All about the sacred month RAJAB

 https://i.pinimg.com/originals/1d/34/34/1d3434e1a95ecdae8f90d8bd3ced13df.jpg
There are four Sacred Islamic Months that Allah has mentioned in the Qur'aan, i.e. Dhul-Qi`dah, Dhul-Hijjah, Muharram and Rajab; and what more can one be honored with then to reach one of these Sacred Months, while we are healthy and alive in this world, and so as we have reached Rajab, let us know all about it.
These Sacred Months have been mentioned by Allah, stating:

“Verily, the number of months with Allah is twelve months (in a year), so was it ordained by Allah on the Day when He created the heavens and the earth; of them four are Sacred (i.e. the 1st, the 7th, the 11th and the 12th months of the Islamic calendar). That is the right religion, so wrong not yourselves therein.” [9:36]

And within the Sunnah its been narrated from Abu Bakrah (ra) that the Prophet (saws) said:
“The year is twelve months, of which four are sacred: three consecutive months, Dhu’l-Qa’dah, Dhu’l-Hijjah and Muharram, and Rajab Mudar which comes between Jumaada and Sha’baan.[Al-Bukhari and Muslim]

These Islamic Months are meant to be Sacred due to two main reasons:
1- Because initiating any fight therein is forbidden, unless initiated by the enemy themselves,
2- Because transgression of the sacred limits therein is worse than at any other time.
And for these reasons, committing sins during these Sacred Months is more forbidden than in general, as Allah said:
“...wrong not yourselves therein...” [9:36]
Imam Al-Sa’di further explains this part of the Ayah (p. 373):
'In the phrase “...wrong not yourselves therein...”, the pronoun may be understood as referring to twelve months. Allah states that He has made them a measure of time for His slaves, which they may use for worshipping Him, and thank Allah for His blessings, and they serve the interests of His slaves, so beware of wronging yourselves therein.
The pronoun may also be understood as referring to the four sacred months, and this forbids them to wrong themselves in those months in particular, as well as it being forbidden to do wrong at all times, because it is more forbidden at this time, but it is worse at this time than at others.'

Aiding the Kuffar and the Incident of Hatib (ra)

1) For takfir to be declared, the nullifiers of Islam must be known. Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala says:
“Allah does not lead a people astray after His guidance has been given until He makes clear to them wherein error lies.” [at-Tawbah 9:115]
Sheikh Muhammad ibn Abdul Wahab – Rahimahullah – gathered ten actions that negate one’s Islam (Nawaqid ul-Ashr), the eighth one of which states:
“Assisting the disbelievers (against the believers) (Mudhaharatul Mushrikeen) and supporting them against the believers is one of the actions that negates of one’s Islam…”

Thus, it is generally and widely known that one of these nullifiers of one’s Islam is supporting, aiding or allying with the kuffar against the Muslims. Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala says:
“Obey, follow and give allegiance only to that brought to you from your Sustainer, and do not obey, nor follow nor give allegiance to those who are Awliya’ besides Him.” [al-Araf 7:3]
“You will not find any people who believe in Allah and the Last Day, making friendship with and loving those who oppose Allah and His Messenger, even if they are their fathers or their sons or their kindred…” [al-Mujadila 58:22]

In addition, as Sheikh Abdullah ibn Humaid said:
“Whoever expresses Tawalli towards the disbelievers (Tawalli Kuffar) and supports and helps them against the believers, then such constitutes apostasy by one’s (proceeding) actions. It is obligatory to apply the rules of apostasy upon such a person as is proved by The Book, the Sunnah and the consensus of the scholars.” Ad-Durrar 15/479
Furthermore, Sheikh Abdul Latif bin Abdur Rahman bin Hassan Aal-Sheikh said:
“Whomsoever helps the disbelievers or brings them to the country of Ahl Al-Islam, then that person is clearly an apostate.” Ad-Durrar 8/326
Thus, we should be in no doubt that if a Muslim chooses to aid, ally themselves with, the kuffar against the Muslims then they have negated their Islam.

2) Since we judge someone by what is apparent, it is apparent that if a Muslim joins the Armed Forces or the Police of the kuffar, and wears the uniform of the kuffar, then they have sworn allegiance to the kuffar and/or to some Taghut of the kuffar – such as a President, some nation-State, or some kaffir leader – since such allegiance is a necessary part of joining and belonging to such kaffir organizations. In addition, a Muslim pledges thereby to uphold the fallible manufactured laws of the kuffar and to obey the kuffar.

A Principle concerning Unity AND Splitting

Al-Imaam Ibn Taymiyyah
Source: ‘Majmoo Fataawaa ‘ (1/14 -17)

Allah said, “those who were given the Scriptures did not differ except out of mutual jealousy and hatred (bagyan) after knowledge had come to them.”

Informing that their differing arose after the coming of knowledge that made clear to them as to what they should steer clear of – for indeed Allah does not let a people become misguided after He guided them except after telling them what they should steer clear of. And informing that they differed only due to the reason of mutual jealousy and hatred. Al-Bagy means to exceed the proper bounds as was indicated by ibn Umar (in his commentary to the verse): ‘arrogance and jealousy’ – this arising due to differing ijtihaads that were not based upon knowledge. What is not meant by al-Bagy is the permissible difference that arises between the scholars for al-Bagy is either the neglect or omission of the truth, or exceeding the proper bounds. Exceeding the proper bounds either by leaving an obligatory action or by performing a forbidden action and it is known that splitting and disunity is the outcome of this.

An example of this lies in what He said about the People of the Book, “and from those who call themselves Christians, We took their covenant but they abandoned (or forgot) a portion of the Message that was sent to them. So we planted enmity and hatred till the Day of Resurrection.” (5:14) So He informed us that in their forgetting/abandoning a portion of the Message – meaning leaving a portion of that which they were commanded with – lay the reason for their enmity and hatred.

This is what is occurring amongst the adherents of our religion and it can be found amongst the various parties that differ with regards to their principles and many subsidiary matters – found amongst the scholars and the worshipers – to the point that one finds a resemblance to the two nations about whom one says about the other: ‘They are upon nothing.’

The pleasent word...

Fellow Muslims! Fear Allah as He should be feared, for that is the best provision and leads to pleasant end. Allah says, “The good end is for those who are pious.” (Hud 11:49)

Dear Muslims! The uttered word is an expression of what is in the heart. It is an indication of one’s intellect and origin. The mouth of wise person is put under the rein, if he attempts to talk he does so cautiously but the mouth of the ignorant one is let loose, he talks whenever he wants. The wise person is the one who always keeps silent except for a truth he wants to explain, a falsehood he wants to repel, a righteousness he wants to spread, a knowledge he wants to mention or a favour he wants to show its gratitude. Abu Hurayrah narrated that the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said, “Whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day should utter only good words or keep quiet.” (Al-Bukhari and Muslim)

It is by shunning idle-talk that intelligence is perfected. Keeping quiet is better than uttering falsehood. Being unable to talk is better than speaking falsehood. The worst of all people is the one who is biased in his speech, deviated in his tongue and mischievous in his utterances. The worst of all speech is that which goes against the Book of Allah and the Sunnah of His Messenger. The worst speech is that which is disgusting to the nature and abhorrent to the ear.

Fellow Muslims! Stumbling of the tongue leads to regret. Corrupt speech has no control or order. It is a sign of deprivation and disappointment. ‘Abu Hurayrah narrated that the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said,, “A man utters a word in which he sees no harm but which could plunge him into the Hell-Fire for seventy years.”(At-Tirmidhi)
And according to Ibn Maajah, The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said, “One of you may utter a word of what pleases Allah without him knowing how excellent the word is and for which he will continue to attain Allah’s pleasure until the day he will meet Him. And someone among you may utter a word that displeases Allah without him knowing how grievous the word is and on account of which he will continue to earn Allah’s wrath until the day he will meet Him.

How did Shaytaan mislead Mankind?

http://sahibulsaif.files.wordpress.com/2013/04/satan.jpg?w=640
TAFSEER OF SURAH HADEED, by Sheikh Abdullah Faisal (HafidhahUllah)- Alhumdulillah IMPORTANT notes to share from Part-3 of the Tafseer: "How Did Shaytaan Mislead Mankind?"
On the Day when the hypocrite’s men and women will say to the believers: "Wait for us! Let us get something from your light!" It will be said: "Go back to your rear! Then seek a light!" So a wall will be put up between them, with a gate therein. Inside it will be mercy, and outside it will be torment." [Al-Hadid 57:13]

There is not one of you but will pass over it (Hell); this is with your Lord; a Decree which must be accomplished. [Maryam 19:71]

- The speed at which you cross the Sirat, depends on your EMAAN:

(The hypocrites) will call the believers: "Were we not with you?" The believers will reply: "Yes! But you led yourselves into temptations, you looked forward for our destruction; you doubted (in Faith); and you were deceived by false desires, till the Command of Allah came to pass. And the chief deceiver (Satan) deceived you in respect of Allah." [Al-Hadid 57:14]

These Hypocrites were with the believers physically not spiritually.
- In your hearts you taught Judgement Day is a myth, and in fact you did not really believe !
- Therefore, the Hypocrites are not allowed to use the excuse of being with us on the Day of Judgement !

In their hearts is a disease (of doubt and hypocrisy) and Allah has increased their disease. A painful torment is theirs because they used to tell lies. [Al-Baqarah 2:10]

This is because there is a disease in the heart of the Hypocrites, the diseases of Hypocrisy and Doubt!
- The Shaytaan made a promise to ALLAH that he will mislead mankind on EARTH.

Tawheed and important Pillar - Disbelief in Taghout !!!

Every Muslim should know that the Tawheed we are entrusted to fulfil has two main pillars. If anyone fails to meet them then he won’t be regarded as a Muwahid (Monotheist) and his Shahaadah will not benefit him at all as it is the case with prayer, which has pillars like prostration and tashahud, and if they are violated in any way, the whole prayer becomes invalid.

The first pillar of Tawheed is the rejection of ‘Taghut’ and the second pillar is the ‘belief in Allah’. Allah says in Surah Al-Baqarah, Ayah 256: “There is no compulsion in religion. Verily the Right Path has become distinct from the wrong path. Whoever disbelieves in Taghut and believes in Allah, then he has grasped the most trustworthy handhold that will never break. And Allah is All-Hearer, All-Knower.”

The “trustworthy handhold” mentioned in the above Ayah is ‘La ilaha illallah’.

In Sahih Muslim, the Prophet (saws) is reported to have said “He who says ‘La ilaha illallah’ will find that his life and his property are protected and his reward is with Allah.”

First pillar of Tawheed: “The disbelief in Taghut”

It is very important to know that one can never be a monotheist until he completely disbelieves and rejects ‘Taghut’. This can never be achieved until he knows the meaning of the word ‘Taghut’. Literally speaking, the word ‘Taghut’ derives from the verb ‘Tagha’ which means ‘to exceed the proper bounds or limits.’ Allah (swt) says in Surah Al Haqqa 69, Ayah 11:
“Verily when the water Tagha rose beyond its limits (Tagha) (Nuh’s flood). We carried you (mankind) in the floating (ship).”

The definition of ‘Taghut’ in Shariah is ‘anyone who exceeds the proper limits by ascribing to himself any of the rights of Allah (swt) and makes himself a partner with Allah (swt)’. Allah (swt) says in Surah 79 an-Naz’iat, Ayah 17: “Go to Fir’aun; verily, he has transgressed all bounds (Tagha) (in crimes, sins, polytheism, disbelief).”

Verification in Islam…

Not a day goes by without Islam and Muslims being at the centre of discussions and debates in the community. In every newspaper, on every day, you will almost certainly find an article or two concerning Muslims. Unfortunately, however, such articles or comments have led to Muslims accusing or doubting one another, despite being fully aware that the media are known, to Muslims and non-Muslims, to report lies and fabricate stories.

There is a famous principle in Islam, known to all learned scholars and students of Shariah, which states: ‘Verification is part of the Deen (religion).’ Verifying information is, hence, extremely important in Islam; in fact, it is an obligation.
Allah (SWT) says in the Qur’an, in al-Hujurat, 49:6:
“Oh you who believe! If a fasiq (sinner, liar or evil person) comes to you with any news, verify it, lest you should harm people in ignorance, and afterwards you become regretful for what you have done.”
Allah (SWT) commands all those who believe (Muslims) to verify any news or information they hear from someone who is a fasiq (sinner). If this is the case for a corrupt Muslim fasiq, for greater reason we should verify any news we hear from a Kafir. In fact, it is known in Islam by necessity that it is a sin to doubt a trustworthy, upright Muslim, but, on the contrary, an obligation to doubt the Kuffar (disbelievers), especially journalists.

Therefore, if you hear any news from the Kuffar (or so-called Muslims who aspire to be like them) it is an obligation (wajib) upon you to verify it with the person in question – not anyone else – no matter how ‘plausible’ the report may seem.

...and they shout out “Fitnah” !!!

The Shaykh commenting on the Ayah,
"And those who commit Kuffr are allies of one another, and if you do not do so (Oh Muslimeen), there will be Fitnah on earth and a great corruption"
said:
And this Fitnah is none other than shirk. And the “great corruption” is the deteriorating of the ‘Aqeedah of Islam and Tawheed, and the neglecting of the laws and orders of the Qur’an.  And also Allah orders:
"And fight them until there is no more Fitnah (shirk), and the Deen  (worship) will all be for Allah."

So it is very clear then, that the two Khalils, may the Salah and Salam be upon them both, have explained: shirk and the following of Tawagheet is the greatest tyranny that exists, and there is nothing more oppressive than shirk, it is the worst Fitnah, and thus it is worse than bloodshed and murder. Rather, we are ordered to shed the blood of the Mushrikeen and Tawagheet – firmly upon Millah Ibraheem – until shirk ceases to exist in any form. And at the same time – the two Prophets have taught us that there can be no security, nor safety, nor peace, without Tawheed. So Amaan is firmly tied together with Imaan. And when you have understood this, then you should also know that those Tawagheet and apostates who crave for security while sinking in shirk, left, right, and center – you will realize that they are only dreaming in mirages. And when they call the militaries of the apostate Tawagheet as “Rijal al-Amn” – then you know that they are only deceiving the ignorant. They think that they will be able to have security even while fighting to establish shirk! And when our brothers fight them for the sake of establishing Tawheed- they shout out, “Fitnah”. Allah has said something about people like them:
"And among them is he who says, “Grant me departure and do not put me in Fitnah.” Surely, they (already) have fallen into Fitnah. And verily, Hell is surrounding the kafireen."

Prophet (saws) began his Da’wah by Disavowing the Tawagheet !

https://i.pinimg.com/originals/61/cf/2b/61cf2b67e0900a041894f93cea912e85.jpg
Ever since the Prophet (saws) made his da’wah public, he pronounced a clear enmity towards the mushrikeen, faulted their alleged gods, and warned them that if they persisted in their kuffr, they would be from the people of the Fire. Ibn Ishaq said, “When the Messenger of Allah (saws) first called his people to Islam and was public with that, as Allah ordered him to be, his people were not far from him. And they did not respond to him, according to what has reached me, until he mentioned their ‘gods’ and faulted them. When he did so, they regarded his act as an enormity and they rejected him. They unanimously agreed to oppose him and show hostility towards him, except those whom Allah protected with Islam, though they were few and hidden.” [Sirat Ibn Hisham]

The Muslims then were also weak and lacked the means. However, publicly calling to tawheed required that they declare their disavowal of the tawagheet and that they show enmity to their worshipers. When Quraysh came to the Prophet (saws) asking him to make exceptions in worship, such that he would worship their tawagheet sometimes and, in return, they would worship his god (Allah) for a time, Ayaat were revealed prohibiting that, showing there could be no convergence between tawheed and shirk.

Ibn Hisham said, “Al-Aswad Ibn al-Muttalib Ibn Asad Ibn ‘Abdil-‘Uzza, al-Walid Ibn al-Mughirah, Umayyah Ibn Khalaf, and al-‘As Ibn Wail as-Sahmi – who were all elders among their people – confronted Allah’s Messenger (saws) as he was walking around the Ka’bah. They said, ‘O Muhammad, come, let us worship what you worship and you worship what we worship, so that we can share in this matter. If that which you worship turns out to be better than what we worship, we will have had our portion of it, and if what we worship turns out to be better than what you worship, you will have had your portion of it.’
At that, Allah revealed, "Say, O disbelievers, I do not worship what you worship. Nor are you worshippers of what I worship. Nor will I be a worshipper of what you worship. Nor will you be worshippers of what I worship. For you is your religion, and for me is my religion." [Surah Al-Kafirun].”

The Muslims Fight Their Mushrik Relatives !

Islamic History

The great Indian Islamic scholar and historian Abu Al-Hasan ‘Ali An-Nadwi observes, like other sages of Islam have before, that Islam, being the last and universal religion of Allah, has a unique history of internal revival, reform and self-rejuvenation.

Allah sent the message of Islam at a chosen moment in the development of human history where the technological, scientific and intellectual understanding of humanity as a whole was reaching a stage of final maturation and ripening. Instead of geographically confined nations and tribal systems which all received their own messengers from Allah, the humanity was now ripe for one, universal, perfected and final message of Allah.

The development of the Islamic Ummah in history was amazingly rapid. It was full of trials and tribulations and encounters with other cultures and religious systems. As a result, the final message of Allah was embodied in a civilization that was enriched by all the great civilizations of the world. Within the first century of its birth, Islam spread across half the known and majority of the civilized world of that time. As different people became Muslims or came under the rule of Islam, the scholars and thinkers of Islam came from increasingly diverse regions, thus enriching the flowering and protection of Islamic scholarship and tradition with their own cultural strengths. The contributions of the Persians in bureaucracy and culture, the Hindus in mathematics, the Greeks in logic, the Turks in military and architecture fields, just to name a few, all became sources of strength of Islam. On the other hand, the previous philosophical and religious systems of the new lands both challenged and influenced the Muslim scholars and thinkers. All these factors make the history of Islam extremely fast-moving, diverse and filled with conflicts, debates and upheavals. Each of these experiences, however, also helped it mature and develop.

Whenever the Ummah of Islam faced a new danger, internal or external, Allah raised among the Muslims scholars, leaders and groups who protected the true religion of Allah and revived it in its true, pristine form. This ubiquitous phenomenon is known to the historian as revivalism or tajdeed.

Strangeness & the Strangers...

Based on a booklet by Imam Ibn ul Qayyim al Jawziyyah entitled al-Ghurbathu wa al-Ghuraba

"Islam began as something strange, and it shall return to being something strange, so give glad tidings to the strangers." (Sahih Muslim)

The Meaning of "Strangeness"

Many times in many situations the people that follow the religion of Allah feel a sense of not belonging, of being out of place, of not fitting in, and, in other words, of being strange. This feeling could occur in a gathering of non-Muslims, but, unfortunately, this feeling sometimes also occurs when one is with his fellow Muslims.

A person sees his brothers and sisters doing acts that are contrary to Islam, or taking part in innovations that sometimes even border on kufr (apostasy), yet he feels that he does not have enough power or courage to stop them in these acts. Some brothers and sisters, especially if they do not have enough taqwa or Islamic knowledge, sometimes buckle under the pressure of their peers and join in these acts, knowing that this is not what Allah wants them to do. However, feeling helpless, since it seems that they are alone in their ideas and without any support to help them do what is right, they succumb to such pressures.

These brothers and sisters, may Allah have mercy on them, should take consolation in the verses of the Qur’an and the many statements of the Prophet (peace be upon him) describing this very situation of strangeness that they feel.

Why Have They Been Called "Strangers"?

From the People of Shirk who Die before Da'wah...

On the authority of the sons of Shaykh Muhammad Ibn ‘Abdul-Wahhab and Hamd Ibn Nasir, they said in “Durar” (10/136-138) when they were asked, “no doubt the believer in Allah and His Messenger when he says or does what would be Kuffr in ignorance, while in that condition Takfeer is withheld on him until the Hujjah Risaliyyah (the proof from Islam, the Message, texts) has been established on him, so if the one in such condition is killed before this Da’wah becomes apparent, what is to be done?”

Then they answered saying, “If he was doing Kuffr and Shirk due to his ignorance or due to the absence of anyone who would inform him, then we do not judge him with Kuffr until the Hujjah has been established upon him. But we do not give him the hukm of that of a Muslim. Rather we say, this action of his is what permits wealth and blood, though we do not judge upon this specific individual due to the absence of the Hujjah being established upon him. As well it is not said that if he is not a Kaafir then he is a Muslim, rather we say ‘his action is the action of the Kuffaar and ruling upon this individual specifically rests upon the Hujjah Risaliyyah reaching him.’ Verily the people of knowledge mentioned that the people of Fatrah (people who lived between two Messengers to whom the Message of Allah did not reach) are to be tested on Yawmul Qiyamah in that state, and they (ahlu ‘ilm) did not place the hukm (ruling) on those people under Kuffaar nor that of the righteous.” [Ad Durar: 10/137]

"If You Didn't Kill Him, He Would Have Died."

By: Sheikh Ahmad Musa Jibril (hafidhUllah)

It is the sunnah of Allah that those He honored with carrying His message to humanity were and will be the most tested. They are the ones who flee the most from being suspicious, from indulging in doubtful matters, and prevent making accusations. However, since time immemorial they are the ones most accused and suspected.

Allah says:
"Do people think that they will be left alone because they say: "We believe," and will not be tested. And We indeed tested those who were before them. And Allah will certainly make (it) known (the truth of) those who are true, and will certainly make (it) known (the falsehood of) those who are liars, (although Allah knows all that before putting them to test)." [29:2-3]

The Prophet (saws) said: "The most tested are the messengers of Allah and those who follow them, one is tested according to his belief, if his belief is found to be firm he is tested more."

There are many verses in the Qur'an that stress examples of how the Prophet (saws) and his companions were tested by virtue of carrying Allah's message to all. As a result, when one places upon the self the duty of dawah, one must bear its cost or fail the test - as most do.
For example, the Prophet (saws) was accused of being a man of fitnah who divided families by separating sons from their fathers and wives from their husbands. He was accused of being one who performs black magic, of being a mentally ill person, a liar and a man who is after wealth and prestige. Likewise, his wife was also accused of committing adultery (ma3ath Allah).

I AM A PALESTINIAN CHILD

How full of sin I am, I always complain about things that are not to my liking. How full of sin I am, I always feel cramped in my situation which in fact is full of joys. How full of sin I am, when I grin widely because of the things that please me. How full of sin I am, when I use all these special facilities for committing transgression against Allah. How full of sin I am, when I finish the delicious foods, that I always delight in with a surge of appetite, without any feeling of gratefulness ever expressed. How full of sin I am, when I wound the hearts of my parents, who love me very much, with my bellows and rebelliousness. How full of sin I am, when I hurt my friends with my rough behaviors.

Indeed………………. I am amongst those who are sinful………

While there, far in the land of Palestine, as well as in the distant City of Gaza.... there, my little sisters are crying, my mother is wailing, my father is fighting off the pain, and my brothers are sorrowful. They are the ones who deserve to complain about their conditions. They are the ones who ought to feel cramped because of the damage to the wheels of life. They are the ones who deserve to be sad, to moan and cry.

Not us….. It is not us who deserve to complain to God, it is not us who deserve to feel cramped with our situations, it is not us who deserve to be sad, to moan and cry on our conditions. And it is not us who ought to feel stressed for the wickedness of the dunya.

Evidence of the Crusader Campaign !!!

For Educational purpose only and to raise Intellectual and Political awareness!

Author: Shaykh Nasir al-Fahd
The Exposition Regrading the Disbelief of the one that Assists the Americans.

When the events of September 11th took place in America, from day one, those in authority there immediately accused (some of the Muslimīn) of being behind the actions. Before the investigations were completed, they began to prepare for their general crusader campaign in order to finish off Islām under the name: “The War Against Terrorism,” and despite their clear and obvious targeting of Islām in this campaign, there are some from the naïve ones or hypocrites who may delude and deceive with their words. Therefore, I shall mention in the following section clear-cut and irrefutable proofs that prove that this campaign is directed against Islām.

The evidences that I shall mention are divided into two categories:
Category One: General Evidences
Category Two: Specific Evidences

As for the First Category: the general evidences, they are from the Sharī’ah and the current affairs.

As for what is from the Sharī’ah
Allāh the Glorified clearly declared the enmity of the disbelievers towards the Muslimīn and that they will not cease fighting them until they are able to cause them to turn away from their Dīn and that they will not be pleased except with the Muslimīn entering into their way and that their enmity will never cease:
The Most High said, “And al-fitnah is worse than killing. And they will never cease fighting you until they turn you back from your way  if they can.”
The Most High said, “Never will the Jews nor the Christians be pleased with you [O Muhammad (sallallāhu ‘alayhi wa sallam)] till you follow their way.”
The Most High said, “They wish that you disbelieve, as they have disbelieved, and thus that you all become equal.”
The Most High said, “Should they gain the upper hand over you, they would behave to you as enemies, and stretch forth their hands and their tongues against you with evil, and they desire that you should disbelieve.”
The Most High said, “Many of the People of the Book wish that if they could turn you away as disbelievers after you have believed, out of envy from their own selves, even, after the truth has become manifest unto them.”
The Most High said, “O you who believe! If you obey a group of those who were given the Scripture (Jews and Christians), they would (indeed) render you disbelievers after you have believed!”
The Most High said, “O you who believe! If you obey those who disbelieve, they will send you back on your heels, and you will turn back (from Faith) as losers.”
The Most High said, “Hatred has already appeared from their mouths, but what their breasts conceal is far worse.”

Islamic views on Types of Muslims who say that the Khilafah is Invalid...

http://media.tumblr.com/d6fec952886b880353b4a4292048385d/tumblr_inline_mgpiuqVfd41r3h0fp.jpg

A. THOSE WHO REJECT BUT DO NOT FIGHT THE KHILAFAH:

(1) those who do not know or have not heard of him and so assume the preceding state of affairs is continuing (al istishaab al haal) that there has been no khilafah for many decades.
These are not sinful or accountable as they are not accountable for something that the news of it did not reach them.

(2) Those who were far away and heard of the khilafah but were unsure of the news because of conflicting reports and either (a) was unsure if the declaration was true or just rumours (b) was unsure if it met the conditions of the khilafah such as the existence of security, full control and authority, implementation of the Islamic rulings system etc ... and so he/she held back from affirming a decision on the matter before he could verify as he had certainty (yaqeen) that there was no khilafah until now and nothing can negate that yaqeen except yaqeen that the situation has changed.
These are not sinful either, rather that is part of their ijtihad and they are exhausting utmost effort.

(3) Those who made ijtihad based on the information available to them about the reality (this can mean that they had misleading information, or lack of important information, or that they had information others did not have etc) and concluded that one of the binding conditions of the khilafah was absent and therefore they considered it invalid as a khilafah but he considered it an Imaarah Khaassah like Talibaan, Shabaab etc... e.g. if they thought that they did not really have security/control in the region but were just members of the public living in insecurity like any other resident.
Such a person is not sinful rather they will still be rewarded for their ijtihad and if they are correct they will get two rewards. However it is incumbent on him to advise them about what they can do to complete their project.

Events that the Prophet (saws) said would occur !

The Prophet (saws) intimated that after him Abu Bakr would take charge over the Muslim Nation.
Once, after the Prophet (saws) spoke to a female questioner, he told her to come back at a later time. She said, "And if I do not find you," as if she was alluding to his death. He (saws) said, "If you do not find me, then go to Abu Bakr.” [Al-Bukhari] And in fact Abu Bakr did assume the duty of leadership after the Prophet (saws). The Prophet (saws a declaration, making it clear that Abu Bakr was to be the next Khaleefah. However, he refrained from writing it because he knew that his Companions being pleased with Abu Bakr's superiority and merit would choose no one else. The Prophet (saws) said, "Allah and the believers refuse to have anyone other than Abu Bakr.” [Sahih Muslim]

In another narration, the Prophet (saws) said, "And with those two who come after me, Abu Bakr and 'Umar." [Musnad Imaam Ahmad, Ibn Majah, At-Tirmidhi, who ruled it to be authentic[. These words were proven to be true, for Abu Bakr became Khaleefah after the Prophet jig and he was then followed by 'Umar.

The Prophet (saws) Intimated To Us That The Muslims Would Conquer Egypt.
Ibn Ka'ab related from his father that the Messenger of Allah (saws) said, "When you conquer Egypt, then treat its inhabitants in a good manner." [Muwwatta Imaam Maalik] And in another narration, "Treat its inhabitants in a good manner, for they have the right of security and they are kinsfolk (Hagar, the mother of Ismaa'eel, was from them)." 'Amr ibn Al-'Aas led the Muslim army that conquered Egypt in the year 20 H, during the caliphate of 'Umar ibn Al-Khattaab And Abu Dhar related that the Prophet (saws) said, "Indeed you will conquer a land in which Al-Qeeraat is mentioned (Al-Qeeraat is a portion of a dinar, dirham, and other currencies; the people of Egypt, who used Al-Qeeraat in their transactions, would speak about it often). Treat its inhabitants well, for they have the right of security and they are kinsfolk." [Sahih Muslim]

Allah Grants Help and Victory to...

A lot of people think that followers of the True Religion are humiliated, subdued and always defeated, unlike those who follow other paths. So they do not have certainty in Allah's promise of victory for His religion and His servants. Rather, even if they don't say it, they think that this promise is either particular to a specific group, or to a specific time, or they link it to Allah's will (not related to any rules that Allah set in His creation).

This (attitude and understanding) is due to absence of certainty in the Promise of Allah, the Most High, and due to a poor understanding of His Book.

1. Allah has explained in His Book that He is the Helper of believers in this world and the next. He said, the Most High:
"Indeed We will support Our messengers and those who believe during the life of this world and on the Day when the witnesses will stand." [40:51]
"And whoever is an ally of Allah and His Messenger and those who have believed - Indeed, the party of Allah - they will be the predominant." [5:56]
"Indeed, the ones who oppose Allah and His Messenger - those will be among the most humbled. Allah has written [i.e. decreed], 'I will surely overcome, I and My messengers.' Indeed, Allah is Powerful and Exalted in Might." [58:20-21]
There are many such verses in the Qur'an.

2. Allah has also explained in the Qur'an that what befalls a servant from calamity, or defeat, or other than that, is because of his sins. Allah has explained both of these principles in His Book, so when you join them, the reality of the matter will become clear to you, problems will completely disappear, and you will be in no need of unnecessary, burdening explanations, or far-fetched interpretations.

Oppression and Intrigue and the Ultimate Punishment !!!

The tradition of Allah has no scope for favoritism or flattery, as He says: "You will not find in the way of Allah any change" [33:62], and, in fact, stresses in another place, "You will never find in the way of Allah any change." [35:43] The fair Shari‘ah neither distinguishes between equals nor renders the unequal as equivalent.

Thus, the inevitable destruction of the evil planner, the one who breaks his word and the unjust person is only a question of time, which, in itself, is a chance for reform. However, that does not reflect a change in principles and what has been established as the tradition of Allah.

Muhammad ibn Ka’b Al-Qurathi says, “Three traits beset those who possess them: scheming, as Allah says: "Evil plans shall not beset any save the authors of it" [35:43]; injustice, as in the verse: "O mankind, your injustice is only against yourselves" [10:23]; reneging, as Allah says: "So he who breaks his word only breaks it to the detriment of himself" [48:10].”

Why these attributes particularly, and others in general, affect their bearer is because consequences are closely related to the causes, as Allah says: "Whoever does a good deed - it is for himself; and whoever does evil - it is against the self." [45:15] Similarly, He says: "(And said), "If you do good, you do good for yourselves; and if you do evil, (you do it) to yourselves."" [17:7]

Prophet (saws) narrated that Allah said: "O My servants, indeed, I enumerate and record your deeds for you, then I grant you your reward or punishment in full, correspondingly. Therefore, anyone who finds (in life) delight and good reward, should praise Allah (for His enabling him or her to do good). Likewise, whoever finds otherwise, should blame none but him/herself." [Muslim/ Hadith Qudsi]

Once, a man went to a scholar and said, "The people of so-and-so have collaborated to harm me, as if they are a single hand." So, he read out the verse: "The hand of Allah is over their hands." [48:10] The man then complained, "They hatch plots", so the scholar recited: "The evil plot does not encompass except its own people." [35:43] Then, when he said: "They are so many", the scholar recited the verse: "How many a small company has overcome a large company by permission of Allah." [2:249]
