NUMBER 1:
Before the recitation of Al-Faatihah, the Prophet (saws) used to sometimes recite:

“I seek refuge with Allaah from the Evil One, the Rejected, from his madness, his arrogance, and his poetry.” [Abu Daawood, Ibn Maajah, Daaraqutni and Haakim who, along with Ibn Hibbaan and Dhahabi, declared it saheeh]

Sometimes he (saws) would add to this, saying:

“I seek refuge with Allaah, the all-Hearing, the all-Knowing, from the Evil One …” [Abu Daawood and Tirmidhi with a hasan isnaad]

NUMBER 2:
In Rukooh, the Prophet (saws) used to recite “Subhaana rubbi yal-‘azheem“. However, sometimes he (saws) used to recite other phrases including:

“How Perfect is my Lord, the Supreme, and Praised be He.” [Abu Daawood, Daaraqutni, Ahmad, Tabaraani and Baihaqi - Saheeh]

Or sometimes he (saws) would recite:

“Perfect, Blessed, Lord of the Angels and the Spirit.” [Muslim]

Likewise, he (saws) used to also say:

“How Perfect You are O Allaah, and Praises are for You. O Allaah, forgive me.” [Bukhaari and Muslim]

NUMBER 3:
After coming up from Rukooh, and while standing erect, one can recite:

“Our Lord, and to You be all Praise, so much pure praise, inherently blessed, [externally blessed, as our Lord loves and is pleased with].”
A man praying behind him (saws) said this after he (saws) had raised his head from rukoo’ and said: “Allaah listens to the one who praises Him.” When the Messenger of Allaah had finished his prayer, he (saws) said, “Who was the one speaking just now?” The man said, “It was I, O Messenger of Allaah.” So the Messenger of Allaah (saws) said, “I saw over thirty angels hurrying to be the first one to write it down.” [Abu Daawood and Nasaa’i with a saheeh isnaad]

NUMBER 4:
In sujood, the Prophet (saws) used to recite “Subhaana rubbi yal-a’laa.”

However, sometimes he (saws) used to recite other phrases including:
“How Perfect is my Lord, the Most High, and Praised be He.” [Abu dawood, Ahmad, Tabaraani, Daaraqutni and Bayhaqi. Saheeh]

And sometimes he (saws) would recite:

“Perfect, Blessed, Lord of the Angels and the Spirit.” [Muslim]

In the night prayer, he (saws) would recite:

“How perfect You are [O Allaah] and Praised. None has the right to be worshipped except you.” [Muslim]

NUMBER 5:
Between the two sujood, he (saws) would recite:

“O Allaah! (in one version: O my Lord!) Forgive me; have mercy on me; [strengthen me;] [raise my rank;] guide me; [pardon me;] sustain me.” [Abu Daawood, Tirmidhi, Ibn Maajah and Haakim, who declared it saheeh and Dhahabi agreed]

Or sometimes he (saws) would say:

“My Lord, forgive me, forgive me.” [Ibn Maajah with a hasan sanad]

NUMBER 6:
At the end of the tashahhud, he (saws) used to recite:

“O Allaah! I truly seek refuge with You] from the punishment of Hellfire, and from the punishment of the grave, and from the trials of living and dying, and from the evil [trials] of the False Christ.”
The Prophet (saws) mentioned: “When one of you has finished the [last] tashahhud, he should seek refuge with Allaah from four things… (He (saws) then mentioned the above).” [Muslim, Abu `Awaanah, Nasaa’i, Abu Daawood and Ahmad]
