Another Muslim Aseer Imprisoned And Tortured !!!
"Or you think that you will enter Paradise without such (trials) as came to those who passed away before you? They were afflicted with severe poverty, ailments and were so shaken that even the Messenger and those who had faith with him said, 'When will the Help of Allah come?' Yes! Indeed Allah's help is close!" [al-Baqarah 2:214]
The Prophet (saws) said: "Whoever Allah wants good for him, he puts them to test. He puts them through difficulties. Like a diamond or some metal that has to be burnt and then that which is bad from it is removed so that you have that which is the pure diamond or the pure gold or whatever. Put them to tests, trials and difficulties." [Bukhari and Muslim]
BRUTAL LEBANESE SHIA REGIME'S INHUMANE TREATMENT OF SHEIKH OMAR BAKRI MUHAMMAD!
Yesterday we saw the Lebanese regime, dictated to by the brutal Shia, reach new lows as it emerged that under its instructions Muslim Scholars and activists have been brutally tortured and beaten up, have had all their clothes burnt and are having to attend court hearings in their underwear and barefooted, including the world famous and honourable Sheikh Omar Bakri Muhammad.
Sheikh Omar Bakri is famous in England for inviting the society, including the Queen, to Islam, founding the global movement Al-Muhajiroun, for teaching 1000's of Muslims about their religion and being a reference point for millions of Muslims.
Central African Republic: Muslims Held Captive, Raped!!!
(Nairobi) – At least 42 Muslim Peuhl herders, mostly women and girls, are being held captive by anti-balaka fighters in the Central African Republic and are at risk of sexual violence, Human Rights Watch said today. There are reports that many others may also be held. United Nations peacekeepers and the government should urgently act to free them.
Members of one family Human Rights Watch interviewed on April 13, 2015, described the horrors they endured during 14 months of captivity in Pondo, a village in the southwest. The anti-balaka killed two boys, ages about 6 and 7, and raped three young women and girls, one of whom became ill and died in captivity. Her year-old baby died of malnutrition. The surviving family members were rescued on April 4 and 5.
“Holding civilians captive, killing children, and sexually enslaving women and girls are shocking tactics by these anti-balaka and amount to war crimes,” said Lewis Mudge, Africa researcher at Human Rights Watch. “UN peacekeepers and government officials who have already taken bold steps to free one group of ethnic Peuhl should urgently intervene to free the others and arrest their captors.”
The anti-balaka are an armed group who have killed and targeted thousands of Muslims since 2013. Thirteen surviving members of the family were released on April 4 and 5 following the intervention of local authorities and the UN peacekeeping mission in the country, known as MINUSCA. Human Rights Watch first reported that a group of Peuhl was held captive in Pondo on December 22, 2014, and urged action to free them.
Members of the recently released family, witnesses, and other sources said that dozens of other Peuhl are being held in the southwest, including towns and villages near Pondo. They said about 30 are being held in Lambi, 11 in Ngbaina, and 1 in Betefio. Human Rights Watch has also received information that dozens of Peuhl were being held in Gadzi and others in Gaga, though their circumstances remain unclear. The vast majority are women and girls, some held for over a year. The reports raise a strong possibility that other groups of Peuhl are also being held.
One young woman, about 18 years old, said she had been raped by multiple anti-balaka fighters during her captivity. “I was taken as a wife by the anti-balaka,” she said. “It was against my will, I did not want to accept it. It was not just one man, it was with many different men. They would just take me. They brutalized me and I am now pregnant.”
How Might One Obtain Ikhlaas..?
Adapted from the translator's footnotes to "An Explanation of Riyadh al-Saliheen" by Shaykh Muhammad ibn Salih al-Uthaymeen
Ikhlaas (sincerity) cannot coexist in a heart which [embraces] the love of praise and commendation, [nor] the yearning [to obtain] that which is possessed amongst the people, save in the [manner] that fire and water, or a lizard and fish may coexist.
If your soul informs you to quest for Ikhlaas, turn first towards your yearning and slaughter it with a knife [in a state] of desperation. Then turn [in a state of] asceticism upon praise and commendation, the asceticism of the [one] who loved the Dunya for the sake of the Hereafter. If your quest in the [act] of slaughtering the yearning, and [the acquisition of] asceticism [against] praise and commendation is successful, your [journey] shall be facilitated in your [quest] for Ikhlaas.
If it is mentioned: What may facilitate the [act] of slaughtering the yearning and the [development] of asceticism [against] the praise and commendation?
I say:
The method of facilitating the [act] of slaughtering the yearning: Your definitive knowledge that there is no matter [present] that awakens ones greed for, save the worship of Allah alone, and the Treasures which He alone possesses. For no individual can furnish the slave with [those Treasures] save He.
The method of facilitating the [development] of asceticism [against] praise and commendation: Your knowledge that there is no individual who can [confer] benefit upon or beautify his praise, [nor] inflict damage upon or disgrace his vilification, save Allah alone.
Suppressing religious freedoms: Chinese Imams forced to dance !!!
The imams were also forced to tell children that prayer was harmful for the soul. PHOTO: ONISLAM
XINJIANG: In another
attempt to suppress religious freedoms, China forced imams from its
eastern Muslim majority Xinjiang region to dance in the street and swear
to an oath that they would not teach religion to children.
The imams were also forced to tell children that prayer was harmful for the soul.
The Muslim imams were further forced to brandish the slogan that “our income comes from the CKP [Chinese Communist Party] not from Allah”.
State Chinese news said the imams were gathering in a square in the name of civilization where they were forced to dance and chant out slogans in support of the state.
The slogans included statements glorifying the state over religion such as ‘peace of the country gives peace to the soul’.
Speeches were also given which directed youth to stay away from mosques and that prayer was harmful for their health. They were instead encouraged to dance.
Female teachers were instructed to teach children to stay away from religious education and made to swear an oath that they will keep children away from religion.

Obedience that is Sin!!!
However, if a person is asked to do
something haraam (not kufr), such as to go to a cinema or night club,
then obedience here is a sin, not apostasy, providing they do not
legitimize it.
On a side note, if a person is asked by a
non-Muslim to do something permissible, such as to wear a seatbelt, stop
at a red light or drive on the left side of the road, it is allowed to
do so because these things have already been made permissible by Allah.
However, if a person does so because they believe those in authority
have the right to be obeyed for who they are, this becomes shirk.
Any person that refers to an arbiter who does not settle disputes based on Islamic law is a Mushrik.
People do not claim, take or share the rights of Allah, or His names,
by only one or two means. There are many ways in which a person can
become a false god and steal some of Allah’s names and attributes.
It is not necessary to say what Pharoah said (i.e. “I am your highest
lord”) in order to become a false god or ilaah (false deity). It is enough for one to
arbitrate by kufr laws and discard the Shari’ah of Allah to be
considered a taaghout or ilaah.
There are many
ways in which people today are stealing Allah’s rights and functions. No
doubt, those who do so are Kuffaar, but so are those who
consent and obey them. This is because it is well known in the
Shari’ah, as a principle, that Ar-Ridaa bil-Kufri Kufr (Contentment
with Kufr is Kufr). Thus, those who commit shirk and those who consent
to it are both Disbelievers.
Four Actions Towards Taqwaa
"And march forth in the way (which leads to) forgiveness from your Lord, and for Paradise as wide as are the heavens and the earth, prepared for Al Muttaqoon." (Surah al Imran: 133)
1. BRINGING THE SELF TO ACCOUNT FOR HIS DEEDS
Allah says in the Qur'an,
"O you who believe! Fear Allah and keep your duty to Him. And let every person look to what he has sent forth for the morrow, and fear Allah. Verily, Allah is All-Aware of what you do." (Surah al Hashr :18)
When a Muslim takes account of his own deeds he is able to realize his mistakes and correct them. Those who do not engage in accounting their own deeds, only condemn themselves in front of Allah. Allah said in the Qur'an,
"So, by your Lord (O Muhammad) We shall certainly call all of them to account. For all that they used to do." (Surah al Hijr:92-93)
Ibn Qayyim rahimu Allah said "Condemning oneself is a practice of the truthful. A servant draws closer to Allah in a moment (when he condemns himself) much more than he would do so through actions."
When a Muslim takes account of his actions, he is able to realize the right of Allah over him. Ibn Qayyim also said "A benefit of understanding Allah's right over the servant is that it breeds condemnation of oneself and delivers one from showing off and vanity. It also opens the door of humbleness in front of Allah and closes the doors of conceit. It allows one to realize that salvation is only through Allah's grace and mercy. It is Allah's right that He should be obeyed and not disobeyed: that He should be remembered and not forgotten and that He should be appreciated and not unappreciated. Whoever thinks over these things will know with certainty that he cannot fulfill these conditions and, thus, has to resort to Allah's mercy. Such a person will be convinced that he cannot rely on his actions, lest he be destroyed. Many people think about their rights over Allah and do not about His rights over them. This is how there are detached from Allah and deprived of the desire to meet Him. This is the epitome of ignorance of their Lord and of themselves." (Ighathatul lahfaan 1/99-101; secondary reference)
Speaking with Falsehood is Greater (in Evil) than Keeping Silent Regarding the Truth !
Know that keeping silent from some of the truth, or hiding it without showing falsehood, or with showing falsehood is upon four levels:
The First Level:
Where one leaves some of the truth, intending by this, to be gradual in his call or his teaching, and not to hide knowledge, then this is permissible. Nay, it is how things are done and there is no other way; for no one can learn all matters of this religion at once, and there is a necessity in being gradual, so this [individual] learns things bit-by-bit, whether this person learning is from the disbelievers who are being called to Islam, or from the Muslimeen who are learning the matters of this religion, and this is proven by what is found in the Saheehayn from Ibn Abbas, when the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) sent Mu'aath to the Yemen he said, 'You are going to a people from the people of the Book, so let the first of what you call them to is the worshiping of Allah, if they know that, then inform them that Allah has made five prayers compulsory upon them in their night and day, and if they do that, then inform them that Allah has made zakaah compulsory upon the rich from them, so that it can be given to the poor of them, and if they obey you in this, then take it from them, and avoid the rest of their wealth'.
This is also supported by the seerah of the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) in teaching his companions, and in informing the new-comers to Islam of its principles, and his gradual-approach in this; further this is supported by the continuity of using this method amongst the people of knowledge, until this time.
The Second Level:
The Husband Who Was Too Shy To Look At His Wife...
This story was recounted by a consulting cardiovascular surgeon, in one of his lectures:
Once I operated on a two and a half year old child. It was Tuesday, and on Wednesday the child was in good health. On Thursday at 11:15 am – and I’ll never forget the time because of the shock I experienced – one of the nurses informed me that the heart and breathing of the child had stopped. I hurried to the child and performed cardiac massage for 45 minutes and during that entire time the heart would not work.
Then, ALLAH decreed for the heart to resume function and we thanked HIM. I went to inform the child’s family about his condition. As you know, it is very difficult to inform the patient’s family about his condition when it’s bad. This is one of the most difficult situations a doctor is subjected to but it is necessary. So I looked for the child’s father whom I couldn’t find. Then I found his mother. I told her that the child’s cardiac arrest was due to bleeding in his throat; we don’t know the cause of this bleeding and fear that his brain is dead. So how do you think she responded? Did she cry? Did she blame me? No, nothing of the sort. Instead, she said “Alhamdulillah” (All Praise is due to ALLAH) and left me.
After 10 days, the child started moving. We thanked ALLAH and were happy that his brain condition was reasonable. After 12 days, the heart stopped again because of the same bleeding. We performed another cardiac massage for 45 minutes but this time his heart didn’t respond. I told his mother that there was no hope. So she said: “Alhamdulillah. O ALLAH, if there is good in his recovery, then cure him, O my Lord.”

Believe in Allah and Disbelieve in Taaghoot
One should know that Allah is the Head and Origin of everything and
every being. The firmest thing that Allah ordained for Adam’s son to
learn and to do, before praying, paying Zakat, or any other act of
worship, is to believe in the oneness of Allah and to avoid and
disbelieve in any other deity (taaghoot). It was for this reason Allah
created the creatures, sent the prophets, revealed the Books, etc. Because of this, there is enmity
between Al-Rahman’s followers and those of Satan, and because of this
the Islamic nation and the right caliphate will be established. Allah
said:
“And I (Allah) created not the jinns and humans except they should worship Me (Alone).” (adh-Dhaariyaat, 51:56)
That means to worship Allah alone. He also said:
“And verily, We have sent among every Ummah (community, nation) a
Messenger (proclaiming): ‘Worship Allah (Alone) and avoid (or keep away
from) the Taaghoot (all false deities).” (an-Nahl, 16:36)
This belief that there is no god but Allah (lit, none worthy of
worship except Allah -ed.), is basic to Islam. No call, no
prayer, no fasting, no Zakat, no pilgrimage will be accepted without it.
One can not be saved from Hell fire without believing in it, because it
is the only handhold that Allah guaranteed His followers not to break.
The other handholds of the religion will not be sufficient for safety
from the hell fire without it. Allah said:
“Verily, the Right path has become distinct from the wrong path.
Whoever disbelieves in Taaghoot and believes in Allah, then he has
grasped the most trustworthy handhold that will never break. And Allah
is All-Hearer, All-Knower.” (al-Baqarah, 2:256)
Allah also said:
“Those who avoid the Taaghoot by not worshipping them, and turn to
Allah in repentance; for them are glad tidings. So announce the good
news to My slaves” (az-Zumar, 39:17)
Behold how Allah talks about disbelief in deities before He talks
about belief in Himself; such as when He began with the negation before
the affirmation. Allah ordained monotheism with the words Laa ilaaha
illaal-Laah (no god but Allah) which point to this great principle of
the firmest handhold. Therefore, there is no sincere belief in Allah,
without extreme denial of other deities.

How to talk EFFECTIVELY !!!
Too good to not consider...
Coming from a Non-Muslim, yet it abides by the Islamic
etiquettes... Quite strange huh...? Hmmm, not really! You don't have to be a
Muslim to tell that backbiting or lying is evil... It's indeed the Fitrah we
are born with.
KNOWLEDGE ON 'Burning With Fire' !
Many people believe it is absolutely Haraam to burn someone alive
with fire due to the narration of Ibn Abbaas (ra) found in Bukhari. However
just because a narration is found in Bukhari, it does not mean that we
should not look elsewhere for further narrations on the topic,
narrations which may restrict the meaning, or give exceptions to the
rule.
There are many narrations which the Dua'at/Ulema either hide away from the
people (acting as the Jewish Rabbis did to their followers – hiding part
of the scripture), or are in fact themselves unaware of (in which case
they are not fit to be Dua'at/Ulema).
Islamically speaking, it is Haraam to give a Fatwa (i.e. to declare something is Haraam or Halaal) without sound knowledge on the topic. Furthermore, before declaring your brothers as ignorant or extreme, we must clarify with them the reasons for their actions (which we believe are erroneous), as many times the one who got criticized is indeed upon the haqq and the one criticizing was the one lacking knowledge, being hasty to label others without I'lm. And hence, the criticizer has done nothing but publicly expose his ignorance as well as leading others astray for which he will be questioned on the Day where we will all be accounted for our own sins.
"And if you punish (your enemy, O you believers in the Oneness of Allāh), then punish them with the like of that with which you were afflicted. But if you endure patiently, verily, it is better for As-Sābirin (the patient ones, etc.)." [An-Nahl 16:126]
This Ayah sufficiently demonstrates the Shar’i validity of burning someone alive in a case of Qisaas (retribution). The confusion perpetuated by the hizbiyyin, the palace “scholars,” and the ignorant defeatists, is with regards to the authentic statement of Allah’s Messenger (saws), “None should punish with fire except Allah.” [Sahīh al-Bukhārī]

What makes you a Kafir?!?
WHO IS KAFIR?
In order to understand this topic of Al Walaa Wal Baraa' we must first understand exactly who the kafir is.
There are two types of Kafir:
1- Kafir Asslie:
Those who are originally non-muslim
2- Kafir Murtad:
Those who are Apostate
KAFIR ASSLIE
These are those who are kafir i.e. disbelievers in Islam and the Prophethood of the Messenger Muhammad (pbuh), Those who are originally kafir are further divided into three:
1- Mushrik of the people of the book:
The Jews & Christians
2- Mushrik not from the people of the book:
The Hindus, Buddhist, Majous, Etc
3- Atheists:
The Secular people, Money worshippers, Self worshippers, Women worshippers Etc
So therefore, we cannot call anybody who is not a Muslim, anything but a KAFIR.

Your Muslim Brother's/Sister's honor !!!
In another Hadith, narrated in Imaam Ahmad's Musnad, the Prophet of Allah (saws) said, “If anyone defends his brother who is slandered in his absence, it will be (his) due from Allah to set him free from the Fire.”
Also Allah says in the Qur'aan:
"And when they hear al-Laghw (backbiting, dirty,
false, evil vain talk etc.), they withdraw from it and say: 'To us our
deeds, and to you your deeds. Peace be to you. We seek not the
ignorant.'" [al-Qasas, 28: 55]
Ibn Katheer said regarding
this Aayah in his book Tafseer ul-Qur'aan al-'Azeem, vol 3, Page 380,
“Ibn Ishaaq narrates the Asbaab an-Nuzool (occasion of revelation) for
this and the preceding aayaat and says: 'that twenty Christians came to
Makkah to meet the Prophet (saws) and see what his message was about. They
found him and started to question him. He (saws) started to recite
the Qur'aan. On hearing the Qur'aan and acknowledging it they began to
cry and accepted Islam. After this they left the Prophet (saws) to go
back home. On the way they met Abu Jahl along with a group of people
from Quraysh. The people of Quraysh blocked their way and Abu Jahl said
to the new Muslims, 'You're completely useless. Your people sent you to
prove for them that their religion is correct and the Prophet's is
incorrect. You changed your religion and you believe in him. We do not
know anyone who is more stupid than you.' The Muslims answered by
saying: ‘And when they hear vain talk they withdraw from it and say:
Unto us our works and unto you your works. Peace be unto you! We desire
not the ignorant.’ The Aayah was revealed confirming the statement they
made.”
Ibn Katheer goes further to explain that mixing with
people who speak vain talk, meaning the people who are ignorant or talk
with ignorance, should be avoided.
How to become a Pure Monotheist?
Firstly a person should know the divine rights of Allah and they are three:
1. All the acts that are specific to Allah alone which no-one
should ascribe to other than Allah: not to an angel or messenger.
For instance, only Allah can create from non-existence and can
provide from nothingness. Only Allah can give life, death, benefits
or harm, arranges every affair from the heavens to the earth, manages
the universe and also legislates.
2. All the names and
attributes, which no one should ascribe to other than Allah. For
example some of Allah’s names are “Allah”, “Al Ahad” (The One), “As
Samad” (The Self-sufficent), “Ar Rahman” (The Beneficient), Al Kadoos
(The Holy) and others. As for the attributes, Allah is omnipotent,
omniscient and that He Alone Hears everything remote or near, along with
other attributes that are specific for Him Alone.
3. All the
acts of worship that should be directed to Him Alone because it is He
Who Created and provided us and gives us life and causes us to die.
Allah says in Surah 30, Ayah 40:
“Allah is He Who Created
you, then provided food for you, then will cause you to die, then
(again) He will give you life (on the day of Resurrection). Is there any
of your partners that do anything of that? Glory is to Him! And Exalted
is He above all that they associate.”
Allah also says in Surah 2, Ayah 21-22:
“O mankind! Worship your Lord Who created you and those who were before you so that you may become Al-Muttaqun.”
And in a Hadith reported by both Bukhari and Muslim Mu'aad ibn Jabal
(ra) said, “ I was riding a donkey behind the Prophet
(saws) then he said “ O Mu'aad - Do you know the
right of Allah on his slaves and the right of the slaves on Allah. Mu'aad
said “Allah and His Messenger know best. He (saws) said the right of Allah on His slaves is that they should
worship Him and not ascribe partners with Him, and the right of the
slaves on Allah is not to punish anyone who does not commit shirk. He
(Mu'aad) said, “shall I tell people the good news” He (saws) said “ Don’t do so lest they settle on this.”
Women In The Quraan AND Women In The Bible!
Quran: "And
the believers, men and women, are protecting friends one of another;
they enjoin the right and forbid the wrong, and they establish worship
and they pay the poor-due, and they obey Allah and His messenger. As for
these, Allah will have mercy on them. Lo! Allah is mighty, wise." (9):71
Quran: "And they (women) have rights similar to those of men over them in a just manner" (2):228
Quran: "Whoso
does an ill deed, he will be repaid the like thereof, while whoso does
right, whether male or female, and is a believer, (all) such will
enter the garden, where they will be nourished without stint." (40):40.
Bible: "Let the woman learn in silence with all subjection. But I suffer not a woman to teach, nor to usurp authority over the man, but to be in silence. For Adam was first formed, then Eve. And Adam was not deceived, but the woman being deceived was in the transgression." (1 Timothy 2:11-14)
Bible
says: "Let your women keep silence in the churches: for it is not
permitted unto them to speak; but they are commanded to be under
obedience as also saith the law. And if they will learn any thing, let
them ask their husbands at home: for it is a shame for women to speak in
the church." (1 Corinthians 14:34)
Bible says: "Wives, be subject to your own husbands, as to the Lord. For the husband is the head of the wife, as christ also is the head of the church, he himself being the savior of the body. But as the church is subject to christ, so also the wives ought to be to their husbands in everything." (Ephesians 5:22-24)
Quran: "And of His signs is this: he created for you spouses from yourselves that you might find tranquility in them, and he ordained between you love and mercy. Lo, herein indeed are signs for folk who reflect." (30):21
The Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) said: "The best believers are the best in conduct, and the best of you are those who are best to their wives." (Tirmidhi) narrated by Abu Hurayrah
Bible: "A bad wife brings humiliation, downcast looks, and a wounded heart. Slack of hand and weak of knee is the man whose wife fails to make him happy. Woman is the origin of sin, and it is through her that we all die. Do not leave a leaky cistern to drip or allow a bad wife to say what she likes. If she does not accept your control, divorce her and send her away" (Ecclesiasticus 25:25).

"I am as my slave expects Me to be" ...
Some Statements of the Salaf:
The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) narrated from his Lord that He Said: “I am as my slave expects Me to be.” [al-Bukhari (7405) and Muslim (2675)]
Ibn Hajar (may Allah have Mercy on him) said:
“Meaning, I am able to do whatever he expects I will do.” [Fath al-Bari’ (17/397)]
An-Nawawi (may Allah have Mercy on him) said:
“The scholars say that expecting the best of Allah is to expect that He will have Mercy on him and relieve him of hardship.” [Sharh Sahih Muslim (14/210)]
An-Nawawi also said:
“al-Qadi ‘Iyad said that this means He will Forgive him if he seeks such, will accept his repentance if he repents, will answer him if he supplicates, and will suffice him if he asks for something. It is also said that it refers to having hope and longing for relief, and this is more correct.” [Sharh Sahih Muslim (14/2)]
Ahmad bin Umar al-Qurtubi (may Allah have Mercy on him) said:
“It is said that His Saying “I am as my slave expects Me to be” means if one expects an answer when he supplicates, his repentance to be accepted, something repugnant to be repelled from him, his deeds to be accepted that are performed with their proper conditions…And this is supported by his saying: “Call upon Allah while you are certain that you will be answered.” Likewise, it is incumbent upon the one who repents, seeks Forgiveness, and does good deeds to exert himself in fulfilling his obligations while he is certain that Allah will accept his actions and Forgive his sins, as Allah has promised that He will accept any truthful repentance and righteous deeds. So, whoever performs such a deed and believes and expects that Allah will not accept it and that it will not benefit him, this is despair from the Mercy of Allah, and is from greatest of the major sins. Whoever dies upon this will be delivered to that which he expected.” [al-Mufhim li ma Ushkil min Talkhis Kitab Muslim (5/267)]
