Shari'ah of the Prophet (saws)

If we look at the current situation of the Muslimīn in this day and age, we see that the Prophet (saws) told us,The nations are about to call each other and set upon you, just as diners set upon food.” It was said, “Will it be because of our small number that day?” He said, “No, rather on that day you will be many, but you will be like foam, like the foam on the river. And Allāh will remove the fear of you from the hearts of your enemies and will throw wahn into your hearts.” Someone said, “O Messenger of Allāh, what is wahn?” He said, “Love of the world and the hatred for death.”

And we can see that the Prophet (saws) told the truth. There are 1 billion estimated Muslimīn in the world or even more, but despite this you will see that only a few people hold firmly to the Sharī’ah of the the Nabī (saws) and this leaves its traces in the legislation and rulings. It has gotten so bad that they have chosen for their people and communities legislations which they have taken from their enemies, the enemies of the Muslimīn, the enemies of Islām. Those who are striving hard to weaken Islām or to totally destroy it.

Since the light of the Message began to shine, up to this day, they are still plotting and planning to weaken Islām and destroy it. Since the Nabī (saws) was sent, up to the present day, through plots, wars and forcing new, corrupt, evil ideologies upon us. After all this time and years they have not managed to accomplish their goals, the destruction of Islām.

But now in this present time we live in, they have taken for themselves helpers from amongst the munāfiqīn, atheists, and kuffār, who infiltrated the ranks of the Muslimīn. They’re striving for disunity among the Muslimīn and to sow discord between them. They try to spread doubts and falsehood about Islām and the Sharī’ah. They have got a voice in the publications, poetry, the news, the methodology and everything else. In the exact same way as the first generation of munafiqīn had.

They do certain actions and claim that they only want to do good, but in actuality they want to destroy Islām. They claim they are reformers. By Allāh, it is they who are the corruptors. They want to destroy Islām and they carry out and follow the orders of their masters who are outside the lands of the Muslimīn (crusaders/jews).

How can the Muslimīn accept, how can the governments over the Muslimīn accept that their people are seeking judgement from the tāghūt? By the qaanoon (man made laws) and they make these their constitutions and their own sharī’ah. So they have forced the people and the groups in the Ummah to go to the tāghūt to seek judgement. This is the reality in most of the lands of the Muslimīn.

They forgot that Allāh says in His Mighty Book:
"And whoever does not judge by what Allāh has revealed then they are the disbelievers" [5:44]

This order, warning comes from Him and this is general for all people. It does not only apply to a specific community or nation. This is general and applies to all people, for all populations. Whoever turns away from the Book of Allāh and the Sunnah of the Nabī (saws) and rules with other than it in some issues or in all issues, he becomes one of those about whom Allāh has said in the Qur’ān:
"And whoever does not judge by what Allāh has sent down, they are the disbelievers" [5:44]

We see the enemies of Islām, the munāfiqīn, the athiests, the secularists, the modernists and whoever follows and supports them travelling in the Muslim world freely with their tales, words and texts. We see nobody who is standing in their way and trying to save them. They even try to prevent others from trying to save them and to counter their falsehood.

But those others from the real reformers, the people of the Da’wah and those who command good, to strengthen the Ummah, want the Sharī’ah of the Nabī (saws) implemented and want to teach people the Qur’ān and Sunnah, those are the ones whom they put obstacles in their way and they do not give them the opportunity to openly proclaim the Message of their Lord. This situation can be found in the majority of the lands of the Muslimīn.
