hawla wala quwwata Illah billah!!! How much more kuffr can these people do?!? These so-called 'Ulema"! Inna Lillahi wa inna ilaihi raji'un !!! Reminder ya Muslimeen, be-careful whom you take your Deen from!

ABU DHABI // Calls for renewal of religion, reassessment of outdated religious laws and orders, and putting an end to excommunication, were made by leading Muslim scholars at the second forum for Promoting Peace in Muslim Societies.

Reviving Fiqh, Islamic science, is no longer an option, but rather a “life buoy” to stop indiscriminate applications of past-time fatwas or excommunication by extremist groups, said the grand imam of Al Azhar.

“Renewal is fundamental in the Islamic religion, which is based on constantly linking between religious texts, the purpose of these texts and the current living reality,” said Sheikh Abdullah bin Bayyah, president of the forum.
“There are calls to renew religion and religious speech and a religious revolution, as the Prophet’s companion, Ibn Masoud, said: ‘One who wants religion shall revolutionise the Quran’.”

He said that commands in religious revelations should be taken in context and they should be viewed based on the general principle and universal purpose of their implication.

He called for reviewing the fundamentals of Islamic science, as many rulings are no longer applicable in modern society.

“So people take the revelation and think it is universally applicable in every time and place,” added Sheikh Hamza Youssef, a renowned Muslim personality and president of Zaytuna College.

The Aqeedah of Ahlus-Sunnah wal-Jama'ah

https://feehas.files.wordpress.com/2012/05/ahlussunnah-2.jpeg
1. Everything which is in accord with the Book and the Authentic Sunnah is accepted by them and everything which is in opposition to it is treated as false by them.

The first thing which distinguishes the Ahl us-Sunnah wal- Jama'ah from all those besides them is the methodology with which they acquire their sciences (of the Deen) and the source of the Truth from which they derive their beliefs, concepts, actions of worship, dealings (with the people), their mode of conduct and their manners. The source of Knowledge and Truth in all the various branches of knowledge with the Ahl us-Sunnah is the Book of Allah and the Sunnah of His Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him). No words other than the words of Allah come first and no guidance other that the guidance of the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) comes first.

2. There is no one who is free from making mistakes (in the Deen) except the Messenger of Allah.

The Ahl us-Sunnah do not regard anyone as being safe from error as regards the Deen except the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him). The scholars are not free from making mistakes but rather the words of everyone can either be accepted or rejected except those of the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him). Therefore the words and statements of the scholars of the Ahl us-Sunnah by necessity follow or are in accordance with the Sunnah of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and do not precede or go ahead of it.

3. The Ijma' (consensus) of the Salaf us-Salih (Pious Predecessors) is regarded as a Shari'ah proof which is necessary to hold on to for those who come after them.

Lessons from the Dua'a of Prophet Ibrahim...

https://s-media-cache-ak0.pinimg.com/236x/d9/a5/db/d9a5db5a3002f11e43c078dd8eea5559.jpg
"Everyone is going to taste death, and We shall make a trial of you with evil and with good, and to Us you will be returned." [Al-Anbiya 21:35]
In this Ayah, Allah uses the word “nablukum” (نبلوكم). This is a present-tense (mudaari’) form of the word “balaa.” From the grammar itself, scholars note, this means that Allah says that he will test you again and again and again, continuously.
Not only that, Allah also mentions good (khayr) and evil (sharr) are both tests. It won’t be always bad things in sequence like illness, loss of job, separated from a beloved, etc. but it will also be a test with goodness to see if we are thankful.

Who does Allah test the most? Rasulullah (saws) says:
Sa`d bin Abu Waqqas, said: “I said: “O Messenger of Allah, which people are most severely tested?” He said: “The Prophets, then the next best and the next best. A person is tested according to his religious commitment.” [Sunan Ibn Majah]

Later in Surah Baqarah, Allah mentions about Prophet Ibrahim:
وَ‌إِ‌ذْ‌ ‌ابْ‍‍تَلَ‍‍ى‌ ‌إِبْ‍‍‍رَ‌اه‍‍ِ‍ي‍‍مَ ‌‍رَبُّه ُ‌ بِكَلِم‍‍َ‍ات‌‍ٍ‌ فَأَتَ‍‍مَّ‍‍هُ‍‍نّ
"And (remember) when the Lord of Ibrāhim (Abraham) [i.e., Allāh] tried him with (certain) Commands, which he fulfilled...' [Al-Baqarah 2:124]
In this Ayah, Allah mentions that he ibtilaa Ibrahim (as). Ibtilaa is an even more difficult, intense form of balaa. Allah also says, “fa atamma hunn.” This means that Ibrahim (as) aced all his tests and scored 100%. He showed the perfect responses and did exactly what he needed to do. This makes him an ideal model to learn from and emulate.

Modesty is a Part of Faith!

http://themuslimgirl.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/05/modesty1.jpg

It was related on the authority of Abu Mas'ud Al-Badri that: "The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said: "One of the admonitions of the previous prophets which has been conveyed to people is that if you have no shame, you can do whatever you wish." [Al-Bukhari]

Explanation of the Hadith:

The saying of the Messenger (
pbuh
): "If you feel no shame, you can do whatever you wish" is in the command form, and can be looked at from two angles, each conveying a distinct meaning:

(1) The first is that it is a form of threat and a challenge thrown down against those who engage in inappropriate behavior. Such people have no shame in front of Allah and therefore, no matter what course they take, it would not make any real difference. In this case, it would be as if the Hadith is stating: "If you do not feel any shame from doing these prohibited acts, then do whatever you wish" Modesty is the quality that prevents one from immodest behavior, and the lack of it will only cause one to increase in distancing himself from Allah and make him indifferent to creed or deed.

(2) The second meaning pertains to doing that which is lawful. That is, if the action that one is about to do is not within the category of the unlawful, and we are not ashamed of doing the act in front of Allah or the people, then we are free to do it. However, if we are ashamed to do it, then we should not. The Hadith gives a measuring stick by which we can evaluate actions, both privately and publicly.

Thus, the first explanation relates to a lack of consciousness regarding Allah and the second is regarding the opposite, which is to be conscious of Allah and of His watching over a person and his actions. The former explanation relates to an unbridled Nafs (base desires and lower self), whereas the latter implies observance of due constraint over it, so that it does not embark on the road to destruction.

Modesty is of two types:

Avoiding ways to become a Disbeliever !!!

Know that the only Deen (religion/way of life) that is accepted by Allah is Islam. It is the key to Paradise and protection from the blazing fires of Hell. Success lies in the adherence of the ordainments of Allah and failure is by neglecting the warnings.

The means of entering Islam are widely known amongst the vast populace, but few are acquainted with the manner in which a person abandons or expelled from Islam. Not learning the acts that cancels Islam will help Shaytaan in achieving his ultimate goal, and that is to make you a disbeliever! There are many means by which a Muslim can be expelled from the camp of Islam; however they have been summarized in to ten. If you are serious about protecting yourself from the evils of apostasy then learn these ten types and stay away from them and those that call to them:

1) Associating partners with Allah in matters of worship, obedience or submission. This act is known as Shirk. Shirk is the greatest crime any person can commit, it is worse than murder. Shirk may manifest in many forms and can happen in belief, statements or actions. It is the crime that will never be forgiven if one dies while committing Shirk.
Allah said, "Verily, Allah forgives not (the sin of) setting up partners in worship with Him, but He forgives whom He pleases other sins than that." [4: 116]
And, "Verily, whosoever sets up partners in worship with Allah, then Allah has forbidden Paradise for him, and the Fire will be his abode. And for the wrongdoers, there are no helpers." [5: 72]

2) Setting another as an intermediary between you and Allah. This is established by seeking intercession, help, support, reliance upon person on a matter that only Allah can resolve. For example, asking the dead or a alive person to protect you, save you, admit you into paradise etc. Whosoever partakes in this act is an apostate (a person that is expelled from Islam).

Kashmiri prisoners treated as ‘animals’ !!!

Tamil Nadu Special Police (TSP) have reportedly let loose a reign of terror in India’s Tihar Jail. Kashmiri prisoners there have been facing relentless atrocities. In an open letter to his family from Tihar Jail, a Kashmiri inmate Muzaffar Ahmed Dar of Chichilora Tangmarag in North Kashmir’s Baramulla district has narrated detailed ordeal about Kashmiri prisoners in the jail.

A copy of the letter with CNS reveals that criminals, rapists, dacoits of other states lodged in the jail avail all kinds of facilities while Kashmiri inmates shut up in the jail for alleged anti-India activities are not only harassed but also given a cruel treatment.

Dar who was arrested for his alleged affiliation with militant outfit Hizbul Mujhadeen from Sadrabal Hazratbal area of Srinagar city in April 2009 has written that TSP on the directions of Tihar Jail authorities care a fig of law and Jail rules and these men always force Kashmiri prisoners to lick their boots.

“On 8 April 2015, all the Kashmiri prisoners present in High Risk Ward were forcibly separated from one another and shifted to separate narrow and dark cells. The doors of these cells were locked suddenly and opened only after over a week.”

Dar has written that Kashmiri prisoners are being treated like animals in the jail. “The jail authorities charge money from us to read the newspapers every morning but we are not allowed now to go through any news paper. We are not given any facility now, even ailing Kashmiri inmates are not taken to hospitals.”

“On 10 April Tamil Nadu Special Police suddenly raided our cells, ransacked our items including books and seized everything. Even our medicines and utensils were snatched from us. Some of our items were given back to us, after we went on a hunger strike.”
